The room was not clean. There was no continental breakfast like the website stated. Parking was horrible. We had to park in the back and the key to get in the door didn’t work so we had to walk all the way around the building and it wasn’t much lighting. Elevator was broken and the guy at the front desk tried to give us a room on the 2nd floor with all our luggage. Other than that the price was good.

Hotel is average. Light switches had issues in the bathroom. AC struggled to cool off the room. Lastly, the outside doors wouldn't open with key cards so only access was through front door.

The elevators were out of service and we were not told that prior to checking in and being placed on the third floor. The TV is small. There was a shortage in our lamps by the beds that caused the lights to flicker each time we sat on the beds.

We came down the night before my husband's spinal surgery. Was very pleased to find the hotel was literally at the end of the exit off ramp. However, the location can be a double edged sword because of the high traffic area. But convenient location and quite area are almost never found in one hotel. Parking was difficult due to limited parking spaces & several guests double parking. Check-in was quick & easy. Was surprised when I was asked to provide the credit card used to book our room so a $200 "security deposit" could be added. Was assured if no damage or theft was discovered after we checked out the charge would be removed, which it was. Gentlemen @ the front desk for check-in was friendly & polite. Room was nice & clean. Adequate amount of bath towels, hand towels, wascloths & personal toiletries. AC, tv, sink, toilet, hot water, shower all worked fine. The water pressure in the shower was very good. Mini fridge could've been much colder & worked much better. It didn't have a freezer which was unfortunate. Bed was comfortable & clean. Check-out was quick & easy. The gentleman @ the front desk for check-out was also friendly & polite. Due to my husband being scheduled for surgery the morning of our check-out we didn't attend breakfast so can't comment on quality of or # of offerings. We've book another overnight stay for my husband's follow-up appt for his surgery. We're hoping the next stay will be as pleasant & drama free as the first.

Staff was not to friendly. After waiting 10 minutes to check in, no apology. Never mentioned that the elevator did not work. Had to walk up 3 flights. Shower knob was broke. You had to turn it a certain way. Water would get HOT!!!!! to where the knob would be hot as well. I called to let the front desk know but did nothing about it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are ok but some of the facilities like the locker in the room was not working and the water fountain near the lobby was also not working. The breakfast had limited options and the items that were over were not being replaced, even within the breakfast timing window.

Good for one night stay. Bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise due to several large family groups. Even though theres plenty of parking, the spaces seemed really small. Very convenient to the interstate.

Stains on pillow case, linen smelled weird, latch on door was loose, entry way light didn’t work in room, and the absolute worse was a roach on the nightstand, kept the lights on after that and didn’t get very much sleep!

Hotel was very affordable via Orbitz. Clean and quiet. Staff was nice. Very good free breakfast. Only an 8 minute drive to the Raleigh/Durham airport.Very pleased.

Smelly in the hallways. Toilet sat low, partial roll of toilet paper, few toiletries, shower door leaked water all over the floor, scratches all over the dresser where the tv was. Sheets were stained but appeared clean. Very little offered for breakfast. Went to check out at 7;30am, clerk was standing outside smoking.

Front desk Agent was very nonchalant and dismissive of my concerns. I had to keep asking him to change my room because he stated all of the rooms are the same mentioning the dirty walls and black mold covered lamp shades. When the front desk agent finally switched my room I was placed in a room that was even worse with visible dirt covering the walls and black mold covered lamp shades and a broken bathroom door handle and a inoperable bathroom sink light with a sunbeam lamp purchased from dollar tree as the light replacement. I also notified the front desk agent of the elevator issue and was also met with an even more dismissive and patronizing/condescending attitude. Front desk agent kept repeating that he needed to contact the GM to make basic decisions such as changing the room or providing compensation. I was told that this hotel does not provide compensation for its bad living conditions. Once I saw that the second room was even worse from the first room I was assigned I left because I did not feel comfortable especially with a front desk agent who really couldn’t care less. I didn’t know that this location was that bad because I didn’t see any indication in the photos on this app. I was told to contact the GM about a refund or any compensation. I didn’t even stay the night and I feel that given the experience and the horrific conditions I walked into unknowingly and was unable to stay the night and for the inconvenience, a refund would be fair.

Just needed a place to stay for one day. This hotel suited me perfectly. It was 5 minutes from the airport. For an extra $30 I was able to check in at 8:30am just in time for the daily breakfast being served. My room was clean and provided me all the basics: tv, frig, microwave, comfortable bed. It was quiet and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Would stay here again.

The night I checked in I had to call down about the ac unit in my room it wouldn’t shut off, was told that it would be taken care of in the morning. As of today when I checked out it was still never addressed. Froze for 3 days!! Never a manager on site. Nothing worked only 1 working bending and ice machine for 43 floors, my toilet just ran for hours after being flushed. Wednesday morning got locked off my room while going down to check out breakfast located in the front lobby, walk over to the front desk where Adrian ( person at the desk) tell him hi I’m in 214 I can’t find my key could I get another, He asks me a few questions which I answer also informing him that I have 2 rooms under my name, he then proceeds to ask me for id in like ummm I’m clearly in my pjs my wallet is in my room. He then proceeds to tell me How was he to know if I was really a guest. Thank goodness my kid was still in the room or we would’ve just been without I guess because even they’re guest services line was unwilling or as they say unable to do anything immediately, but the matter would be investigated upon my checkout. THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER.I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND AND I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE ANOTHER CHOICE HOTELS AGAIN!!

When we arrived the back entrance was propped open allowing anyone to enter the hotel without a key. The staff could barely speak English making it hard to communicate. The front desk clerked acted pissed that I asked for a double bed room when I had originally booked a single King room. My truck was broken into during the night. The thieves busted out to of my windows and stole some items. The hotel has cameras pointed directly at the spot I was parked but of course they were not operational. The staff said this happens all the time. Maybe they should have warned me or start patrolling their lot. I will not be back to this hotel.

Amazing value for the price. Property and room were clean, safe, and quiet. AC worked great. Sam at the front desk was friendly and super helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

The property manager when I checked in informed me that I needed an extra $100.00 deposit, aside from the minies I oaid through expedia. I provided my vredit card and the money was withheld. Upon my check out from the hotel, I requested a receipt and the return of the $100.00 hold. I was advised that the computer was down and the receipt would be email, which I provided, then the money would be relased withon 3 to 4 business days. 5 days later the receipt never came...nor was the monies returned. When I contacyed the same hotel manager, I was told there was no receipt to be provided and "Do not call back asking for a receipt" . To say horrible customer service is an understatement. Please beware!

Check-in was simple and quick. Front desk staff was very friendly during check-in and checkout. I loved how the housekeeping staff was taking care of the room each day I was there. Most hotels only clean upon arrival and departure when staying for more than 2 nights. The area itself was quiet, but every now and then I could hear my neighbors in the rooms beside me, but even so that’s not the hotels fault. I was very pleased and will definitely be staying again.

The room was nice and the surrounding area was also convenient for food places. The only complaint I have is the $150 charge they place on your card at check in and say it’ll take 3 days to go into your account but actually it’ll take 5-7 business days. That is way too high of a charge and now I have to sit around waiting for it to go into my account. If you can afford to wait for the charge to go into your account a week after checkout then I recommend staying here but if not I would go elsewhere to save the trouble of waiting.

During my stay my room had not received any upkeep while I was out even though I requested it multiple times. The only water that was available had to be turned on by an employee who tried to refer us to the gym water; which was empty. Our sink began to link and we were told it was not fixable due to it being a sunday. Last but not least the hot manager lacked communication.

Just needed a place to stay for one day. This hotel suited me perfectly. It was 5 minutes from the airport. For an extra $30 I was able to check in at 8:30am just in time for the daily breakfast being served. My room was clean and provided me all the basics: tv, frig, microwave, comfortable bed. It was quiet and I was able to get a good night’s sleep. Would stay here again.

Good for one night stay. Bed was comfortable. There was a lot of noise due to several large family groups. Even though theres plenty of parking, the spaces seemed really small. Very convenient to the interstate.

Overall good stay for the value. Downsides were road noise (sounded like the window was open) They provided minimal towels and no bath mat for the shower. The free breakfast was bare compared to other Sleep Inns I’ve stayed at. (Broken juice machine, bare selection) The staff was nice but knocked and called out room several times when it got close to check out.

Clean, quiet, nice stay. However, breakfast and coffee are awful. Coffee in room is undrinkable. Worst coffee I have ever drank in 5 decades of coffee drinking. Coffee in eating area is drinkable, but not good.

Friendly staff, but disappointing hotel. Breakfast selections were sparse the last hour with no attendant to refill any items. Although room was clean, at least one pillow smelled like cigarette smoke and the float in the toilet bowl wasn’t working. Smell of weed throughout the hotel. I guess you get what you pay for!

Check in was slow and the hotel charged a $100 fee in case of damages for each room we booked. Room had a very unsafe broken window that staff were not aware of until I informed them. No extra toilet paper in the room. Large stain on carpet of second room I booked. Breakfast was poor. Few offerings. Many items (ie syrup) were gone and no staff available to provide assistance or refill. Very difficult to find staff to provide assistance. They should not be managing a hotel.

The room had dead roaches someone had squashed on the walls, we couldn't sleep at all and I mean at all because beds were terrible. Lightweight sitting on one and it bounces you off. I love all Sleep Inns I've stayed over the years but this one needs redone and the room cleaned much better not leaving dead roaches on the wall.

Regular guest for years, never had issue. Last stay bed was dirty. I was given a new room & assumed it was a one off. This time, 3 different rooms & ALL problematic. Room 1’s lights didn’t work properly. Switch was hanging off the wall & carpet was soaking wet. Soon as l took shoes off, whatever completely saturated & messed up my socks. I went right back to front desk. Lady apologized & asked did l use the room (mind you l came immediately back). I told her l only pulled the sheets back to check bed. She gave me another room. It was 2 doubles instead of King l booked, but l let it go trying not to be picky. Room 2 walked in & noticed smoke detector hanging from ceiling. I debated going back down but it looked ok, l was exhausted & didn’t feel like nitpicking. Unpacked & went to wash my face. The sink was clogged & wouldn’t drain. So, l decided to just hop in the shower instead. Opened the bathroom door & water dripped on my head. It looked like it was just used. There was water EVERYWHERE, towels wet. Packed back up & went back down (nobody at desk). Finally explained to lady & she asked what took me so long (it had been maybe 15mins). I showed her the pics & clearly l hadn’t showered. Towels untouched, etc… She pushed back saying it looks like l’m using the rooms. How?!! I had to detail my every move! Room 3, lights janky, no king bed, bathroom doorknob hanging off. Giant red stain on carpet. I ended up just leaving around midnight. NEVER GOING BACK. Will escalate.
