Decent and affordable. The pool was out of order and there was no notification, but over all quiet and clean.

The hotel was nice and so was the pool in the hot tub. Front desk staff was amazing very understanding and helpful. My problem is it says they have a 24-hour shuttle service which they do not. That was the only reason I rented this particular Hotel was for the shuttle service. Their shuttle service runs from 5:00 to 11:00 it is not 24 hours. They had construction going on but I never heard it. They were very courteous about it. Enjoyed my stay!

Stayed 1 night before flying out. Check in went smoothly & was told to call in for a shuttle when we get back. Unfortunately there was no driver so we had to take the Uber...😡 NEVER HEARD OF THIS FROM A HOTEL BEFORE. BE PREPARED TO CALL THE UBER.

Wished we had known the property was under construction: no hot tub, murky pool, one elevator out, a bag breakfast in the hallway and from room 337 it took over three minutes to get hot water in the shower or faucet.

The hotel is under construction in some main areas such as the elevator, but overall decent hotel

Was very disappointed that the pool is not there anymore I booked double queen rooms and the beds were full size and very uncomfortable I was asked to have my room cleaned after the second day but no one came I asked the front desk and I received towels that’s all I will no longer book rooms here I stayed here a few months ago and it was a totally different place

A hotel that is within the perimeter of the airport and does not have a 24-hour shuttle service. Unbelievable! For after-hours shuttle services, the hotel offers rides to the airport through a third-party company "TruRide" at a flat rate of $25 a ride to the airport. The car showed up with no company name and was very sketchy. When we got to the airport, it turned out that it was $35 for a 4.5-mile ride.

Under construction which is fine but they should not have guests on floors with active work. Smell of paint, elevator not working, etc. Appreciate the effort to upgrade but consider current guests

Under renovation. The workout room had the equipment, but there were no cups for water, no towels, no paper towels. The restrooms by the workout room & pool were not in service, which was a bit inconvenient. The breakfast was very good, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff was helpful.

I checked into my room, only to have the bed broken and blood smeared on the wallpaper in the bathroom along with unvacuumed floors. I changed rooms. The next room was also dirty with mud on the floor. I should have left.

Everything was great… friendly front desk service, clean room, well designed layout of room, comfortable bed, working tv and refrigerator. Complete and tasty breakfast All terrific! One thing that was not so great… musty, mildewy smell from ac unit. Need to refresh that. We would still gladly return if opportunity arises. 😁

The hotel was close to airport and interstate but was impressed not to hear much noise. Room was nasty and shampoo and body wash was not refilled by house keeping

This experience was absolutely horrifying. They lost my reservation, charged me twice for the stay claiming I never paid even though I had the receipt, THEY GAVE ME A KEY TO SOMEONE ELSE'S ROOM!!! Thank god they weren't in their room when I opened their door and walked into it or else who knows what could have happened! And then, after that, the manager walked us up to another room and there was a used bath towel on the floor! I genuinely didn't want to write this review because the staff was so apologetic and doing their best to make up for it... at least I thought they were. They promised to put a bunch of points on my Bonvoy account for all of the inconveniences (which in the moment sounded like a lot but now I realize it's truly nothing). My stay was over a month ago and I still have not seen those points, even after several calls to corporate and the location itself. They keep telling me they will give me the points but can't even tell me when I should expect them. It's absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. As someone who has traveled regularly my entire life I have NEVER experienced ANY of the nightmares that occurred during this one stay. Even after everything that happened, I had every right to take drastic measures, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. But now I feel they've left me no choice. Marriott properties used to be my go to and now I don't think I'll ever stay with them again.

There was no greeting upon arrival. We walked into the lobby and the agent on duty was completing a phone call. When the call was completed, rather than acknowledging our presence, the agent immediately answered another call and proceeded to assist that customer. This agent never acknowledged our presence at the front desk! Another agent walked up after we waited a total of 10 minutes and immediately asked how she could help. There was still no greeting, no smile, nothing. This was not the greeting we were accustomed to when staying anywhere. Our expectations must have been too high! The room layout was odd and awkward? Both mirrors were located inside the bath area and water leaked (pooled) onto the floor behind the toilet from in the shower. The room smelled ‘moist’ the entire stay. The TV had no guide so watching anything desirable was a challenge. TV position was also challenging if you wanted to watch from the bed, it swiveled, but not enough. The bedding and refrigerator were clean. The morning breakfast person was excellent as were desk personnel who worked Saturday and Sunday.

My room smelled like wet dog and the window unit for the air conditioning wasn’t exactly optimal. Front of house staff was okay, but not amazing.

My overall experience was great. However, I was unable to connect to the hotel Wifi for my entire stay. Also the bathroom could have been cleaner upon my arrival. Overall stay 9/10. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Room was more than spacious. I would definitely book here again for future travel.

Big spacious rooms at a great price. Microwaves, refrigerators are a plus! And it’s less than 10 minutes from the airport.

Amazing, clean location. Staff goes above and beyond. This is the only hotel I will stay at when I come to Raleigh. The only downfall was there was an issue with the hot water in the shower. The maintenance man told us we had to turn all the facets in the room on for the hot water to work in the shower (inconvenient, but it worked!). Otherwise great stay!

Stayed here for four nights in May 2025. For a 3 star hotel, it pretty much hits the mark. The staff were friendly, the room was clean when we arrived, the free breakfast and free parking were great. They also mentioned the housekeeping would be alternate day when we checked in, so that was good to know too. The next time they cleaned the room they did not replenish all used items (that’s why I deducted 1 star rating) .The rooms were soundproof enough, of course not 100% but overall I would recommend this place and if I visit again, won’t think twice about booking this place .

No hot water after 8:30 am

They overbooked and did not have a room for me. I had to wait for an hour. Well they called around and try to find another hotel that has space for me and then I had to drive to another location.

We got to the hotel and we found out that we did not have a room after getting a reservation way before getting there and they said they couldn’t get us a room at all or help. It was very late and we paid about 200$ for our room. They sold the room to someone else.

The hotel was a bit outdated, but it served the purpose of my trip. Dining options were limited. On a positive note, the shuttle bus drivers were very professional and friendly, making transportation smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, I’ve been dealing with an ongoing issue regarding my room charges. Although the reservation was fully paid through Expedia, the hotel claimed they had not received payment and charged me again. I contacted the hotel directly, and they assured me the matter would be resolved and that I would receive follow-up communication via email. It has now been over a month, and I have yet to receive any update. This lack of follow-through has been disappointing.

Excellent customer service! Check in happened super quick within 5 minutes of arriving. Room / amenities was spacious and nice! Better than I expected for a one night stay with two kiddos. They even offered to pay for my shuttle back from dropping car rental off at airport that eve but I declined since Lyft was faster than their preferred private taxi service. We got a comp shuttle to the airport the following morning 5am. Highly recommend this hotel!

This was my second visit and I was just here 2 weeks ago. The hotel is clean and the staff is top tier! The lady who checked me in, Courtney and Dee were all so pleasant. I will definitely be coming back!

There was no room in the inn. They called another hotel to see if they had availability. Fortunately they did because it was 11:30 PM. We had to drive 10 minutes to stay at The Sonesta. The situation was inexcusable; we had made & paid for the Spring Hill suites two weeks earlier. I have to question using Travelocity in the future.

The staff at the desk was very helpful and nice. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and they were out of just about everything. Even we’re out of juice and the person working was just like oh well. We often choose based on decent continental breakfast and will stay away from this brand in the future.

The kindness of the hotel crew was incredible. EVERYONE WAS SO SWEET AND PROFESSIONAL! Love the place. A restaurant at the hotel would help a lot. Unfortunally I had to order a uber eats that was never delivered .

The gentleman who checked us in was professional, yet fun. The breakfast buffet was pretty big and well stocked, clean and inviting. We really enjoyed this property and will stay here anytime we go to Raleigh.

Multiple sports teams ranging from Little League to college. Due to the abundance of children and teens and lack of supervision, the pool area was crazy, with no towels and no housekeeping. Random trash was everywhere in the halls; when I asked for towels, I was told they were ultimately out. Complementary breakfast was a joke; they ran out of everything, including plates. While the front desk watched, one staff member couldn't keep up with cleaning and stock. They had a waffle maker but no batter for it.

This was the first time I have checked out of a hotel early after having a non-refundable room. For those looking to stay here in the next few months, I would suggest going elsewhere. The hotel is undergoing major renovations and many of the amenities are not available, plus the noise and dust do not make for a pleasant stay. When we first arrived, the lobby was being torn down around us, and we were informed that there would not be any hot breakfast available for the duration of our stay. (they did have a very makeshift basic continental breakfast) Inconvenient, yes, but at least they had a gym and laundry facilities we could use. Well the next day I went downstairs to find those were closed down and being dismantled as well. Well at least I could use the hot tub....nope closed as well. Disappointed, I went to take the elevator back up to the room only to find one of them out of service, which it remained for the duration of our stay. I tried to retreat to the room to try and get some rest. Not to be because the jackhammering of the renovations began in earnest directly below us first thing in the morning and lasted all day. I fully understand that improvements have to be made, however the management should have closed the entire hotel rather than have frustrated guests. The staff were trying their best and were very helpful, however they should not have to be put in a position of constantly having to apologize for poor planning by management.

Great customer service, clean rooms and good breakfast

The only thing is the music in lobby area was a little loud in the mornings, I could hear it in my room. The breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Room was nice size and comfy . Check in was easy and evening staff friendly. The morning breakfast was nothing great.. and the coffee was never full and awful 🙁

The staff was amazing! Hotel was clean and breakfast had a great variety of biscuit egg & cheese, omelettes, oatmeal bar, waffles, cereal, yogurt, and toast with chocolate milk, coffee and juice. The only downside was I couldn’t sleep all night because the people above us were stomping around and being noisy. We had to switch rooms at 2:30 AM.

The condition of the property is good. The room was good. The breakfast selections were great.
