Overall, the stay was fine. My one beef--check in took forever. It was one very nice lady who was doing the best she could. Unfortunately, she charged my card (which I thought was for incidentals) for what she said was a $40 balance. The line was so long that I just decided it to sort it out later. I heard from a friend who also stayed there that something similar happened to them but for the price of the room. I went to the front desk that evening and found out she charged the full cost of the room on my card, even though I prepaid through Hotels.com. He took care of it right away, so I appreciated that, but that was a rough start to the trip. The room was clean and fine. I'm not opposed to staying there again.

the room was pretty clean. Clean sheets and bathroom. the property itself wasn't very well maintained. a little better attention to detail would go a long way. sink slow draining. hallways, elevators not very clean. could have been from high traffic, but the floors were dirty when I checked in about 430p and were still dirty or dirty again at 8am, overall the stay was good, no major concerns.

After we had a bad experience in another place we went straight here. Honestly it was an amazing stay for us. We got the lower level no noise and was able to get sleep. We got a king size bedroom. We would definitely stay here again
