The WORST room I've stayed in, in a long time. The room hadn't even been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere, and I found hair in the bed. The outlets didn't work in the bathroom, the drains in the sink, bathtub, and whirlpool tub were all broken. The furniture was incredibly run-down and the room/hallways smelled horrible.

The room stank, the carpets were all wet, the floors in the bathroom were sticky, and the shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The needs were the only thing that looked ok. We kept our shoes on unless we were sleeping. The breakfast was also abysmal. The entire stay was just awful. Strongly do not recommend.

Online the pool was open. In person the pool is being “renovated.” Online the rooms were nice and clean. In person the showers didn’t have shower liners. Hair was left in the tub from the previous occupant. The iron spilled water everywhere and the coffee machine in the room was inoperable.

Closet door frame is coming out of the wall in room 201-unusable. Nice big screen tv with only low def channels-blurry. No coffee in lobby, no breakfast. Beds were good but so high that my wife had trouble getting into bed

The room’s A/C didn’t work properly. The shower tiles were caulked back together where someone had broken them. The bathroom door was broken from the inside so that if you shut the door you could not get out from the bathroom. Without forcing the door open. Best part of the stay was the friendliness of the worker that checked us in the night before. Oddly he was the same the next morning. Poor guy likely works long shifts.

Photos online show a nice hotel. Those photos are from 20 years ago when it was nice. Hotel has not aged well. Not a nice, clean hotel or hotel room. Toilet ran all night due to the innards needing replaced. Missing grout in the shower so they used white caulk and filled in the missing grey grout with silicone and not cleanly. Seems like everything was rigged or poorly fixed. For the money I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check-in was good, was able to check in a little early which was super helpful. Room was clean, and cool temperature when we walked in, bed was comfy, nice to have fridge and microwave. Very nice stay.

I went to check in a half hour after check in time and my room wasn't ready so I had to wait a bit to get a room. I requested a disability accessible room and got one on the third floor. The heating/cooling unit in our room didn't work right so we ended up either super hot or freezing there was no in between. The staff was absolutely amazing though. They were kind and helpful.

The hotel was unable to find our Hotels.com reservation in their system, so we couldn't check in and were stuck in the lobby. The front desk staff said there was a problem connecting to the Hotels.com system that day/night (we were the 3rd "check-in" that they couldn't find when someone was trying to check in). We had to call Hotels.com 3 times. During the 1st call, Hotels.com contacted the hotel and verified the reservation and room availability. After the call, we went to check in and they couldn't check us in because they couldn't find the reservation. We called back to get a confirmation number that was different from the one included in our reservation info. We tried checking in again with the number he requested. He said our reservation was cancelled. We called Hotels.com again, and they said it was not cancelled and called the hotel again while we waited. After going back and forth a few times, the hotel was able to find the reservation and check us in to our room. It was not pleasant. I've used hotels.com for years and years, and this has never happened before.

The hotel was very well managed, surprisingly quiet even when sold out - clean, and comfortable. Maria, at the front desk when we checked in, was optimal in her welcome - friendly, helpful, and understanding of our needs, as well as professional.

Turns out, he didn’t properly check me in; how do I know? The phone call at 1:00AM asking me if I was still planning to check in. I groggily said, “What? I’m here…???” Floor 3 smelled like off brand cheese tortilla chips, and my room smelled musty. The paint was chipping on the walls, the remote was missing a battery cover (antennae tv channels only), the fridge looked like it had not been cleaned, the bed was made but tousled, the room generally just seemed nasty. I had no desire to take a shower there. I woke up early, 6AM, and had no desire to stay a moment longer there and left.

close to family event. room 217 desk lamp missig light bulb was unpluged but open socket, 2 bulb light i returned late there was a pipe ratteling in tv wall, was very disruptive to sleeping, in the morning there was a bug ( ill leave it to that ) in the bathroom. Front desk personal was wonderful as well as the breakfast. Area isn’t all that great. Police were called in twice during our 2 day stay. Rooms were aged and in need of repair and upgrade. Room I stayed in door wouldn’t open due to being Warped. Big hole repaired in wall and not completed. Bathrooms had slight mold starting to grow. Was in the area for work. Following week I decided to look else where.

I had an accessible room on the 2nd floor and it smelled like a thousand cigarettes and cat pee. The rest of the hotel was ok but it’s very near a truck stop and an even cheaper motel right next door.

The beds were a little hard for me but the room over all was clean and well maintained. Loved the large size fridge, microwave, and great hot breakfast!! We were on a family trip and as a single mom these emenities were very appreciated to help keep our costs down.

The staff was friendly & the pool was spotless. The rooms were outdated but clean & could use a facelift. The breakfast was one of the worst I've experienced in a long time. The grey sausage & the cut-up egg patties were insane & not in a good way. The waffle even had a weird taste. Overall, my stay was okay.

The breakfast is a joke. The pool is murky. One of the workers came into my room while there was a “ Do Not Disturb “ sign on the door. The room was dirty, and the water pressure sucks.

Check in was easy, even though I paid ahead of time a deposit was still required, room was clean, there were no curtains to close, there was no clerk at the front desk in the morning so I wasn’t able to retrieve or clear my deposit, there was no breakfast available of any kind.

I was disappointed with my check-in experience. The front desk associate was not very friendly and did not make an effort to assist with my request. I was staying for work and paying with my university-issued credit card. The card has a tax-exempt number, and according to my university’s policy, lodging taxes should not be charged. Every other hotel I have stayed at has been very helpful in processing the tax exemption during check-in. Hotel seems to need a good scrubbing. Our room had a strange smell, found hair in the bed, found a prescription pill on the floor, bathroom floor was sticky, and even though the hotel is smoke-free, the hallways smelled like smoke. The area outside the hotel was very run down. We witnessed several people smoking pot in the parking lot. Needless to say, we will never stay in this hotel again.
