Excellent hotel, really liked that the indoor pool was heated and was warm.

Overall our stay was very nice, we stayed Friday-Sunday. There was a hockey team that checked in right before us, and the desk staff put us on a floor above them to help not disturb us. The staff were very accommodating, and the hotel was clean! My kiddos loved the complementary cookies when we first checked in. The breakfast was good, blueberry or regular waffles, sausage, eggs, white/wheat toast, bagels, muffins, a few different strudels, small apple cinnamon rolls, strawberry yogurt, 2 different kinds of cereal, and a few different variety packets of oatmeal, and then regular/decaf coffee, lipton tea, orange juice, apple juice, water, milk, and lemon water were the options offered during our stay. What I liked was coffee, tea and lemon water was offered all day and night long. My only complaint was the pool was nice, but a bit chilly for my liking, but the kids still had fun.

We came in late on the night we were to check in and Allen at the front desk was very helpful and got us a room on the ground floor for pool access author being in top of the pool. The next morning when i was going to fill water bottles for my kids, Lauren gave us several bottles of water to take on our day. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast far, but was fresh and well stocked. Parking was ample. Only real complaint was with their phone system. When trying to call while on the road, we were unable to actually contact the front desk. We kept getting some AI service which have us genetic regurgitated responses. All in all, am excellent stay

The air conditioner was very noisy in our room, kept us awake most of the night. They gave us a room overlooking the roof. We heard people coming and going all night long. The guy at the desk was useless. We went to use the pool and a child had pooped in the pool

Good, clean hotel with pool and breakfast close to Syracuse airport for early flight out.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff was awesome, attentive and very professional! Loved the pool, water was warm with just a bit of over chlorination . Was very close to many things and off highway!

I like the set up of the breakfast area. Also that coffee/tea & chocolate chip cookies are always available. Although I didn’t use the pool it appeared clean & well maintained. There is limited parking but the adjacent restaurant & mall have available parking that can be used.

Had to ask for room to be cleaned. Pool was closed. Had to get coffee & sugar in lobby every morning as not refilled.

Parking was horrible

The room was dirty and smelled. The carpet was wet and turned my husband’s feet black when he walked on it. There were other people’s hair in the shower. I felt dirty even being in the room.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. The room semi clean, the bathroom needs work, that wasnt so clean looking. The toliet seat cover was dirty, the shower floor was nasty with grime and mold on the side of the shower floor. The floor was dirty looked like it wasnt mopped in a few days. The chair in the room was disgusting it was red and it had dark black stains on and there was crumbs left on the chair. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean so were the towels.

The hallway floors were dirty and needed cleaning bad. The toilet seat was loose and carpet ripped.

It is a convenient place to stay. If, you can overlook curly black hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat found upon our arrival. Yuck !!

I read about 1000 reviews if many hotels before choosing as I am afraid of bedbugs and I chose this hotel for its good reviews and mentions of cleanliness. I would say the only thing possibly clean during my stay waa the bed. As soon as we walked to the elevator the floor was covered in sticky juice and what looked to be dog pee right at the elevator. I figured it would be cleaned up soon so I moved on. When I got to my room there was a bad smell and the entire floor (bathroom, entry and living space) was sticky including the carpet. My socks were sticking and tryjng to lift the carpet. Im not even sure how that is possible that the entire floor is sticky but I was horrified. I changed my socks multiple times and threw them out in the room. The room has not been cleaned well. The side couch chair was stained. I would not touch or go near that and the smell is worse over there. I am worried that the sticky residue on the various floor surfaces is pet related. The desktop/appliance thing near the tv was also very dirty and has not been cleaned. Food, crumbs, etc everywhere. This was noticed as soon as I first stepped in the room. Honestly I was disgusted the entire time and ended up throwing my clothes away that I wore in the room because it was so dirty. For $180 this is very disappointing. It really doesnt matter if the staff are lovely when things are dirty. Also when we came downstairs the next day, the stains at the elevator were still there and sticky. Just generally bad

Smells like weed in the halls and the room was muggy.

Bathroom was not very clean and room had a musty smell despite the AC having been set at 61 degrees Fahrenheit. Not hot outside. Should have been no moisture in the room and had to huddle under the covers until the temperature could recover.

One the dirtiest hotels I have seen. After checked in, we went to our room and it was in a terrible condition, dirty floor, dirty carpet, dirty chair and there were even crumbs on the counter that were never cleaned. We requested a new room thinking this was just this specific room, the other room was pretty much the same without the crumbs. Property is not maintained well, carpets are smelly. Do yourself a favor and pay a few extra bucks for something normal.

The staff was very friendly. The bathroom could have been cleaned better, there was used some left, the shower curtain needed a wipe down, some with the facial tissue holder needed a wipe down, there was someone else’s hair laying around. The toilet you have to flush twice and the fridge our room was dirty in the inside. Someone left behind vegetables and no one threw it away, and the fridge could have used a wipe down in the inside. Everything else was good

Well. There was cockroach guts on the wall beside door that connects to the room beside ours and one alive roaming around the ceiling and wall in the bathroom. NOT NICE AT ALL

Wonderful staff! Great location when visiting Syracuse University - 14 min drive from campus. Quiet, clean, tons of shopping. Easy parking. Breakfast included. The hotel definitely needs a refresh tho-no question!

Bed and room very spacious and comfortable. Tub didn’t drain so had to physically hold up the plug to let the water down. Would be much nicer if there wasn’t constantly groups of people right outside of the front door smoking. Maybe an enforced designated smoking area so you don’t have to walk through it with your kid?

The room ac wouldn’t work. Barely slept due to the bath tub faucet having a steady leak and the room was so hot and stuffy. Doors slamming all night long. A guy was drunk and yelling in the back of the building. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Nice room but unfortunately the occupants next door were loud. It was like a connecting room but we didn’t know the occupants next to ours.

Nice property. Wi-Fi is awful. Room was well presented. Breakfast was good.

The beds are very comfortable. TV didn’t work. The fridge was operating, but the temperature was close to room temperature The air in the room was stale, probably the outside air intake was not operational. However, overall, considering the location of the hotel relative to our trip it was an okay deal. Bottom line, if you are a forgiving customer it’s a good enough shelter for one night.

Stayed here as we were passing through. The beds were super comfy! We unfortunately were only here for about 7 hrs due to passing through but we would stay here again.

Old, dingy outdated tub/shower; bathroom exhaust fan rumbled loudly; turning the desk lamp on & off required screwing and unscrewing the bulbs in/out!! The staff were very friendly … place just needs some upgrade.

Location was great. Restaurants, grocery stores and shopping nearby. We were near the back door which everyone banged on their way out.

My first room did not smell fresh and the beds were made up but they not look like fresh linen. However Allen White, the front desk person, accommodated my request to change rooms. He was very professional and got it taken care right away.

Upon check out the 2 women at the desk were VERY rude one was names Lauren and the other refused to give her name older lady with a bun on her head. They yelled at me in front of all the busy dinning area just telling me to wait and refused to answer why I was stopped. For someone who has high social anxiety this was the most uncomfortable situation. But the gentleman from Saturday night at the front desk was a very nice worker.

Amazing experience. Had a small issue which was rectified immediately. Awesome customer service provided by Tracy, Cory, Lauren, Allen, Leanne and the person that checked us in on Thursday. KUDOS to Tracy for having a well managed hotel. Breakfast was great and was prepared with cleanliness. The breakfast facility was also very clean and immaculate. Hotel property is In a great locating with restaurants and stores very close in proximity. The hotel also does a great job reaching out to nearby restaurants to get guests a discount. Well done also upgrading. I saw some negative complaints and suggest you take them with a grain of salt. Staff and Management will do everything they can to remediate any issues. The pool is also awesome and clean. We brought our Dog and they treated us well. Thank you so much Tracy and Team!

The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk was pleasant but not helpful. I could have really used a luggage cart and there were none to be found by me. He did not offer to help. He did honor my request for a first floor room. The morning clerk clearly was not doing anything more than the minimum.

I felt like the staff were really wonderful, especially Lauren.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel was tucked just far enough back to be quiet yet there was still plenty of dining and shopping options very close.

My fiancé and I planned a mini Syracuse weekend getaway and everything in Syracuse was almost twice the price. The customer service was amazing. Breakfast was okay. It’s in a very safe area. A 15 minute drive from the mall. The hotel could have used a bit of updating, but overall was good!

This was a great stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was more than what i usually find for continental breakfast. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. There are shops and restaurants close by. I would stay here again.
