They only had one working elevator. My room was on the opposite side. It took 4 trys to get room keys that worked. The breakfast was horrible!

Staff was amazing. Check in was easy. We were here for a ball tournament, so was nice that they got us all close together. Pool was broken but that was out of their control. Breakfast was hot meal. Would stay again if in the area.

The gym equipment was all broken so could not use. The breakfast was not as advertised. No waffles or pancakes. Had powdered eggs. No real selection. Carpet in our room was stained and walls paint was chipped. Definitely needs a make over.

The facility was quite worn. I couldn’t take a shower due to the status of the tub. Outside doors had alarms that went off every time you went in or out. Sad!

The room was nice bit the pool was closed off and the breakfast was very sad. We got down at 8r0 and there was no coffe and all the sausages were go e and yhey didn't bring out any other food. Will necer got to that facility again

Dirty/stained carpets in hallways Mold on caulking in shower Peculiar odor everywhere Zero vending machines/ice machines despite signs posted everywhere for them. The areas where the machines once were are now filled with stacks upon stacks of old hotel room furniture. Guests have zero control of AC or heating. Buttons on unit are dummy buttons. Front desk unattended, waited 15 minutes for someone to appear when trying to check in. Elevator sketchy at best, makes scary noises & takes forever. Pool area unkept & in disarray. Hotel employee using a vacuum cleaner in the hall just outside my door VERY loudly at 7 AM. Water pressure terrible. In-room coffee pot filthy & disgusting. I'm flabbergasted that La Quinta or Wyndham associate their name with this location. The entire appearance & condition is below even the lowest standards.

Check in took over 20 min, for one guest who had already started when I arrived in line. The room had an old stale smell. The property overall was not clean and had areas that looked like a place to collect junk and old furniture. Price was cheap enough which offset the check inn issues but cleanliness definitely needs some improvements.

The hotel was dirty. Blood stains on our pillows and towels. Poop stain on our sheets and pee stains on our mattress. The ac unit never been clean and it was blowing dust into our room causing our allergies to act up n in the end we got sick. Could’ve def been a lot more cleaner.

Left and found another hotel, canceled our return trip there and was denied a refund due to booking with hotels. Com by the hotel management. I travel a lot. This was the worst short stay that was shortened more because we couldn’t sleep with all the door banging. My friend and I did not feel safe and the halls smelled like pot. The toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet, there were many stained areas in the carpet in the hallways, the handles on the bathroom were dirty, the entry door to the lobby was sticky/dirty. We arrived just before 9:00 pm and left at 3:45 am because we couldn’t sleep due to safety concerns

There was no lock on the bathroom door, and if you closed the doors all the way (they were double doors), there was no knob or anything to open them from the inside - I had to pry them open with my fingernails. The ac unit was also very noisy.

Handicap accessible room was on the second floor, and far away from the elevator. Not good if there was an emergency where the elevator could not be used. Using the toilet was difficult. There was mold on the ceiling in the room. Otherwise, the location was very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here overnight. It was budget friendly so didn’t expect anything special. It appears to be undergoing renovations in the right direction. The staff was unfriendly. The only entry/exit door was through the main lobby. The side doors were emergency use only. Someone left a door propped open and the receptionist called our room accusing us of using the side door. Pool hours were posted on a sign as 11am-8pm. The receptionist rudely suggested we book with another hotel if pool access was that important. Which after taking a look at the pool, it should have been closed for cleaning. The hallways smell of marijuana with a touch of febreeze. Bathrooms are minimally stocked with one tiny bottle of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap. Again, did not expect much for the price but the rude staff was just the most off putting. Would not stay here again and do not recommend. I would spend a little more or try a different hotel for the same price just because of the staffs attitude.

Convenient location off the interstate, but the room (carpeted) smelled like urine. I informed the front desk so I wouldn't get charged for it. Each exit door has a security "siren" that goes off every time the door is accessed. My room was close to an exit door, so i heard this all evening. There was no coffee available in the morning (in lobby breakfast).

Hotel is in nice shape overall, room had nice furnishings, great water pressure in shower, quiet room, friendly staff, right near Outback and Carrabas. We travel with our pet so we know we are not getting a 5 star hotel, but the fact that its pet friendly means the world to us. We were very haPpy to stay there and would stay again.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hotel hallways were dirty and smelled bad. The hotel seemed run down. The breakfast eggs and sausage were tasteless. We stayed there a few years ago and it was terrible. It has improved a little since then. We won't be staying there again.

The place was quiet, but one of the exit was blocked with material that the front desk person sent us to the wrong in of the building to park, and all the doors told you not to out because there would be an alarm that would go off in the exercise room. One of the bikes only had half the set left the breakfast was not the best. People had to keep asking for more food to be bought out

They only had one working elevator. My room was on the opposite side. It took 4 trys to get room keys that worked. The breakfast was horrible!

The gym equipment was all broken so could not use. The breakfast was not as advertised. No waffles or pancakes. Had powdered eggs. No real selection. Carpet in our room was stained and walls paint was chipped. Definitely needs a make over.

Three rooms before no water coming into the room. Halls musty. Mold in the shower ceiling. Breakfast was bad. No syrup, no forks, no napkins and the gravy for the biscuits was like thin soup. I will never stay there again.

The room was nice bit the pool was closed off and the breakfast was very sad. We got down at 8r0 and there was no coffe and all the sausages were go e and yhey didn't bring out any other food. Will necer got to that facility again

Attitude at check in. Security deposit for moldy room with holes in curtains and mattress. Stains on chair. Paint chipping on walls/ceiling. Fridge wasn't set level so didnt open/shut easily. Elevator smelled. Stains on carpet. Gym out of service.

The hotel needs a lot of cleaning and updates. Guy at front desk is very short and not very friendly. Everyone bragged on how good the breakfast was but it wasn’t all that and there wasn’t gravy and biscuits and eggs like I thought there was going to be. Our bathroom door was the push together closet doors that don’t lock and it wouldn’t close all the way. The lamp on the bedside table was held together with electrical tape. There wasn’t a smoke detector in the room it had been removed. Elevator was nasty. We didn’t try the pool so I don’t know how that was. Will not stay there again.

Theee diferent rooms and all had issues.. stains in all the bed sheets.. need to replace for new.. ceiling chiped off and moldy, the carpets are very worn.. la quinta is in its last leg..

The price was low that is why we went with this one but it was not very clean inside. We liked that it had a pool but we ended up having to clean out al the bugs ourselves. The building is not well maintained and feels relatively dirty. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and all of our lamps were broken. Shade falling off, bulb hanging lose. The staff was always available though. Breakfast is many just bagels and cereals, You may get lucky and get eggs and sausage on the weekends.
