I have stayed at this Sleep Inn before, and it is a good deal since hotel clean, has good breakfast, and other nice features for a very reasonable price. The only reason I don't give the rating 5 stars is because the refrigerator didn't work in my room as well as the pool being closed, and I had looked forward to swimming (when I asked person at my checkin last night I was not given any reason (or empathy) for why pool was closed).

The hotel was a safe place to be and clean too. The facility didn't notify me that the indoor pool was closed. It also needs a few more parking spaces in their lot for latenight parking. Nevertheless, I will definately stay there again. Thanks.

Checked in around 7pm on a Saturday evening, and left at 2am. The room had been remodeled and was nice.. no issues there, though there is no elevator. The pool was closed for repairs, and the wifi was down. And, due to the noise and loud patrons of the bar & grill across the parking lot, I couldn't sleep. I was also a little concerned over my motorcycle being tampered with on its trailer due to all the people hanging around outside late at night. After a few hours of sleep, I decided to hit the road.

My son and I took his two children for a two night stay for their Christmas visit. They enjoyed the indoor pool since it is winter time. Breakfast was very nice. Christina at front desk was very gracious and made our stay very enjoyable. May try to make the trip again next year

We were very disappointed in the maintenance of the hotel. Furniture was old and falling apart. Bed stand was very rickety. Bathroom had hair in the shower. There was no insulation in the rooms and we heard dogs barking and people walking around all night. The staff were friendly, but when we checked into the hotel there was a strong smell of marijuana in the lobby. I would not stay there again. Very disappointing.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at the Sleep Inn Macon I-75. It was clean, well appointed, the beds comfortable, the shower large, and the fridge cold. Check in was efficient and friendly. It is pet friendly with a reasonable pet fee. It was conveniently located off the interstate with lots of restaurants within walking distance. The pool and complimentary breakfast was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again.

We were just stopping for the night on a roadtrip. The hotel staff and breakfast was great. The room (115) and beds were fine. Our two big issues were the people staying above us. Not sure what was happening, maybe kids running around, but the thumping and bumping was actually shaking the walls of our room below and shaking our TV. The bathroom had a poor smell, we think it was mold from the shower that leaked water all over the floor and got some of our belongings wet. The sound of running water through our wall from other rooms was loud and constant every few minutes.

I chose this property because of excellent price and outstanding reviews somewhere between 8.5 and 10.This was not my experience. The inside of the hotel itself was clean but not as excellent as suggested. The room was not as spacious as images we suggest and the small desk unit with dresser drawers which the TV sat upon had very deep scrapes through the veneer. The shower unit was a kind of pod that I have seen in RVs. The fit of the room door was not great. I inspected it and I felt that it was safe but you could see light around all the seams of the door. The heating and cooling is an individual unit that sits underneath the window you would see in a 2 star motel. I didn't see the controls for the heating immediately. I called the front desk, and the phone rang 20 times without a pickup. Even though I was exhausted from my drive I was about to walk down to when I noticed the thermostatic controller unit on the wall. I adjusted it, it did the job but it was also loud and there was no way to adjust where it blew. The next morning, I needed a little bit, the phone front desk again rang three dozen times before pickup.Breakfast was the economy high-processed microwaved food and DIY waffles. Would I stay there again? Yes, the place met the need. It was tidy enough, safe enough, and convenient to where I needed to go. The ratings from verified guests are highly inflated. I don't know how that would be manipulated but that is an issue with hotels.com.

The breakfast was well stocked, but it would have been nice if they had some peanut butter for the toast. The rooms were very clean, but the walls are thin so it can get loud if someone is coming down the hallway, even if they are being fairly quiet. For the price, it was better than expected, adequate for an overnight after a long drive.

Room was comfortable enough but a noisy air conditioner fan was annoying and a noisy toliet valve needs replacing and the flush handle was wonky. Bed was OK again being just a bit below standard. Overall if you want to stay at a place that is very clean and will save you $40-$70 compared to other local hotels, this is your place.

Checked in around 7pm on a Saturday evening, and left at 2am. The room had been remodeled and was nice.. no issues there, though there is no elevator. The pool was closed for repairs, and the wifi was down. And, due to the noise and loud patrons of the bar & grill across the parking lot, I couldn't sleep. I was also a little concerned over my motorcycle being tampered with on its trailer due to all the people hanging around outside late at night. After a few hours of sleep, I decided to hit the road.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The orange juice tasted"off". The coffee wasn't hot enough. The toaster was broken and the dining area had a fusty smell from an old cloth or floor mop.

Breakfast was great, had many options to choose from. Room was clean, staff very friendly, water pressure in shower excellent. Very convenient location. Not super quiet. You can hear traffic and other room doors opening and closing all night. For the price is was good.

Very friendly and helpful at check in. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet and well stocked. Breakfast was good and a nice selection. Check out was quick. Felt safe in parking lot.

Pool closed too early. Limited parking. No elevator when a staff on the phone told me there was. Breakfast tasted awful and stale. Location was super sketchy and the hallway smelled like marijuana so bad. We were traveling with two children one special needs. At 3 am, some drunk girl was out in the hallway in front of our door screaming and laughing until we asked her to stop. The shower was unsafe and slippery. The floors were dirty and the phone in the room didn’t work. The sink was too close to the side and you couldn’t even use the sink. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Already contacted hotels.com to request refund.
