*LTL FAM* this is a good legit place to stay. Clean and only 20 mins from expo. Food nearby late too for after. Looks to have been updated recently, nice bathrooms. Girls- the lighting was *chefs kiss*

our stay there was amazing. Everything was clean. The bathrooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. Staff was great. Miss Shannon was awesome.

I'll start with late night shift when we showed up. The lobby didn't close until 10 pm. While I was waiting for my reservation details to be done which took around 45 minutes the front desk lady lied and said I could wait in the lobby because it was closed. This was 9 pm and she made us wait for over an hour outside.. Second thing the room smelled. There were stains all over the furniture and bed. We checked out early on account of the unpleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was rude and don't accommodate for guests. Linens were not washed it seemed like That was number one.

The staff was amazing! We traveled from Wisconsin to Kentucky and got there way ahead of schedule and they were nice enough to accommodate us for another day. Absolutely loved the staff! They were so helpful and so sweet! I highly recommend them, Definitely plan on staying here again when we travel to Kentucky.

The room was clean and the staff was great. The desk staff made sure we had ample towels and blankets, and they were really polite. The biggest downside was the continental breakfast. It was much smaller than most hotels, without any eggs or breakfast meat. It was basically waffles and stale cereal. They also give you a little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. There aren't any dispensers in the room. Its a good place to stay if you are only looking for cheap and clean without the extras.

My room was clean, but definitely in need of an update in decor. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was terrible. As I said, cleanliness was inconsistent, and I would not stay at this particular hotel again. And I would also not recommend it.

As I said, cleanliness was inconsistent, and I would not stay at this particular hotel again. And I would also not recommend it.
