Looked like throw up on couch side. Some kind of weird thing on bathroom door handles. So called “breakfast” was horrible. Coffee not hot strong no creamer except French vanilla. OJ juice weak. When trying to throw trash away trash can full & lid to push open was disgusting

*LTL FAM* this is a good legit place to stay. Clean and only 20 mins from expo. Food nearby late too for after. Looks to have been updated recently, nice bathrooms. Girls- the lighting was *chefs kiss*

our stay there was amazing. Everything was clean. The bathrooms are beautiful. The beds are comfy. Staff was great. Miss Shannon was awesome.

I'll start with late night shift when we showed up. The lobby didn't close until 10 pm. While I was waiting for my reservation details to be done which took around 45 minutes the front desk lady lied and said I could wait in the lobby because it was closed. This was 9 pm and she made us wait for over an hour outside.. Second thing the room smelled. There were stains all over the furniture and bed. We checked out early on account of the unpleasant stay at this hotel. Staff was rude and don't accommodate for guests. Linens were not washed it seemed like That was number one.

The staff was amazing! We traveled from Wisconsin to Kentucky and got there way ahead of schedule and they were nice enough to accommodate us for another day. Absolutely loved the staff! They were so helpful and so sweet! I highly recommend them, Definitely plan on staying here again when we travel to Kentucky.

Best value I've had in a hotel stay in a long time! I noticed the recent reviews were generally very good and I thought for the price, it might be too good to be true. Wrong. My ONLY mild complaint would be that the entrance sign was very small and hard to see. The place was clean and pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean. The heat turned on and off very quietly and didn't disturb our sleep. The shower had a completely flat floor and had glass doors. There was some, but not a lot, of traffic noise from the street. Can't speak to the breakfast, as we didn't get up in time for it. For the price, as easy as it was to get to and from as we came in from the west, it was phenomenal.
