Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Louisville SW

Best value I've had in a hotel stay in a long time! I noticed the recent reviews were generally very good and I thought for the price, it might be too good to be true. Wrong. My ONLY mild complaint would be that the entrance sign was very small and hard to see. The place was clean and pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean. The heat turned on and off very quietly and didn't disturb our sleep. The shower had a completely flat floor and had glass doors. There was some, but not a lot, of traffic noise from the street. Can't speak to the breakfast, as we didn't get up in time for it. For the price, as easy as it was to get to and from as we came in from the west, it was phenomenal.

The management was very rude and started beating in my door demanding my credit card said she will charge me 150 for smoking and I did not smoke in the room literally slept the entire time. Will not stay there again.

Breakfast choice was slim. And was in a room that felt like a employee break room. Small tables, not good for big families. Stained linen and walls. Staff was kind though.

The room was clean. The beds were a little bit too soft for my liking.

Room was nice and very clean, the staff was very nice. However breakfast I would give 2 stars.
