Hotel muito velho. Precisando melhorar a higiene. A arrumação do quarto. Vc tem de pedir e implorar. Fiquei sem toalhas limpas. Tinha horário para solicitar. Não recomendo esse hotel. Não é padrão Hilton

Very pleasant staff thank you

The hotel is nice and clean, and has great amenities. The downside is the front desk staff. The two women at the front desk are horrible. They both acted as if they were inconvenienced and were just rude. I have stayed at many Hilton hotels and have never experienced such unprofessional employees at check-in. Their attitudes never improved, I watched others check in throughout the evening, and their attitudes never improved when guests were checking in.

Clean rooms

Staff were very accommodating. All the staff were helpful and engaging. The airport shuttle is the best thing on offer as it gets you to the beach and many other attractions.
