Holiday Inn Express - Naples South - I-75 by IHG

Handicap room. Shower was excellent. People friendly Aldi good breakfast

It is a good place to stay. Breakfast was great and room was clean. The pool was not the best experience, when it gets darker the mosquito get to you. After I checkout I notified the front desk male That someone at the bathroom next to breakfast area put a lot of paper on the toilet and his response was: “that’s not my job.” That’s the response you might get at this location after trying to help.

Rooms were comfortable but smelled like bleach the whole time. One room wasn't cleaned while we were away all day. No fresh towels in that room.

Isreal and MaryBell went above and beyond to help us and make our stay more memorable. They were awesome! Whether it was explaining all the amenities or helping us find some pizza, they did it all with a smile. We greatly appreciated how they made us feel so welcome :)
