Kids can’t use indoor pools because water wasn’t heated. They over charged

Tied property - under construction- cardboard on the windows. Literally nothing close by for food. Slow check in (but my person was lovely). Expedia should state it is under Reno. Didn’t feel super safe at this hotel at all.

I stayed at this place for 8 days. I had to request that my room be cleaned once and got pushback from the cleaning staff. There was also construction going on and at least two of the days that I was there, it was very loud for several hours. I called to ask for a different room and they said that they didn’t have anything available within my price range and that the noise would not be lasting too long. It was at least three hours for two days in a row.

My only issue was the pool it could’ve been warmer for it being inside it was ice cold i couldn’t enjoy it I only was able to put my foot in it and I left went back to my room 😩

The place is so noisy even at 2am. No parking even though I paid. I had to park across the street. Elevator felt like it would break down any minute. The only thing that was good was the bed. It was very comfy. To bad the noise wouldn’t let me sleep and enjoy the bed.

The hotel was located close to the Canadian border, within walking distance to the falls and the casino. The front desk staff was not friendly and seemed bothered that he was being disturbed. There was a large group of youth hockey who were running, yelling, and being rough. No one said anything to them. The hall carpet on the 1st floor was filthy! Our room was clean. We left for a while, returned to no place to park. We were told to park across the street from the gas station next door at the Niagara Inn. That inn is run down and closed! So not only is my vehicle not on the property but upon check out, I am charged a facilities fee which is partially for parking. I am not reccomending this property and we will not stay again. I'll pay the extra to stay at a better quality hotel next year.

Hall carpet was very dirty. Pool room needs paint, remove rusty areas on walls, etc. Pool itself and surrounding tile was very nice though.

Wouldn’t say this is the nicest property, but not the worst. The bed was comfortable but the pool area could be cleaner. The elevators are not well kept (but it worked so thank you for that) and the staff could be more attentive (eye contact) when talking to guests. Sometimes a warm smile is enough.

Checked in almost two hours after check in time due to room not being ready. Dirty carpets, ice machine broke, restaurant closed???? Our room carpet was soaking wet by the window and never dried the entire stay! Tub had no drain plug for kids bath. Windows super dirty. Not enough parking down or up.

Nothing outstanding to note. Average accommodation however parking is terrible.

The shower had hair in it, the walls were dirty, carpet dirty, the pictures definitely fooled us.

Check in was slow. There was a hidden $20 charge for internet and pool. Our room had cake icing on the handles of night stand. Hot tub in room had hair in it. Not worth the price

I absolutely hate to have to leave such a terrible review but this place deserves every bad review they get. This hotel is filthy and I do mean filthy. The elevators are sketchy to say the least, the pool is freezing, the restaurant is hardly ever open and when it is the servers are beyond rude, the windows are so filthy that even though we upgraded our room for the "skyline view" all you see is filth and glare, front desk staff is absolutely rude to the customers and the carpet in the hallways is so disgusting I don't even think a professional cleaner could do anything to save it. On a brighter note the falls were absolutely breathtaking so with that being said we spent our trip avoiding our hotel as much as possible! Don't be fooled by the pictures presented online, I'm pretty sure those are as dated as the hotel itself. This was a last minute trip decision so availability in our hotel of choice wasn't an option for this trip but next time we will be sure to plan ahead and avoid this hotel and I would recommend anyone reading this do the same and save yourself the disappointment.

This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. It is located in a very convenient spot; however it is filthy, rundown, and the staff were rude. I ran into one housekeeper that was so nice, however, the front staff gave attitude when we asked for another roll of toilet paper and towels since they don’t service the rooms. The pictures on the internet are deceiving. Paint peeling off the walls, stained carpet, smokey rooms, and stained up bedsheets are what you’ll get here. Awful!

the carpet was beyond dirty, the window in the room was so dirty I could not see out of it. Upon arriving I was charged an additional $120 because I booked with expedia. Would have been nice to know that before hand. Every time the air conditioner kicked on it sounded like a jet plane taking off on the runway. I will never book with a Wyndham Garden again.

I can’t really say i had high expectations for this location but I was not expecting to find blood on our bed sheets and toilet seat, they came to change the sheets and as the employee was placing the new ones we spotted another spot of blood on them. As well as the Starbucks employees were rude at 10 am which we understand is a busy time but as a guest, there was honestly no need for attitude as we start our day.

This property was extremely dirty and building in need of repairs. The carpets look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. The elevators were in such poor condition I didn’t feel safe using them I had use the stairs instead. The stair are dirty and unkept. When I got to the room the shears on the bed were stained. And the room overall was dirty and had a bad smell. I would expect this from a cheep motel. But for the price they charge I was extremely disappointed.

Was rundown and dirty

ROOM WAS REALLY DIRTY, WINDOWS HAVE NOT BEEN EVER CLEANED, ROOM HAD A MUSTY SMELL, LIKE MOULD. WAS NOT IMPRESSED FOR THAT MONEY. LOCATION WAS GOOD

Not worth the money for skyline view. Put you on the third floor and windows are so filthy you can’t see any good views. The jetted tub only one side works at a time and WiFi is horrible and a lot of hidden fees.

Very old hotel. We were on the first level. Room was clean but our view was of the air conditioner units that hummed all night. The carpet in the hallways were stained and the chair in our room was too. We also had a second room that was accessible the bed was only a mattress on a frame. The AC squeeked all night and the window were so durty you couldnt see the run down parking lot and casino view.

My family and I decided to spend the 4th of July in Niagara Falls. We stayed on the 8th floor in a Sky Suite. The first room they gave us had a leaky air conditioning unit, so they graciously moved us to another suite. Those suites are INCREDIBLE! The location is fantastic being right at the border and within walking distance of the aquarium and falls. My 6 y/o son really enjoyed the pool! We got breakfast from the cafe our last day there. It was DELICIOUS! We will definitely be going back and staying here again.

The place was more run down compare what it looked like in the pictures. There were things broken throughout the room. Most of the outlets were loose and wouldn’t actually charge things.

I was very leery driving up to the hotel because of the mediocre reviews but I was not disappointed at all. The hotel looks nice and is walkable to Niagara Falls and shopping places. The room was fantastic, high ceiling, bathroom was nice and city view was great. So I definitely recommend this place , take the city view room because its absolutely gorgeous at night

The suite was amazing very clean very spacious very beautiful

Stayed in the suite with walk in shower, rgb lighting, and floor to ceiling windows. Room was amazing, bedding was like a giant pillow, and the walk in shower with the ceiling and side spouts was phenomenal

The room seemed nice & view was good but the windows were very dirty. Stood at window with no shoes and the carpet was wet from a leak under window which was covered by a chair. We complained & were upgraded to a suite which was smaller than the previous room. At least the window was clean but there was no great view.

Room had a leaking window with wet carpet and a broken light switch. Moved to up graded room and bathroom floor was coming up and door moulding was loose. No parking in the parking garage.

I have stayed King suite room with casino view for 3 nights 4 days. 5 Star for the room size and view. 1 star for Guest Behavior. "The Hotel was a fantastic choice for our recent trip to the niagra falls usa. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Niagara falls USA and its attractions. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Not very impressed with the attentive service from the staff, during my stay I have meet with three of the staffs in the front desk all of them seem to be not welcoming as well as tired like they have been working 24 hours. I sometime sat in the lobby to check the behavior of them with other clients too. Very bad experience. Its a hospitability job you guys are doing come on have some smile on the face with some attitude to answer the questions a guest might have. Not a sad dull face showing no interest to talk to any guest. The hotel's amenities, like the swimming pool is good and awesome but remember its cold water only no heated up but you will love swimming as the water is clean and everything surrounding it is great, fitness center, were also a great addition, there is a small free guest laundry with one speed queen machine of dryer and washer. The Suite room i booked was expensive so I was expecting the parking to be free. But to my surprise when I reached there they took money out of my credit card without even informing me for what are they charging me for.

The staff was very rude at check in. The rooms are perfect. The area is okay, close to the falls.

From check in to checkout poor experience

We had to wait an hour for check in . Unfriendly front desk people!!

This hotel is right near the pedestrian walkway to Canada, also mere steps beyond that was the entrance to Niagara State Park and the falls. 100ft beyond that is prospect trolley stop. 2 full days I walked and explored quite a bit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Over all the hotel was neat and clean, with some normal wear and tear, but they seemed conscious of it and were actively working to make it shine. (I overheard staff talking about a WiFi outage, they were working diligently to get it up and running in the fastest time possible)

The front desk was EXCELLENT, helpful and friendly. Convenient walking distance to the falls, the Rainbow Bridge and Casino.

Upon first arrival, this hotel looked very sketchy. The good news is that the inside matched the photos, even if the outside did not. Check-in was scheduled for 4 pm. We arrived around 3 pm to see if there was any chance of checking in early. The staff was rude when we arrived; they ignored our arrival because they were on their phones. After taking our information, they told us our room wasn't ready and to return at 4 pm. After returning around 5:20 pm, they officially checked us in (i.e., ran my cc, charged additional fees not included in the Hotels.com pre-paid rate, and took our car info) but told us again that our room was not ready and we would need to wait. After another 20 mins, they gave us our room keys, allowing us to check in. While it looked like the photos, the room also had some issues. For one, it must have been built at an angle. Both bedside end tables would not stay closed; they kept rolling open, so be careful when getting out of bed to ensure you don't hit the drawers. We also later engaged with different staff to purchase some water and coffee at the shop inside the hotel. Overall, you could tell the staff did not want to be there, and their attitudes reflected that. The one plus of the hotel (does it outweigh all the bad? TBD) is how close it is to the park (walking distance) and the bridge to cross to Canada.

Upon checking in the receptionist seemed very unhappy to be there, shower makes a high pitched squealing, waitress was unattentive even though we were the only table, food took a very very long time for 2 items even though again we were the only table.Room was never cleaned or provided new towels

They have double charged me, it’s been 11 days and I am still waiting for my refund. Very bad service at reception.

You pay 20$ per day for parking, but parking is limited on site. Both days we had to park outside of hotel lot. When speaking to front desk was informed the daily fee is a facility fee that includes parking but is not specific to parking alone. Our room was not serviced and when calling for extra towels we were told they didn’t have any. Overall very disappointed and would not recommend hotel.

Central location was great you could walk to everything at Nigara Falls

It is in an unsafe area with sirens and loud vehicle traffic all night. It is very run down. They charged a previously undisclosed facility fee although we arrived after 5pm and left by 8am.

Location is the best

The Garden hotel was clean, with friendly staff. The rainbow pedestrian bridge was literally across the street. The Niagara Falls State Park entrance just just beyond that, with the falls right there. 100 ft to the left was the prospect trolley ticket booth and stop. I walked and explored the NY and Canadian side of the falls, 2 days was more than enough. Area had many types of food offerings, conventional and food trucks- bicycle rentals, parking if needed. I ended up racking up 21.2 miles walking and used the trolley a lot over the 2 days.

There was trash left in the room. The falls were in walking distance but not much food choices. Car alarms kept going off. We had no idea that Niagara Falls City was so rundown.

Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. Parking garage was a little in need of repair. The walk to the falls to see the illumination at dark was a little sketchy as the area around the hotel didn’t feel the safest.

Five minute walk to the falls, Goat Island, Rainbow Bridge, and Maid of the Mist. Park at hotel then just walk everywhere. Very convenient.

Perfect location and easy access for everything!

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Bed and bathroom were very clean and I enjoyed the stay except for the restaurant. Food was good but we must have interrupted the server's social life. There was no service, had to ask several times for anything we needed. I know people may be tired at end of shift but we were just in the way I think Also there was a large spill on the floor that staff just kept walking through.

The property was clean and well maintained. The hidden gem was the chill443 restaurant. It had amazing food and excellent service

I went to the restaurant to get breakfast and I was the only one eating there at the time. My food came out cold in spots and semi-warm in other areas. Was not good being the only one there.

Accommodations were nice, but there's not a dining facility except for a Starbucks store which was not effective at all.

No morning breakfast, you have to pay. Bar is harley open.

The view from our window was excellent. Beds were super comfortable and quiet. Amenities left a lot to be desired. No food after 11am. No Casino even tbough one was advertised. No room service. Hotel needs to be updated. Some outlets were not working.

Customer service is lacking. The sign and website says breakfast, lunch and dinner with happy hour starting at 3 and only offered breakfast. Could use more than 2 elevators, waited at times 5 minutes for the elevator.

Very very disappointed in the fact that it stated that there was a restaurant and bar and breakfast available. After we are checked in, we find out that all of that was closed for the season! Also booked a city/casino view and didn’t have that either. Windows were so dirty you could hardly see out of them. Hotel definitely not worth the price.

They have a nice breakfast buffet for $17.99 a person. Elevator sucks small and dirty always packed with people and lights don't work. You can walk everywhere with the location of the hotel.

I liked location very close to the waterfall. We loved delicious buffet breakfast and very good coffee. I highly recommend to others .
