全体的に清潔です。 お風呂の終了時間が早い（23：45）ことが残念でした。

成田空港からバスで10分位で到着。温泉、岩盤浴も良い。共有スペースがあるので、カプセルの狭さが気にならない。翌朝無料バスに乗って成田空港に行けて、4300円位だった。とてもリーズナブル。

23時以降くらいになると大浴場が使用不可となり早朝も使用可能な浴場は人工浴場に限られるので遅い時間帯に到着する場合は要注意です。

カプセルの中は狭いけど快適でした。お風呂も露天風呂があり、飛行機を眺めながら入浴が出来ます。

無料送迎バスで成田空港まで15分で行けるのでいいです。温泉や岩盤浴などが23:30、24:00頃に終わってしまうのが本当に残念でしたが、朝は人口温泉だけでも入れたのは良かったです。ベッドは鍵つきロッカーなどがありきれいでした。漫画がたくさん置いてあったのも良かったです。

宿泊者には全てのスパサービス(館内着、岩盤浴、タオル、歯ブラシ)がついていて便利でした。

もうちょっと温泉とサウナの時間が長いとありがたかったです

露天風呂で飛行機の離着陸が見れるのが気に入ってます。サウナも広くてお値段もリーズナブルでいつも朝早い便の時は利用させていただいています。

This is the perfect airport hotel for anyone who needs some serious relaxation after a long flight. It's less of a hotel, and more of a giant onsen that happens to have a capsule hotel on one floor. The pictures of the onsen don't do it justice, it's much larger, maybe 7 pools total and 3 saunas. Clean, safe, and quiet, and the airport shuttle is quick and easy to use. Definitely recommend!

Pick up area is on the first level, outside the arrival gates. It is at 23b, which is next to the big 24. Once you find this the red shuttle is easy to spot. The facility is clean, staff polite, and overall experience pleasant. The capsule stay includes use of the onsen. Only complaint is that the bed is thin so you’re more than likely sleeping on a futon on a hard surface. Just be aware.

清掃スタッフがよく動いて掃除してくださってたのでとてもキレイでした。 受付の皆さんも感じが良かったです。

共用エリアには沢山の漫画が有り、漫画が好きな人は充分時間を潰せる。床は砂っぽいと言うか裸足で歩いていると少し気になる。 お風呂は照明を落としてあるのできれいかどうか良くわからないが、湯船に浸かれるのはやはり快適だった。 寝室の位置が自動ドアから三つ目で、真夜中まで扉が開く音が気になり全然寝られなかった。 食事と言うか飲み物も売店で売っていたが、メニューもわかりにくくて使用する気にならなかった。

夜遅くと早朝、荷物を開けるまとめるなどの音が気になりましたが、このタイプなので仕方ないですね。話声などの騒音はなく、施設は快適に過ごせました。

カプセルホテル内も快適でしたし治安上の不安もありませんでした。 ただ、カプセルホテルの布団は私には合わなかったのか、あまり眠れませんでした。

Easy to get to via their free shuttle from Narita Terminal 2. Checkin was ok and they provided clear instructions with a leaflet in English, but the girl at the reception was not too helpful when we indicated my son wants to Go use the gym next door. There was confusion about what we should do with our shoe locker keys. We enjoyed the various onsens and sauna they have. Dinner in their restaurant is quite good. The problem with the capsule type room is that others are making Noise throughout the night and early in the morning. I had 2 japanese girls who were chattjng around 6am and repackjng their suitcases right in front of my pod so I was awoken much earlier than expected. Guess I should have used the ear plugs they provided!

I loved how clean and quiet the place is. The outdoor hot spring was amazing at night where you could bathe under the stars. It was, however, a bit stuffy and too warm inside the capsule even with the ventilation fan on.

今回で3度目の利用です。今まで朝一の飛行機なのでとても便利が良いと思ってましたが、午後便の飛行機になった時、ちょっと中途半端かなと思いました。そしてカプセルホテルの一室、いつも二段の個室の下の部屋を使用させてもらってます。これまで2回使用の時は、快適にすごさせてもらいましたが、今回上の個室のドンドンバタバタと騒音が気になりました。安価なんだから仕方ないかもしれませんが、それなら他のホテルを考える余地もあるかもしれませんでした。お風呂のお湯もぬるめでちょっと残念でした。

カプセルホテルを理解してますが、あれ程小さな騒音があるとは思いませんでした　　 外国の方も利用しますので、皆が寝ると思う時間にカプセルの中で異様なガサガサと言う音、色々な雑音、寝不足気味で朝を迎えました、おかげで早起きさせていただき、仕事中寝不足で集中できませんでしたが 私の意見です。今度泊まる事があれば、多少高くても普通のホテルを利用します。

Wonderful place to start or end a trip to Tokyo. Building and spa area were very clean with ample amenities. As someone who has never been to a Japanese onsen, it was an interesting experience, and the provided materials make the process smooth. Be sure to plan around the bus schedule in advance. This was also my first experience with a pod hotel, and as a fairly tall person (6’2”), I was a little worried I’d feel cramped inside the pod, but luckily I was able to stretch all the way out. I admit my feet were very close to reaching outside the pod, so if you’re any taller than me, you might want to consider different options. My only real gripe was the uncomfortably thin mattress pad. You can definitely feel the hard surface underneath you the entire time, especially whenever you sit up or toss and turn (which I did quite a bit throughout the night). Unfortunately I was not able to try any of the food or the stone bath as I arrived too late and left too early the next day, though I did appreciate the extensive manga library. I’d also like to commend the front desk staff, especially the woman who helped me figure out the bus schedule and how to get to Tokyo from the resort. With some google translate and a lot of patience on her end, she helped me get my head on straight and start my vacation off on the right foot. Would recommend.

This was my 3rd stay at Soranoyu. The facility is always nice and clean and amenities and services are updated regularly so that repeated customer won’t get too tired of their services and amenities. After over 10 hour flight in tiny economy seat to sit down, coming here to take a break for mind and body make the trip more enjoyable. I forgot to bring the key to go to the bathroom in a middle of the night, but no stress! There is always a front desk staff who can help you. (Thank you!☺️) This facility has a room for a family, couple and or a small group and also have a family Onsen to reserve ahead.

This is a great day spa with excellent food and friendly staff. There is nothing else close by. Also not a good hotel experience. You have to check out every day even if staying multiple days. You have to leave from 9-10am each day and are not allowed to access your capsule until 5PM each day.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! The Onsen was such a blessing start my trip with such relaxation! The food was fantastic and the restaurant, there was no reason to go anywhere else. The capsule itself was comfortable enough Although I would have preferred a little more padding. Temperature was not controllable But it was The end of January so not bad period for me it would be a concern in the summer. I am very glad I was aware based on a previous review that even when you stay multiple nights you must check out at 9:00 a.m. and then you can come back at 10:00 a.m. there is no going back into the room until 1700 so you basically can just hang out and read the Manga and enjoy the cafe and the spa. I did get a body scrub there which is my new favorite thing! I added on the lymphatic drainage which I think the woman took pleasure in the pain she caused LOL I actually have bruises on my arm and my legs were sore for 2 days but hey it was still nice. And very affordable. During my checkout time I walked over to the Family Mart and 7-Eleven for a snack. I am familiar with it now but as this was my first arrival days in Tokyo I'm glad I read the review where clothing is not an option in the onsen! However it's a beautiful ritual where you clean off and then soak and then you can take an entire shower head to toe with facial care afterwards and sleep like a baby later! I will definitely be back to this place it was darling!

Erstklassige Unterkunft! Große Empfehlung für alle die ab Narita fliegen. Ich werde wohl ab jetzt immer hierher kommen. Es fängt schon an mit einem perfekten Check-In. Man bekommt ein Schließfach für seine Schuhe und genau auf diesen Schlüssel wird auch der Einlass für alles andere gebucht, man muss also nicht mehrere Schlüssel mit sich umherschleppen. Genauso bekommt man ausreichend Handtücher und Spa-Kleidung beim Check-In. Übernachtet habe ich in einem Mehrbettzimmer mit Kapseln. Diese waren groß, mit Stromanschluss, individuellem Licht, einem weiteren Schließfach, sehr sauber und bequem. Der sehr angebrachten Übernachtungspreis der Unterkunft beinhaltet auch den Zugang zum Spa der Einrichtung. Und das ist das Highlight. Sehr schön gestaltet, sehr gut organisiert und super sauber befinden sich in der oberen Etage mehrere heiße Becken, kalte Becken, Saunen, Duschen und Entspannungszonen. Nebenbei kann man Fernsehen schauen, den Ausblick (teile des Spas sind draußen auf dem Dach) genießen oder sogar flight radar verfolgen (ich liebe die Details!). Ich saß das erste Mal in einem Sprudelwasser-Onsen, unglaublich :D In der zweiten Etage gibt es noch weitere Entspannungsräume, ein Cafe und mehrere Räume mit hot stones. Unten gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit tollen Öffnungszeiten, man verhungert also auch nicht. Insgesamt alles liebevoll und bis ins Detail gestaltet, kann ich äußerst empfehlen!

成田早朝発の飛行機に乗る為、前泊利用させて頂きました。清潔な寝室、ゆったり身体を癒せるお風呂、スタッフさんの温かな笑顔、お食事、送迎バス利用可能な点、全て良かったです。 また利用したいと思いました。

Really close to the airport so very convenient

電車の駅からの徒歩が、近いのに解りにくかった。

大浴場、カプセルベット清潔でよい。　 周りに何もないが施設に食事処あり、空港送迎もあるので値段以上。

Very good lodging choice for Narita over night transfer flights. Free shuttle service to and from Terminal 2 of Narita Airport.

周囲にコンビニがないので不便だったが、施設内で大抵のものが入手できるのでよし。 空港への送迎バスは助かる。

施設は良かったです。 温泉の種類もあり、ベッドも上か下か選ばせてくれました。 最寄りの駅がsuica使えないので不便でした。

成田空港へ無料送迎バスがあり便利だと思います。

最寄り駅芝山千代田駅から徒歩圏内。 成田空港駅がらの送迎バスも早朝や深夜便対応のほぼ30分間隔で便利。 5000円前後の宿泊は機能性のあるカプセル内で窪みがあり暗証番号付き簡易ロッカーと簡易性パソコン作業用スペースがあるのもうれしい。

カプセルホテル、温泉、岩盤浴、休憩スペースのいずれも快適でした。 レストラン(居酒屋)の食事価格が若干高めですが、沢山食べる方でなければ滞在はとてもリーズナブルだと思います。

非常清潔,但是早上無早餐吃，因為11時才會工作

成田空港からの無料送迎もあり、施設の中には整体やマッサージ、垢すりなど、沢山のメニューもあってくつろぎスペース、温泉や岩盤浴などゆっくり出来た。レストランもとても美味しかったので、大満足！ローリューが入らなかったのが残念。施設内にはコンビニは無く、施設内のレストランなどのお店は朝は無いので、朝の9時チェックアウトの際は早めに出て空港で食事をするしか無かったです。

とても快適に過ごせました！スタッフの方もとても親切に館内のことを説明してくれます。ベッドも快適でしたし、鍵付きのロッカーやスーツケース保管場所があって、安心できました。 温泉や飲食店が24時までだったので、次はもっと早くから行こうと思いました。

很不錯的一次體驗，十分乾淨，舒適，一樓餐廳美味並且價格合理。距離成田機場很近，有巴士送機。唯一缺點是晚上二樓餐廳服務員態度不是很好，是一個短髮女士。整體來說其他服務人員都是微笑熱情，並且泡湯真的很舒服。
