Room was big, coffee pot didnt work but we just got hot breakfast and coffee in lobby everyday. Room was clean enough to stay in but overall place is sort of run down. It was probably very nice once but upkeep is not great. Carpet was dirty, sofa had stains, shampoo and soap empty. Overall it wasn't a bad stay. Breakfast was great. Staff nice. Just expect more of a motel not hotel.

⭐️ 1 Star — Absolutely unacceptable experience. The biggest issue was what happened Friday night. After spending the entire day at Disneyland with my two young children (8 and 3), we returned to the hotel expecting to rest. Instead, the hotel’s fire alarm malfunctioned and blared continuously from approximately 5 PM until 1 AM. The hotel called the firefighters, who were unable to resolve it. They contacted the district manager, who apparently couldn’t be reached, and the direct manager didn’t arrive until we had already been dealing with the alarm for more than two hours. Meanwhile, my exhausted family was forced to sit outside the hotel on a blanket on the ground for hours because of the nonstop alarm. When management finally arrived, they offered only 50% off that night’s stay. That is an absolutely laughable response to putting guests through 8 hours of a blaring fire alarm, especially families with young children. I booked through a third party, and when that company contacted the hotel on my behalf, the property refused any additional compensation. Even more concerning, it appeared that the fire alarms were eventually deactivated rather than the underlying problem being properly resolved. If that is what happened, that raises a serious safety concern for everyone staying there. There were other issues as well. The EV chargers advertised by the hotel were broken, apparently for an extended period, despite being a major reason I chose this property. One of our rooms
