Meh... Overpriced for no pool...$119 No eggs or meat for breakfast...just a waffle machine and some cereals. Holes/ cigarette burns in the blankets! Clean this place up! I won't stay here again ..

Just disappointed in the direction the property has gone since I first came here several years ago. All rooms need updating with carpet and bedding. All public spaces need updating with paint and carpet/flooring. Carts for luggage are in poor shape

Nice experience. Although if you are coming on a Friday evening you'll have blasting music in the parking lot from an amplifier on the back of a pick-up truck. I was told that this is an every Friday evening occurrence and that they "hang out" in the parking lot.

My room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was VERY quiet, which I very much appreciated. The exterior land and hardscaping needs updated, or at minimum, some professional care. It’s not inviting. The main entrance door is NOT handicapped accessible. It is a single door, very heavy, and not automatic. I don’t think anyone wheelchair bound could open it unassisted, and it could be a safety hazard for older adults. However, the worst thing is the hallway carpet, which is extremely worn and dirty. Had the room carpet been in the same condition, I would not have stayed. Wyndham really needs to make some investment in this property. The staff was excellent.

Bathroom upgrade is needed, and carpet change, but that is just cosmetic. Stayed for 2 days and enjoyed my stay. Continental breakfast will get you through the morning. Everything is close by, always great parking.

Very pleasant hotel to stay at very reasonably priced, friendly staff friendly service rooms are clean and kept up everyday they have free breakfast plenty of parking and is close to many stores and businesses dont have to drive very far to find what your looking for I highly recommend this Hotel it does not have a pool nor a gym but if thats what your looking for then pay a higher price at other near-by hotels that will cost you a lot more for the small amount of time you will swim or work out in a gym so if your looking for a hotel that is comfortable and relaxing and has very clean rooms this is the hotel for you.

The woman at the front desk was pleasant and professional. We had a lovely conversation. The room was clean and rather large. Breakfast was the usual continental breakfast, adding waffles and oatmeal for hot options. I was surprised that the rate was so much lower than several comparable hotels in the area. Mist like because it’s just off the main road, and no pool. But I just needed a quick, economical room, and I was not disappointed

Very clean sheets and room, nice amenities and the staff gave a warm greeting and farewell. The carpets could use either a good cleaning or replacement though.

Breakfast was simple but really good options, especially for the price of the room. Loved the oats and waffle machine. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but there were some stains on the quilt, the quilt was clean but the cover could be replaced.

Black mold on top of the shower stall -- which they did clean after being notified. The carpeting throughout tho was dirty. Won't stay again.

The only issue I had was the toilet seat in my room was broken. I made sure to tell the staff prior to leaving so that they wouldn't put a new person in there who might get hurt.

The things that I had some concerns about is that the carpeting is in need of replacing and sprucing up the parking lot. The rooms were relatively quiet, my bed was very comfortable, air conditioner worked very well, room lighting and bath components were very good. The refrigerator in the room really worked well and kept things cold. When I did interact with staff they were very cordial. I would stay there again.

The check in process was convenient and easy to do. It was all completed by phone. The lady at the desk was very nice. Thank you. The hotel could benefit from an upgrade like tv, coffeemaker, & rug. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Staff was actually good besides not listening first time I told them my room stunk like dope and cigarette smoke. Second room was much better. Breakfast is pretty much coffee and a small muffin if you don't want a waffle or bowl of cereal.

As we were checking out, the staff that was cleaning had pulled mattresses out in to the hallway, and was smoking while doing their cleaning. For a non smoking place (or at least I thought it was), I found this to be so inconsiderate. Every mattress in the place was then exposed to cigarette smoke, and the hallway also had odors of trying to cover up smoke. Super disappointing.

Very comfortable. High level of cleanliness. Friendly, helpful staff. Very good rates. Less than 5 minutes to downtown Ottawa, less than 30 minutes to Starved Rock State Park. Only a couple blocks from I-80, but no road noise in the motel room.

A great stop on our road trip. It’s nothing fancy, but it is clean and a comfortable bed! There were lots of stores and restaurants (most fast food) nearby. Price was great. And it included breakfast. Would stay here again!

For the price it was great, the staff was nice, the room was clean and beds were great. Overall a nice area and close to all the stores you need. Also the town was cool, we will be back when we go to starved rock again.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location is great -- close to the Interstate. Unfortunately, a tired, dated facility. The beds were great, but the small spaces for the split bathroom (toilet shower separate from sink -- no or limited vanity space made use difficult.

Friendly, helpful staff. Location is great -- close to the Interstate. Unfortunately, a tired, dated facility. The beds were great, but the small spaces for the split bathroom (toilet shower separate from sink -- no or limited vanity space made use difficult.

I booked this place for the weekend since we were planning on hiking around Starved Rock and Matthiessen Park. The place is overall nice and affordable. The staff was nice. The property was clean. Our room was good. There was a few tears in the furniture but otherwise it was clean! Also, most importantly the bathroom was very clean. It was also close to a lot of food places and a cvs. It’s a good location and it was close to the state parks.

Meh... Overpriced for no pool...$119 No eggs or meat for breakfast...just a waffle machine and some cereals. Holes/ cigarette burns in the blankets! Clean this place up! I won't stay here again ..

We always stay here when we come to Ottawa. The hotel is always clean and comfortable. We were disappointed by the breakfast this time. The options were limited and there wasn’t any fruit.

Breakfast selections were very poor!! Only two kinds of cereal and no eggs!!!! Tiny prepackaged muffins and bagels. Compared to other hotels in this class their breakfast scores at the bottom of the list!! The front desk manager was wonderful!!

It was a nice stay. The coffee was a disappointment. They had a coffee machine that dispenses "instant Coffee" and not fresh brewed coffee. Even though they say they have breakfast, go to McDonalds for that instead

The complimentary breakfast menu is extremely limited to basically waffles that you make yourself, tiny yogurt cups and a few choices of drinks. We ended up going elsewhere to get adequate nutrition

The employees were very friendly. The room, lobby, and breakfast room were very clean. The bed and shower were comfortable. There wasn’t much for breakfast though. Nice hotel for the price.

Room was comfortable and clean. Hallway carpet was a little dated. Close to the highway. Several places to eat nearby. Breakfast was okay. There was a variety of food available but no eggs, no toast, no peanut butter, no fruit.

Booked here for a 1 night stay on a budget. The bed was clean and comfortable as were the pillows. The room was clean though the carpet is in need of replacement. The refrigerator was cold and working well. The bathtub was heavily stained and looks very worn and needs replacing. Overall it met my needs and I got a comfortable nights sleep, however guests need to set their expectations of what they are going to get at this price point. It was a clean comfortable bed in an otherwise well worn property.

Well, sad to say our Ist room had bugs. Some kind of little ants crawling on the nightstand and the sink did not work, water barely coming out of it. They were very accommodating about finding us another room and that was fine. Were probably not going to stay there again.

Check in was amazing, the front desk was very friendly at both check in and out. Seen housekeeping the first morning and was able get get more TP and give them trash as we were leaving. Breakfast was continental, which we love. Beds were comphy, ac and shower worked perfectly. The fridge was clean and even had a crisper drawer, we thought that was neat. We will stay again and highly recommend. While the motel is a little dated, you can't beat it for the budget.
