There was an actual physical key (not a coded key) so we didn’t feel safe. It was super hot and the air conditioner didn’t work at all. We had to open a window just to get any air flow which made us feel even more unsafe. There is no night attendant on duty. The bathroom floor was in horrid shape. Free wi-fi is advertised but doesn’t work. By far the worst hotel experience we have ever had.

Room was not clean. No curtains and hole in one blind next to bed. One of two heat units did not work. One of two beds appeared to have been slept in. Towels were still in wrapper from Walmart and obviously not clean. Numerous holes in walls and bathroom door. No chain lock on either outside door. Dead bolts opened by key from outside. Dirty sock on floor from prior customer. What appeared to be vomit in one sink. Other sink did not drain. We slept with clothing on top of bed and were not not brave enough to try shower. This place should not be operating.

If my husband would have been with me, l KNOW he Would NOT have stayed in this room !! I have never been disappointed in your hotels, but this one should be removed from your list !! It was late, and l didn’t want to look for somewhere else.. The picture on hotel.com showed a Very Nice Room. I’m sending pictures of the actual rooms. There was NOT a closet or dresser, Not Even a waste basket, the bathroom fixtures were old with a dirty toilet and bleach stained towels !! The bed was almost to the floor, no boxspring, and only 2 Very Thin pillows!! The door opens to the outside sidewalk, and the safety chain was missing, but it had a deadbolt. The TV didn’t work, but the owner reset it. The only good part, l could walk to a restaurant to eat. When l checked out at 8AM, the office door was locked, so I couldn’t talk to them, left key in a slot box..

Property was trashy in a bad neighborhood. Rooms were full of people by the weeks or months. Lawn chairs, bicycles, grills and garbage outside of the doors and stairways. This should not be labeled as a hotel/motel. No onsite staff and the rooms were not cleaned, inspected, or beds made up. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is a refuge not a hotel/motel.

Very Convenient location, close to everything and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. He gave me one of the new renovated rooms and all I can say is AMAZING! overall I had a great experience, definitely staying again

The rooms do not have a tv remote as they require a deposit for the remote; I had to call the front desk and she came to turn off the tv which was on when I arrived. I wasn't going to watch and was leaving early so didn't want to do the deposit. During the night the tv would randomly turn on & off by itself. Totally annoying.

We arrived a little after 5pm. We rang the call buzzer 3x without a response. However, no one was present to check us in, so we waited outsde for a 15 minutes waiting for someone to return, but no luck. Therefore, we decided it was time to leave.

The room was clean, didn’t really have any interaction with check in person. Didn’t have any amenities. There was one towel one wash cloth and one hand towel, for two people. No hooks to hang coats or clothes. No chair or coffee table to put luggage on. No rug or mat by the shower, on a tile floor was very slippery getting out of shower. AND the mattress was turned cross ways and not on bed frame correctly, bed sheets had cigarette burn marks in them. The plus was end table with extra plug ins.

Amenities were a bed toilet and shower. I have problems with my vision. The lighting in the room was horrid! I turned on the tv and I couldn't even get Fox New Channel. Oh I could get every liberal network I wanted what a sham. The internet kept going out and tv was buffering all the time, how irritating. No bathroom fan, what????? If you are going to run a motel the least you could do is keep up the basics. What a pit. You should get out of the motel business and let someone else run it who cares.

If you are a construction worker or on a road crew, this is an okay place to get some rest. AC was fine and overall clean. Very dated and no amenities. In need of some serious remodeling, but served our purpose for a quiet night's sleep.

If you are a construction worker or on a road crew, this is an okay place to get some rest. AC was fine and overall clean. Very dated and no amenities. In need of some serious remodeling, but served our purpose for a quiet night's sleep.

The room was terrible. The blankets and sheets were either dirty or just stained. There was a hole in the bathroom door. There was tape over the lock on the bathroom door. There was tape over an area separating 2 rooms, where a pocket door was. We didn't take time to look for anything more that was wrong before we left the room and turned in our key.
