Older property recently renovated, little breakfast seating, renovations still taking place, room was ok but had strange noises coming from the lighting. Parking lot had no rear access to hotel, and very little up front parking. Breakfast was so-so, nothing to excite me.

accommodation’s were great if it were a retreat would have been disappointed by the pool very small and seem to be a community pool for three different hotels. But I was there for my youngest daughters wedding and everything was spot on for that event

When we opened the door to our room, the stench, moldy smell was overwhelming. The tile in the bathroom was squishy. We were given another room on a different floor and it was the same. While explaining the problems to the manager, the couple that checked in behind us had the same problem. We both left and stayed in another hotel.

The property appeared clean, it was quiet and convenient but after leaving we all developed tons of bites all over and the only way we got those bites is from bed bugs. We stayed in room 101, the room need to be fumigated immediately. If it wasn't for that, I would have rated the hotel excellent.

This hotel is disgusting. We had to change rooms to get a cleaner room and still wasn’t very clean. It’s not that hard to clean a room after a guest leaves and change all sheets in between guests. We will never stay at this location again.

The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned. We were offered a small gesture for the inconvenience, but it tainted the entire experience. Thankfully the sheets and towels were clean.

The night clerk was so courteous and welcoming. After a very long day and night, her friendliness put a smile on my face. The one problem i did have was the cleanliness of the room carpet. I bent down to get something and the smell was horrible. I honestly did not want to walk on it without my shoes on. I was quite disgusted with it, to say the least. Other than that, my stay was excellent.

We were in town for a sports tournament. We were only staying one night. We arrived late and left early. The lobby area had just been cleaned - looked and smelled nice. We were on the 3rd floor. The hall looked and smelled decent. When we opened our door the room had a strong cleaner smell. It seemed to calm down the longer we were in the room but once the air cut off we were consumed with the smell of stale cigarette smoke. It was really bad in the bathroom. When we got home and opened our suitcase that horrible smell smacked us in the face again. It was in our clothes 😞

Good hotel for a quick stay. Convenient to food, gas, and the interstate. Could hear everything going on in the hallway such as doors, ice, chatter, etc. but all quiet by 10pm. Nice breakfast selection and eating area. Would stay again.

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. Our room 115 was directly across the hall from 2 ice machines. I asked to be moved and was not moved. The ice machines were loud. People filling coolers all night and early morning. We did not get good sleep both nights we were there.

The La Quinta Hotel in this area, as just about the same as any of the other properties in the area. The facilities seem newer, but one think I noticed is that the walls are paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the hallways. However, this is a suite, and the room where the king size bed is was pretty quiet.

I stayed here on a business trip. There are 6 or 7 hotels in the same area. Another hotel was full, so I booked this one based on the reviews. The property is freshly updated and looks great. Check in was fast and friendly. The room was well appointed and clean. The shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. This was a really quiet hotel. I only had coffee for breakfast, but it was good and easily accessible with flavored creamer. La Quinta has things I usually only expect from higher end hotels. I would definitely stay there again.

From the first phone call to walking out the door, we had a fantastic experience. They were so helpful when we needed to check in early due to an event! The room was clean, very comfortable, and cool when we walked in. Everything was perfect! The breakfast was great, and we left wishing we had a little more time to stay in the area!

The morning of our check out, we went down to breakfast with our luggage but had not checked out yet. After breakfast my husband went to the desk to checkout and we realized I forgot my wedding rings in the room. I ran back up to the room to check while the check in clerk kept telling my husband if something is turned in they would send it to us. He would not check with the cleaning crew, until my husband told him we weren’t leaving without our ring. My husband went to the room and checked behind me and asked the cleaning people about it. They said they did not find anything but would check with the other members of the crew. My husband said please do because we aren’t leaving the property without our ring. TEN minutes later the cleaning lady came down to the lobby with my ring. I fully believe the ring would not have been returned if we had left the property. Besides this debacle, the room was fairly clean except for the carpet near the air conditioner. The entire floor was soaking wet around the air conditioner. Then the coffee maker in the room was broken and leaking water all over the tray. We will definitely never stay here again.

The overall stay was pretty decent as far as the room being clean, quiet, and relaxing i had no issues with checking in everything was smooth up until i got extra charges on my card after checking out. I called to get clarification and the lady Annie or whatever her name was raised her voice and got smart with me like i had no idea what i was talking about. My reservation was 3/8/24 thru 3/10/24 which is 2 night and the lady argued me that it was 3 nights and the charges on my card was correct. Then i asked her for her name she wouldn’t give it to me so i asked to speak with a supervisor who corrected the issue because i was over charged for a extra night and when i told him about the lady at the front desk he only tried to make excuses for her she was very rude and apparently didn’t know what she was talking about so for future residents i recommend checking to be sure you are charged what you have been told you will be charge and nothing more.

Good hotel for a quick stay. Convenient to food, gas, and the interstate. Could hear everything going on in the hallway such as doors, ice, chatter, etc. but all quiet by 10pm. Nice breakfast selection and eating area. Would stay again.

Decent location around many other hotels. I believe Comfort is directly across the street and Hilton as well. The hotel has been updated and the updates have made a difference. We had a room with a sofa bed and it felt spacious. I slept well. The only thing I could suggest is the blanket/comforter could have been a bit thicker. It was a bit cold. Also, the old toilet paper holder is still attached to the wall even though they have a new one. It's a bit of an eyesore. The bathroom looks updated with the exception of the shower head and faucet. That could be updated to match with the rest of the bathroom. There were plenty of outlets for charging phones and devices, which was convenient. No view or indoor pool, but we were just there for the night while traveling, so was not an issue for us. There is only one small elevator, but it wasn't busy while we were there. I did take the stairs once and the stairway is surprisingly nicer than most others. Most hotel stairways are creepy. This one was very wide and carpeted stairs and well-lit. As a woman, this was appreciated. The breakfast was good and had a lot of choices. Plenty of seating and a nice layout. A second waffle machine would be good for busy weekends. It was fine with just a short wait for week day. There was waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, apples, bananas, yogurt, muffins, bread and jam. I would stay here again.

Excellent accommodations. We had stayed at this hotel previously and booked again because it was less expensive than others in the area and had clean rooms at the last visit. They have definitely upgraded their rooms and bathrooms since the last visit. Still very clean but now much more aesthetically pleasing. Also, bathroom stocked with Dove soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. Fantastic staff that are always super nice and helpful. Drink station in the lobby available 24/7 for fresh brewed coffee or hot water to make tea or hot chocolate, both available and fully stocked...Coffemate creamers available with 3 different flavor choices along with sweeteners of your choice. Continental breakfast on the weekend is delicious with several options to choose from.

The only issue I have with La Quinta is the $150 incidental hold they place on your card if you live within 7–9 minutes of the hotel. I've stayed at plenty of hotels, including one during my trip to North Carolina last weekend, and I've never had a hold that high. In most cases, the incidental hold has been around $50. I understand that hotels need to protect themselves against potential damages or incidentals, but a $150 hold seems excessive—especially for local guests. That amount can make it difficult for people who are simply looking for a quick getaway or staycation. I believe lowering the hold to something more reasonable, like $50 or even $75, would still protect the hotel while making the experience more convenient and affordable for guests. I don't think I'll be staying again due to the amount that is placed on hold. Overall, my stay was okay, but I do think the incidental hold policy is something La Quinta should reconsider.

The staff was helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. We felt safe and secure during our stay. The breakfast was OK, but you really can’t complain when it’s included in the room rate. All in all a nice stay. Would definitely recommend this location.
