It is indeed strange that the evaluations of this hotel are so different. We were met with nothing but kindness, an excellent room, a great breakfast and parking at no extra charge. We shall be back. Only fly in the ointment was the exorbitant charge for renting a robe and slippers if it is desired to use the wellness facilities. This should be possible at a more fair price.

Ideaal voor families zeggen ze, tot je aan komt en het zwembad alleen gebruikt kan worden mits extra betaling en mits je naakt zwemt. Mega vreemd dus. Ontgoocheling alom natuurlijk. De kamer was vuil, bad kapot, ook niet netjes gepoetst. Kortom veel geld voor wat je krijgt.

Place is desperate need of renovation, plugs are almost coming out of the wall if you use them. Don't go if you wan to use the pool, it's extra charge and no clothing allowed which isn't explained on the advert. Breakfast was seriously lacking choice The restaurant was good and bar staff were amazing

The hotel looks stunning from outside and in the pictures but dont let that fool you. Its very tired and grubby. The pool ISN"T free to you, its €14.95 for a 1hr pre booked sesion and everyone must be naked! This isnt mentioned anywhere in the property details and is something im not comfortable with personally. The sole purpose of booking this hotel was the pool area, not location as we'd driven down from North Holland and just wanted to relax. The room was grubby, smelt old and musty and generally needed a refresh. The drains was blocked meaning the bathroom floor become soaking from the shower. Overall, not a pleasant stay

Nice welcome. Ground floor looks great. Bar area and staff good. Bar meal was good with fresh baked bread. Ashley in wellness centre looked after us, very professional. Breakfast was good. Room comfy, no noise, just a little dated for price charged.

Tussentijds een beetje in de jaren gekomen .geen airco op de kamer . Verder wel rustig.goede housekeeping en heel schoon .fitnessruimte is aan vernieuwing toe . Mooie spa wellness .en een super restaurant. Heb daar echt heerlijk gegeten voor weinig geld.

Es wird geworben mit Wellness, aber das kostet zirka € 15,00 extra. Das Personal am Empfang hatte ein Faible für wichtig Tuerei. In unser Zimmer wurde geraucht. Wir bekamen dann auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer, wo Badetuecher fehlten die nachgeliefert wurden. Ansonsten ein modernes, gepflegtes Hotel mit einer gute Anbindung und ausreichend Parkplätze.

Es wird geworben mit Wellness, aber das kostet zirka € 15,00 extra. Das Personal am Empfang hatte ein Faible für wichtig Tuerei. In unser Zimmer wurde geraucht. Wir bekamen dann auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer, wo Badetuecher fehlten die nachgeliefert wurden. Ansonsten ein modernes, gepflegtes Hotel mit einer gute Anbindung und ausreichend Parkplätze.

Angenehme Atmosphäre, nettes Personal. Frühstück gut, Ambiance gut. Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Nur Bad mit laute Schiebetür und Dusche wobei das Wasser überall hinfließt könnte ein Update vertragen. Hat mir aber mein Spaß nicht versaut!

For several reasons I can’t say that I would recommend the room we were given. The carpet was dirty The bedding and pillows stunk of body odour. The bathroom sink did not have a top to put any of my toiletries The sink did not have a sink plug and as a contact lens wearer cleaning my lens was tricky There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes or items The walk in shower design led to the water going into the bathroom area soaking everything The fan in the room was unbearably loud- needed as it was hot day Hand towels which were there the first day were removed by housekeeping and not replaced so had to use our bath towels after toilet visits. So wouldn’t recommend on this basis However the restaurant was fantastic

Don't go here. Old smelly rooms that are not properly cleaned. The coffee machine is broken - the hotel employees all know this (because it's the same issue all over the hotel), yet they don't do anything against it. The reception is in most cases exceptional unfriendly. Checking out was a hell. Cleaning personnel already knocking on the door several times an hour in advance! Followed up by a call from the reception and then 5 min after that call the reception employee came up to the hotel room to give the same information again: don't worry, we understood it Karen! NEVER AGAIN!

Toilet stinkt,loopt constant door. Overal stof,niet netjes gepoetst. Handdoeken zijn super dun. Veel lawaai in gangen. Volledig gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. Als je het doorgeeft aan personeel bij verlaten hotel. O geef ik door aan technische dienst maar je betaling is wel in orde krijg je als reactie

Bar service was brilliant with great choice of drinks. Lovely big room but as soon as we opened the door the room stunk of stale body odour. There were only 2 bath towels which were really old. There were no hand towels. The bathroom needs a vanity mirror - just a suggestion. No air condition but good fan which was needed for the hottest day.

Geboekt voor 1 nacht. Kamer was goed, ontbijt was goed en werd goed aangevuld. Bedden waren prima. Puntje van kritiek, je moet in het bad stappen om te douchen. Ipv een gewone deur naar de badkamer was er een schuifdeur die bij openmaken erg stroef ging en daardoor herrie maakte. Daarbij schijnt het licht van de badkamer vol in je gezicht 's nachts en je moet de schuifdeur helemaal dichtklikken anders schuift hij zelf weer helemaal open. Voor 1 nacht zouden wij zeker nog eens terugkomen

Nice welcome. Ground floor looks great. Bar area and staff good. Bar meal was good with fresh baked bread. Ashley in wellness centre looked after us, very professional. Breakfast was good. Room comfy, no noise, just a little dated for price charged.

De service telefonisch en aan de balie kan beter. Afspraken telefonisch stonden niet vast gelegd in het fletcher hotel systeem. Waardoor de communicatie echt slecht verliep. Onze vragen en de besproken wijzigingen zijn niet door hun vast gelegd o.a. uitchecken om 13:00u ipv 11:00u en er 15 euro extra voor betalen en sauna stond inbegrepen qua betaling en was uiteindelijk niet zo terwijl men dat wel aankondigde. Dus ee paar van dit soort vage momenten. Een kleine waslijst aan vage communicatieve momenten. Kamer en ontbijt waren top.

Don't go here. Old smelly rooms that are not properly cleaned. The coffee machine is broken - the hotel employees all know this (because it's the same issue all over the hotel), yet they don't do anything against it. The reception is in most cases exceptional unfriendly. Checking out was a hell. Cleaning personnel already knocking on the door several times an hour in advance! Followed up by a call from the reception and then 5 min after that call the reception employee came up to the hotel room to give the same information again: don't worry, we understood it Karen! NEVER AGAIN!

It is indeed strange that the evaluations of this hotel are so different. We were met with nothing but kindness, an excellent room, a great breakfast and parking at no extra charge. We shall be back. Only fly in the ointment was the exorbitant charge for renting a robe and slippers if it is desired to use the wellness facilities. This should be possible at a more fair price.

Es wird geworben mit Wellness, aber das kostet zirka € 15,00 extra. Das Personal am Empfang hatte ein Faible für wichtig Tuerei. In unser Zimmer wurde geraucht. Wir bekamen dann auf Anfrage ein anderes Zimmer, wo Badetuecher fehlten die nachgeliefert wurden. Ansonsten ein modernes, gepflegtes Hotel mit einer gute Anbindung und ausreichend Parkplätze.

Unica pecca il ristorante... Sarà che sono italiano, ma portate non proprio top, per chi come me deve cenare regolarmente fuori casa.. Poca... Anzi nessuna flessibilità nelle richieste dei piatti... Mangi ciò che fanno... Poi vogliamo parlare del carpaccio servito con maionese!!!!??? 🙈 🙈 🙈

Stayed before and complained to the management about the lack of decent breakfast. Scrambled egg is either done in microwave or oven but whatever it’s like rock. Told the same manager. Again does nothing. Rooms are so tired and noisy. Alsorts of doggy people here also. Can’t say on here why but find another. Breakfast is €18 and it’s just a simple plate of Luke warm food. Nice staff over priced and over star by at least one.

For several reasons I can’t say that I would recommend the room we were given. The carpet was dirty The bedding and pillows stunk of body odour. The bathroom sink did not have a top to put any of my toiletries The sink did not have a sink plug and as a contact lens wearer cleaning my lens was tricky There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes or items The walk in shower design led to the water going into the bathroom area soaking everything The fan in the room was unbearably loud- needed as it was hot day Hand towels which were there the first day were removed by housekeeping and not replaced so had to use our bath towels after toilet visits. So wouldn’t recommend on this basis However the restaurant was fantastic

no airconditioning tiny towels we had to ask for toiletries the frontdoor was broken the elavator was broken and we had to ask for ice from the restaurant which closed at 9pm. the only good thing was the restaurant. there was a fan in the room and they didn't offer any water at 100 degrees outside you should do more and offer at least ice and extra water to accommodate would not recommend any of the Fletcher chain hotels very arrogant

Pænt og rent hotel - desværre noget lydt. Ved morgenmaden havde vi desværre lidt travlt, så vi bad om at få morgenmaden med - det kunne ikke lade sig gøre! Det har vi aldrig oplevet før - det betragter vi som dårlig service.

I booked a standard room online. But when I checked in, I switched to a junior suite. It was in fact just like a deluxe double room in Asian hotel standard. The shower room was rather basic and the toilet has an aweful smell all the time. It's not a clean enough room. The breakfast was terribly expensive, booked online @€18.5, but my friend who did not book online has to pay €24. It's not worth it, the cheese slices were dry, only one kind of cold cut ham, without any fish.
