This property had a room with a hot tub. The 6 jets didnt work. The tile in the step was cracked and there were little black rubber bands for hair around the tub. It wasnt cleaned properly.

This property has had some rough times, weathering many storms, but it feels like the owners have tried to put care into it. I trally enjoyed talking with all the staff! Be kind. We stayed 2 nights in order to get a full day of Gulf Coast BIRDING in. The front desk people are all pleasant and helpful. Our 2nd-floor interior room (no elevator) was over the kitchen dining area, yet was surprisingly quiet. The king bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was quite adequate with eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, yogurts. We appreciated the Oatmeal packets.

Terrible wifi reception and speeds. Shower floor was peeling and constantly clogging the drain. Shower switch plug would not fully seal, creating poor water pressure at the shower head. Management and staff were very friendly and helpful with reservations.

The facility needs to be updated. There was old carpeting, cracks in sheetrock, and caulking in bathroom area was bad. However, the bedding and bath area was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I will not be staying here again. I was getting in late and leaving pretty early, so I thought that I would save some money and stay here. It is a run-down hotel. It was old and dirty (I even had a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom. It is simply not very clean and has no upkeep (lights out, some flickering, slippery spots in the front, dirty bathrooms, etc.). The front desk girl was nice enough, but when I got there, she was smoking in the front, on her cellphone.

worst stay. front desk workers and housekeeping were rude housekeeping came by our room once and we were there 4 nights. me and my husband had to use dirty towels to dry off with cause no one was around to get anymore towels from. and we were right by the pool and men would come out and drink and be loud and obnoxious and we called the front desk twice and they did nothing and my husband has to get up real early for work and couldn’t get no sleep and when we got there the carpet was disgusting and the floor was wet like nobody cleaned it up never will we stay there again.

Restroom is in desperate need of upgrades and cleaning. Check in was at 3pm unfortunately cleaning crew was behind and the front desk couldn’t give me a room because she didn’t know which rooms were clean. Didn’t check in until after 5. Young lady at front desk was very professional and friendly.

We went to the lobby for breakfast cause was included at 8:30 a.m (open til 9 a.m) and everything was gone. We only were able to prepare waffles... After us some other families went to have breakfast and they left empty stomachs.

A really fabulous stay. The ladies on Reception were really sweet and welcoming and were putting up Easter decorations when we arrived which shows they really care about the hotel. They were also kind enough to upgrade us. We had a minor issue with the fixed hairdryer in the room, but the reception team bought us a new one within minutes. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, the breakfast buffet splendid and we had a really quiet and restful sleep. I just wish all the hotels we have stayed in were as well run as this one. Top marks to the team at this Baymont hotel.

The property is currently being renovated-they're doing a fantastic job! The staff was great, complimentary breakfast was delicious. Location is convenient! We will definitely stay here again!

This is our 3rd stay here and we will continue to come back because it is always clean! The beds are comfortable and the people that work there have always been friendly! They have a decent continental breakfast!

Even after booking a specific room, at least 2 important medical needs requirements and g getting online verification that all was fulfilled, I called hours before check-in to reaffirm the right room was reserved and was ASSURED it was. When I got there, NONE of the requirements were filled and the lobby was full of gnats attacking while I had to wait to decide on giving me a refund because they could not accommodate me! That all took one hour & 20 minutes. Plus I was told by some Hotels.com employee that he could not get me a room elsewhere for me, because you cannot book & check-in on the same day, WAIT WHAT THE FRIG? That's what hotels are for! Big mess, will not be booking Baymont by Wyndham ever again!

WORST ROOM WE’VE EVER STAYED IN. I HAVE OVER 30 PICTURES TO PROVE HOW RUNNED DOWN AN FILTY THIS ROOM WAS. We paid $179 for this dump plus we had to pay a $100 cash Deposit . I will be demanding our money back . We were so looking forward to our stay and were totally let down. The tv didn’t even work. Do not waste you time
