Staypineapple, Hotel Rose, Downtown Portland

When we went to check in at 4.30, we were told our room might not be available and told they were understaffed. While I understand this happens, we weren’t offered anything and the front desk woman wasn’t very friendly. The room was a bit dingy but the location was great. All the other staff were very friendly!

Nice spot and clean. Water pressure was not great and the heating/cooling system was frustrating. We love how pet friendly they are and the staff was excellent.

Perfect hotel for traveling with my dog.

We have stayed at this property 4 times before and this was definitely the worst. Not horrible but can clearly tell things are getting dirtier and not as well taken care of. Our bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain the entire weekend. Shower head didn’t work properly and the water pressure was horrible. The lack of a refrigerator is less than desirable, would have been very helpful.
