Lägenheten är stor, luftig och rymlig med endast ett par minuter ner till Marina Grande. Det var lugnt och tyst i lägenheten och smidigt att komma dit med taxi. Sedan gick vi enkelt till andra delar av Sorrento. Skönt med air conditioner i både hall och ena sovrummet. Observera dock att detta inte är ett hotell eller Bed & breakfast. Minus var mögel på väggarna i duschen och att det rann vatten från vattenkranen vid handfatet så bänken och golvet blev blött. Saknade mer ljusinsläpp/fönster men det var ok. Trevlig och smidig kontakt med ägaren.

El lugar es hermoso, tiene muy buena distribución, estaba cerca del centro y el puerto pero no anduvo internet ninguno de los días que estuvimos y eso es medio complicado para un turista por la comunicación

The place was nice and big. Unfortunately the night I arrived, there was hair throughout the property, including on the floors, bathroom surfaces, towels, and bed sheets. The towels and sheets were visibly unclean, with hair and stains present, and they did not smell like they had been washed. I contacted the property multiple times to report the issue. The towels and sheets were eventually replaced with clean ones at about 5:45pm the following day, meaning the first night I didn't use the towels and slept in full clothing to avoid touching the dirty sheets. When I requested a refund due to the condition of the property and the delay in fixing the problem, Expedia attempted to contact the host multiple times but received no reply. This was a disappointing and unhygienic experience, particularly given that clean linens are a basic expectation of any accommodation.

Nice and clean apartment. Very good situated. 3 minutes from coast with lot of restaurants. +/-20 minutes or less from centrum, from ferry srestaurants

Beware!!! Do not book this place. Unfortunately this was the worst property we booked on our Italy trip. First of all, the AC had an error message reading “H6”, meaning that the internal fan isn’t working, therefore we had no AC inside the home for the entirety of our stay. We mentioned this to the landlord and he said that we just had to turn the fan on but despite the fan being on, there was definitely no AC working at all. I noticed a previous reviewer mentioned this recently too. I asked the landlord again about the AC and he said he sent someone over but they didn’t provide an update nor fix the AC. So it was always hot and muggy inside. Second, there’s a clump of hair by the shower head. And finally, there are cockroaches and ants (lots of ants outside the front door too). The place is quite spacious and the bathroom is spacious too but the lack of cleanliness and amenities working was disappointing. Manager did not respond to a partial refund.
