Pros: Buffet breakfast was the ultimate perk offering a variety of food and drink options including eggs, meats, pastries, waffles, cereals, oatmeal, etc. King size bed and bedding was extremely comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out. Cons: No fast food restaurants located near the hotel. Hotel room came with empty bottles of shampoo and body wash, as well as no hand soap for the bathroom sink. I called front desk and spoke to the staff requesting all items, but NEVER received them. Also, repairs were being made to the room next to me, so had to tolerate banging of the door/walls for 1-2 hrs prior to me attempting to get some rest before a concert I planned on attending that evening.

This hotel was a bit of a disappointment. I had booked a room for 3 nights with a balcony, but we needed either an elevator or a room with no stairs. The elevator was broken, so we had to re-book into a ground floor room for the same price. The room was rather dark, and the chairs and table in the little outside seating area for the room needed cleaning (cigarette ashes, coffee rings on table). The beds also need new mattresses. When I sat on it, you could feel the hard box spring. The floor above me was creaky, and on the second night, someone pacing for hours kept me up. Thankfully, they only stayed one night. I'll also mention that I think a hotel should include parking in the price, but it seems a lot of hotels in San Jose charge for parking, even though this hotel was not in the downtown area. On the bright side, the breakfast options were amazing. The scrambled eggs were just the right consistency, and the staff kept things replenished. There was a lot of variety in what you could eat for breakfast. This made the stay here worthwhile.

We were highly satisfied with the accommodations, the excellent morning breakfast, and the pristine condition of the property. We anticipate returning to this establishment as our preferred hotel during future visits to San Jose.

My family really enjoys this hotel. It is very close to downtown San Jose. The staff are the most helpful and friendly. The front desk has helped me when needed in a very professional way.Breakfast here is delicious. they have a great variety and the staff keep it nice and clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. the pool could be a little cleaner ,but the jacuzzi is a good option.
