Hilton San Jose

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean. Parking was difficult to find, and the front desk attendant didn't help. If you stay here, get ready to take out a small loan to pay for your parking spot

Unfortunately a very bad experience. The shower wasn't cleaned, there was a super dirty shirt stuffed between the bed and side table, the power went out for several hours, and the thermostat didn't work. At check out I tried explaining this to the employee but was mostly brushed off. I've been going to San Jose for years but will likely be using a competitor going forward.

Reception service excellent. Paul was extremely helpful, kind, courteous and knowledgeable. Jeffrey was very good too. Pool was too cold but hot tub great. Breakfast delicious. Bed and pillows soft and wonderful.
