Four Points by Sheraton San Jose Downtown

Not a very quite area for family’s with kids. Hotel representative at night was no help. Told us a total and then added more to it after we were told a certain amount. Hotel has very good potential but you can tell no one cares. Then charge hotel guest 42 bucks for a night of parking. Then charge the public 20 bucks to park in their parking lot. They are just money hungry.

Just a one night stay but it served my purpose of a clean, safe and comfortable experience.

Very nice inside. Due to the older exterior in the downtown area I was expecting a rundown room. Not the case! Huge room, clean, staff was very friendly. They also have a restaurant and bar. Great for event nearby, many options within walking distance.

Parking was conveniently next door and the staff was quite helpful and friendly.
