This placed advertised free breakfast, but when we got there, they claimed that their kitchen is under construction. The pool was dirty, so swimming was not possible. Inside the rooms the faucet was broken as well as the refrigerator. And since we had no idea the refrigerator wasnt working well, all the Deli meat, icecream, the food we bought for our 3 days stay- got spoiled. They never replenished the toilet paper, or towels. Overall disappointing.

I ordered the hotel because of the pool and breakfast, surprisingly none was available due to "maintenance". I asked for a discount, but haven't got anything. The room was dirty, the towels were with spots.

This hotel is very much neglected. In the rooms missing light bulbs , smoke detectors and just over very rundown. The pool is more over a over grown algae pond would not recommend anyone swimming. By the look of things the complimentary breakfast has long been close and turned into the owners living room.

WARNING - DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel was disgusting. I purchased the motel through Expedia. The photos in Expedia look nothing like what the motel looks like. The room was disgusting, they did not offer a continental breakfast, and the pool was closed due to having a large rat dead in it and a huge hole in the bottom of it. The room had stains on the sheets, stains on the floor, a filthy greasy armchair, human tooth in the window seal, along with a rotten cheeseburger left inside a drawer, and holes in the walls. In addition there were prostitutes. I'm pretty positive they're running a prostitution ring out of the motel. I was advised they couldn't refund me and advised me to contact Expedia. Needless to say, we chose not to stay regardless of the refund issue. We research for two hours to find somewhere to stay. We didn't find a place to stay until after 12pm. This inconvenienced us tremendously. I highly recommend that you DO NOT stay or bring your children there.

The thresh hole to the bathroom has sheet metal screws, my granddaughter cut her foot first thing. Water temp not exceptable , I complained and he said, oh it's hot. Barely Luke warm. Lamp on night stand doesn't turn off. The plug has no out let cover. Pool shut down. I will be giving bad feedback on Google with pictures.

I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The linens were stained. The furniture was old and in disrepair. The clerk tried hard to find better accommodations, but there weren’t any.

Sheets and pillowcases had stains all over it. Looked as if they weren't changed out. Shower had hair in it, shower curtain was filthy with dirt and something pink all over it, toilet was dirty with black marks, sink ares was dirty with left over toothpaste from previous guest. Desk and dresser broken. Walls in room and bathroom dirty and huge holes. Towels had dirt marks and yellow stains on them, Curtains in the room were broken and did not provide adequate privacy for my family. The few things that were ok was the floor and TV other then that, that property needs alot of work.

Hi there, I am looking for Andy. I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable. We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight? The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state. I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room. I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing. Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back. I regret to say that this is the worst room I have ever stayed in my entire life. It smells very bad, the walls have structural and aesthetic damage, humidity and mold, dirty towels and pillows, and the floor is even dangerous for some people. I will find a way to report this and I would never recommend your hotel.

The walls were dirty, the carpet disgusting, the bathroom door was delaminating, the outlets were loose, the curtains were in disrepair & falling down, the linnens were stained, the striker plate for the door was falling off, the AC unit was overheating, the furniture was peeling, the faucey was loose and plumbed backwards, the toilet bolts were broken, the shower curtain had black smeared fingerprints on it. Until this property gets a massive face lift, stay far away. The only redeeming quality was the person workung when we checked in - he was incredibly kind.

Checking in with 10.My daughter and I had a little hard time understanding the 1st person and the 2nd person stared at us.The rooms was dirty. Bed spread and towels was stained and cigarette burned in bed spread also curtain fall apart.The chairs was dirty and broken. Only had 2 set of towels instead of 4. Tub was missing a cover to drain.Bathrooms had mold.We was told they don't have breakfast only instant coffee in the rooms but it was advertised.

I believe there was a problem with their credit card machine because two of my cards didn't work for the deposit even though I had used them earlier in the day. I even called the credit card companies, and the problem wasn't on their end. As a result, I had to go to a bank to bring cash, and when I returned, there was another customer at the desk whose card wasn't working. The internet also didn't work for the first day, and my towels were laundered but still had a stain. All in all, you get what you pay for; this place was less than half the price of the hotel where the conference I attended was, and I can see why.

1st room tube with backed up and dirty. Room was being redone, patchs on walls, If it was me motel would not rent this room. After 3 days they unblocked the tube was able to take a shower. The next day tube was full of dirt. Told them and they put me in another room. 2nd room was better, the TV did not work so they had a small monitor in its place. If I have to come back to San Jose will stay some where else

Hole in the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom, left over shampoo in bathroom from stat before, faucet in bathroom is broken, air conditioner whistles when shutting off, outlets by bed didn’t work ~ needs to finish repairs before renting again. We were exhausted after driving all day & beds were comfy & warm water on shower were the most important factors.

I have never stayed at hotel that is in such poor, unkempt, dirty condition. The lights and outlets on the wall between the beds didn't work and were nearly falling out of the wall. The sheets and pillows smelled clean but the blankets/covers on top were visibly dirty. The walls were dirty. The door lock was loose and the door clearly did not fit well in the frame; when the door was closed you could clearly see an outline of light coming in. The bathroom was dirty.

Rooms had missing lights, smoke detectors cigarette burns in sheets, duvet, walls were flithy dirty with lots of holes that had been filled in with putty- need a paint job badly! Furniture was broken, outside door to room was not secure as the security latch was broken. Floor & walls were flithy. No breakfast was available as advertised.
Rooms had missing lights, smoke detectors cigarette burns in sheets, duvet, walls were flithy dirty with lots of holes that had been filled in with putty- need a paint job badly! Furniture was broken, outside door to room was not secure as the security latch was broken. Floor & walls were flithy. No breakfast was available as advertised.

I booked the room for $244. Then at check-in it was $344. Not happy with booking. The staff was great. And the property is clean and nice. Front desk. Person very nice and accommodating. Bummed it advertised breakfast. But sadly no breakfast.

I believe there was a problem with their credit card machine because two of my cards didn't work for the deposit even though I had used them earlier in the day. I even called the credit card companies, and the problem wasn't on their end. As a result, I had to go to a bank to bring cash, and when I returned, there was another customer at the desk whose card wasn't working. The internet also didn't work for the first day, and my towels were laundered but still had a stain. All in all, you get what you pay for; this place was less than half the price of the hotel where the conference I attended was, and I can see why.

Hi there, I am looking for Andy. I checked in last night (late Wednesday night/early Thursday) around 12:30 am local time. Kris was very helpful in getting me checked in and settled. What followed however was not acceptable. We went to room 16, and it was absolutely filthy. The sheets (see pictures) were very dirty and gross. I had to ask myself, would anyone from management want themselves or their family to stay here tonight? The smell was not good. The bathroom walls were filthy. The baseboards were not clean. It was honestly so unpleasant I called 8 different hotels to see if there were any other options at 1am. After having everything else booked, I stayed. It was such a disappointing experience after a long day of air travel from out of state. I can deal with a dated hotel, but this was absolutely unacceptable with filthy sheets and not clean room. I would request a full refund for the nights stay and that will be the end of it. Otherwise, I will be writing a full detailed Google Review, Yelp, Hotel.com, and other content on social media. To be charged an outrageous rate for such a terrible experience is just disappointing. Kris was very helpful and kind so please thank him for his support. I will be waiting to hear back. Awful to say the very least. Reception room was a mess, receptionist was rude and did not care to help us when we requested a refund for falsely advertised room (stains, lighting), uncleanliness (hair on towels, pool violations), and to top it all off, we found a condom in the drawer. Absolutely disgusting and filthy. We were offered NO refund and the receptionist kept insisting a free upgrade to a king-sized room instead of just giving us a refund. We didn’t even get a refund, so ridiculous. Save yourself your time and money, DON’T book here.

Perfect location! There’s a Seven Eleven, KFC, Burger King next door. Across the street from there is a shopping plaza with an Asian grocery store, Mexican restaurants (one you can play billiards at), Chinese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurants, a pizza place I didn’t get to try, retail shops, and other establishments. The room was comfortable, albeit it could use a facelift, and it felt clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows were super comfortable as well. TV had premium movie channels, Fox News, CNN, etc. Plus, I didn’t have go far to light up a cigarette. The property manager said it was ok to step out of the room and light up right outside the room! Also, got a real good as well. I highly recommend this place!

We booked 2 rooms for the family. Both rooms were not comfortable to sleep, since they were smelly and bed linens had stains, washrooms were dirty. It should have included breakfast, but there were no breakfast options available. Anyway, even if there had been breakfast available, we would not have been able to eat it due to poor sanitation.

This placed advertised free breakfast, but when we got there, they claimed that their kitchen is under construction. The pool was dirty, so swimming was not possible. Inside the rooms the faucet was broken as well as the refrigerator. And since we had no idea the refrigerator wasnt working well, all the Deli meat, icecream, the food we bought for our 3 days stay- got spoiled. They never replenished the toilet paper, or towels. Overall disappointing.

The room was clean, bed comfortable but there was no breakfast at all as advertised. I booked this place because it was close to my event and it had breakfast. I had to check out and stop for breakfast and pay more money. I told the guy about that being advertised online and he said I know were working on taking it off. That is false advertisement. Also when I got there early to check in there was no place to sit they didn't even open up for me to sit inside comfortably while I waited for my room to b finished. I would NOT stay here again

We stayed at the Days Inn August 6. My employees showed up with our moving truck that was full of a customer stuff. The office manager instructed them to park it next to the office and said that it would be safe and my guys saw a camera so they didn’t think anything about it, however, they came out in the morning and the truck was gone and was stolen in the middle of the night so when they went to the manager’s office, he said that that camera was just for a show and that it didn’t work. He also said that he did his rounds of the Property between three and 3:30 AM but the Geo tab in the truck pinged at 3:17 and 322 so while he was doing his walk, the truck was stolen. I would not recommend anyone to ever stay here unless they are wanting their car stolen or any of their belongings. Absolute trash and the police should investigate thefts reported at the hotel. A police report has been filed. An investigation is ongoing.

Room was very dirty. There was mold on shower curtains and along the tub. Floors didn’t look like it had been mopped. There were stains on the walls. Curtains were worn out. The couch was gross. It was so stained. The towels were just as gross. Both were stained.we will never stay here again.
