Elevator was out of order so we had to get a first floor room. It was noisy due to breakfast being right outside our room. The window was facing the hall and even with closed shutters allowed light intrusion. The breakfast was somewhat limited compared to other best westerns we have stayed at. The coffee and hot chocolate dispenser wasn’t delivering quality product (mostly water). Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable, too. The location was convenient for our needs. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

Felt safe inside and the buffet breakfast was good. Parking $16.50 per night. My only complaint is the room smelled a little like dog / some animal. If you didn’t air the room out with the window or AC, the smell was pretty noticeable. I would still stay here again though. It is overall a nice hotel and even though we were in a room just steps away from the breakfast on the 1st floor, we couldn’t hear all the people talking outside which was nice.

Jacuzzi had been turned off the night we got there so we couldn’t enjoy it. Location is great. Very close to Boardwalk. The noodle restaurant across the crosswalk was delicious.

The main elevator was down and not functioning, that becomes a big problem for many seniors who are physically challenged. There were a few handicap doors that did not function which also became a challenge. The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Mold in the shower and the door jam, dirty flooring, hair on the bathroom floor and on the pull out couch. Food Scraps on the floor in the master bedroom. I went to let the staff know and they said they would come the next day and do a full clean and they never did. Only staff member who worked in the evening was very apologetic and was trying her best to help. Management took almost a week to get back to me
