Fatal la persona que estaba cuando fuimos a hacer check in le preguntó si me podía dar un cuarto en el primer piso me dijo que había que reservar con tiempo para que me dieran en el primer piso cuando todavía había espacio en el primer piso. En el cuarto habían cucarachas

Clean room had a toilet back up that took some time to clean up but overall good

When I entered the lobby it just looked sad, the desk clerk did not greet me I had to say hi to her. She was nice but not how I believe you should be greeted. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but this has to be the worse I have ever been in. I’m so mad I wasted points on this roach infested hotel. Both the tub and toilet ran continuously neither would completely shut off. Both beds had stained, ripped, and cigarette burns, and sheets with holes in them. The door had the old chain lock on it, useless for security. Even the remote control for the tv was broken. The battery cover just fell off when I picked it up. This hotel owner should have their franchise license revoked!!! Reviews on line were good. They must be very old because this owner is just going through the paces of turning rooms. Any bedding that looked like that should be thrown away!! There was people living at the hotel, you can tell they had the outside of their door set up with chairs and grills. I would think that would be a violation just by blocking the walk way to exit in case of a fire. There should be a clause exceptions for hotels like this when you go online and it says non refundable. No one should lose money over poorly ran hotels like this. Rooms like this should never be sold. Update all rooms at a little at a time and only make those rooms available. Get a pest control company to come in and treat regularly! Hotel chains should make it mandatory to their franchises!! And regular inspections!

They were very helpful. And understanding

I’m not fond of complaining but this motel was the worst ever!!! If i didn’t prepay, and if i weren’t too late and too tired when i checked in, i would have bolted out of my room…it smelled so bad of cigarettes, dilapidated furniture, old-looking beddings—and worst of all, the sink and also the toilet had lines of years of dirt and neglect. The Econo Lodge franchise must do something about this particular location. Coz I’ve been to others, and they are usually clean and cozy.
