Worst experience ever! No water in the swimming pool and all outside doors were probed open with the locks drilled out. No refrigerator or microwave as advertised. Filthy room with many dead cockroaches throughout the room and bathroom. The carpet was filthy, as was bedding and drapes. The gym was closed and inoperable. Room number was 121. Bathroom tub had dead cockroaches and was black from dirt. We had been on the road for 13 hours and couldn’t get an immediate refund. They did offer to change rooms, which we did. This one was minimally better; refrigerator (which we needed) and microwave and mini dead insects. There were very few cars in the parking lot which leads me to believe other people were much smarter than me!

Amenities published on website such as the pool and hot tub are out of order. The building where the rooms are smelled terrible.

No cars in lot but said only rooms on 2nd floor available. Took 3 different rooms with a key to work. Lamps did not work. No Kleenex Should advertise restaurant closed. Frankly was gonna ask for money back and find another place to stay.

The smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming. The outside doors and locks are all broken off. The carpets are stained and soiled. The room extra bolt was also broken off. The windows were filthy. The sink and tub didn’t have plugs. On a more positive note, The bed sheets were clean, the fan blocked the road noise and we saw a security guard walking around. You get what you pay for I guess. This one should be looked at by Expedia for less than ideal to promote on their site. If my husband wasn’t with me and he wasn’t conceal carrying, I would have jumped in the car and left. Sketchy as all get out.

The staff threatened me stating they would call the cops. When I made the reservation on Expedia the first time my car did not go through so then I redid it and I selected to pay at the property. She did not take my card and said it was declined, I tried to explain that I selected to pay at the hotel and I was booking another night, she said if I don't get out staff would remove my things and they would call the police. I have stayed 3-4 nights booked through Expedia and the whole time was. Nightmare, there is no breakfast as stated, there are chains on most of the facility doors, unkempt landscaping, the pool is drained,the door to the room is so difficult to open I have to do the key then shoulder check the door like Im Wayne Gretzky! This place is a fraud. The first night I was there the lady was so old she didn't know what she was doing it took over 3 hours to check in because they couldn't see my reservation. Expedia spoke w me and then and emailed it but they can't figure it out, when I asked for late check out because I was waiting for over. 3 hours in the lobby she said she would give 3o min or she would charge me $25 per hour.. 140 rooms and there was maybe 5 cars in the whole place.there is no restaurant.

You need to update your site. This hotel has changed hands and doesn’t have a pool and doesn’t have breakfast. It is very seedy and I expect you do not want to continue to promote this property. I do not trust hotel.com at this point. I had my children with me and had to find a place to stay after driving 12-14 hours.

I made a reservation and needed an early check in. This is the only service that I appreciated because they did allow me to check in early. They gave me my room which was decent. I really didn't have any complaints at this point. I went to pay the front desk because I was extending my stay when I was told I needed to be moved to another building because of my dog. I wasn't expecting to be moved so it took me ainutr to pack up the room and move everything by myself. I had about 40 min of moving left when the maids are just standing outside my door then the manager comes and asks me how much longer Which was really irritating. So I finally get everything moved to the other building which was not up to par. The building designated for animals is infested with roaches I couldn't even sleep that night I ended up packing my car that night because I didn't want to risk bugs getting into my stuff kept the lights on all night not to mention the ice machine didn't work and the rooms are in dire need of a makeover. There was old stained carpet in the rooms Most hotels that are pet friendly do not have carpet in the room.. mind you a paid not only a security deposit but a daily pet deposit on top of the nightly fee. Upon checkout which was early I showed them the pictures of the bugs asked for a refund and was told only 18.00 was all she could refund me. Never again

It’s was alright needs to be updated and the carpets were dirty and stained all over. Our room wasn’t a smoking room but still smelled as if it was one

I checked into around 5:30 p.m. with my wife. The staff members to check us in was best part of the stay. Staying in the room was like being in a scary ride for my wife. She had just buried her dad and wanted to stay the night to drive back home the next day for 2 hours. But all night long she kept waking me up because she had seen a cockroach and she wanted me to catch it or kill it or if it wasn't a cockroach it was a spider. Be found nine cockroaches that were crawling either into the bed sheets under the pillow and two of them on the floor. I even found a cockroach in the refrigerator the strangest place. The spiders never crawled on us but they were all over the room.. in addition to that right in front of our room, there was a big pile of construction materials that sat to the right of the parking spot where we parked which was the last parking spot for the bottom row before the building split into the other side we were in room 110. The way the pile of construction wood etc or whatever those things were it was probably about 8:00 to 9 ft wide it's at about 7 ft tall i& about almost a parking spot in length. It is very convenient to be opening the door on the passenger side and the handicap parking spot. The handicap purpose was for my wife because she had got hurt at work. She had some disabilities which required her to be in a disabled spot. So you would think if they were to put all that stuff the handicap area would have been the last spot I would have chosen.

Front desk clerk was very nice. When I entered my room the room smelled like cat urine. Bed had hair on it. I turned on the air to get rid of the smell and found the window open with no screen attached. I tried to not complain so I decided to take a shower. When I finished I opened the shower curtain and there was 8 cockroaches running on the bathroom sink. 4 more running on the floor near my shoes. I hurried and dried myself and checked my clothes for roaches and left the room. This hotel used to be a great place to stay but now I will never stay there again.

Dirty and ran down. People sitting in groups all over the property. They didn’t seem to be staying there. Room smelled and I had to clean shower prior to daughter using!

Terrible. Bathroom no any supply like shampoo conditioner but a lot of cockroaches. No hair dryer as well. Smell smoke cigarettes.. heater didn’t work too it was very cold in room.

The t.v didn't work

The room is big and nice but the bathtub is got burned marks. There's no plug for the bathtub to take a bath. It's not one of their nicer rooms. I'll put it that way.

This place was run down, my TV had issues working properly. The staff was very nice and friendly. The next time I need to travel there I will be finding a different location.

Bad customer service I checked in late from driving woke up late and was getting ready they rushed me about 3 times then threatened taking $20 from my deposit then tried saying she’s taking $25 but literally this place is so poor they took $20 out of my deposit for ‘late check out “ I don’t recommend this place old dusty and badly managed scaring business away doing that instead of understanding some people don’t have another place or home to get ready at or live … all around 0 👎

I notice your staff she’s very nice & friendly a soon I get there to check on my reservation it was available right away that was excellent accommodation I’m proud of her I would recommend this place to anybody I’m from Elk Grove & Sacramento. Thank you 😀😀😀

It was quick last minute stay. Fast food restaurant, gas stations close by. Fruit yard and waterloo BBQ further east. If you go west of waterloo road please theres the German Guy restaurant.

Everything was good except for We advertise free continental breakfast.And when we waited to go get breakfast they told us they don't do it anymore.
