Delta Hotels by Marriott Toledo

I stopped in Toledo on a work trip and it is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The entire premises were clean from the lobby, the hallways, elevators and most importantly, the rooms. The customer service was above and beyond and I specifically want to thank Cortez for a wonderful stay! He was so kind, hospitable and full of information when checking in. This wonderful experience will make me choose a Delta property for my future travel plans.

Was clean and well taken care

We enjoyed our stay. The rims were clean and the staff was helpful.

Room was not clean esp bathroom, body wash bottle left in shower from previous guests,very dirty and wet towel left on bathroom sink, toilet seat and toilet dirty, no hotel hand soap in bathroom. Cup stains and dried up liquids on table top. No breakfast even though site said breakfast included. Pool closed at 8p very early and we asked front desk if we could have extra hour bc we had a lot of kids for a bday party. Plenty of parking but a lot of pot holes in lot, grass was over grown with weeds and not cut. Staff was mildly polite, no extra enthusiasm or appreciation. Did not answer phones when we called down at 8p

Our bathroom was dusty and filthy. Our room wasn't cleaned during the day when we were out. Had to call and specifically ask for new towels and trash to be taken out. Doors closing in hallway were extremely loud. Elevators were slow. At several times I thought the elevator wasnt working at all. Pool area was not clean. Pool water was cloudy. Was awakened at 7 in the morning to lawn maintenance being performed outside. Phone in room worked poorly. Poor lighting in room. One of the lights wasn't working. I should also mention poor placement of the toilet paper roll My kids couldn't reach it when they were sitting on the toilet.
