We did not get to use any of the features of the $14 a day resort fee. Too many screaming kids and teenagers in the pool and hottub. Water pressure issues, we have very poor showers over the weekend. Restaurant was overcrowded Saturday evening with some event they had going on the same evening. Beds were very hard. We also did not get room refresh service as requested so we did not get coffee, coffee condiments or clean towel. Very disappointed in with the stay. The facility is beautiful, but not worth the amount, especially the $14 resort fee. There was no resort amenities sny different then any other hotel. Likely would not stay again. which is sad because it is a beautiful building. Ive been wanting to stay here for a long time. We were disappointed 😞

The staff were amazing, from pre-arrival, check in, dinner and check out they were kind professional and very helpful. I especially appreciate the survey provided by management the day after check out -it’s clear they care about the business. The opportunity for growth it the facility is in need of updating. Everything was incredibly clean but from carpet, bathrooms and linens the lodge is a bit outdated. This wouldn’t stop me from staying again, I booked six rooms for a team even and everyone had a positive experience.
