Hampton Inn Doylestown

My room was fine but the billing/getting an accurate receipt was a disaster. Odd for a Hampton Inn, which is usually run more professionally. I was in Doylestown to speak to a group and needed a receipt for my one night on April 7th to submit to the group for reimbursement. The desk staff could not provide me one on the 7th. Luckily the group took my word for the amount and paid me promptly on the 7th. But then I got an email receipt on the 8th that was totally confusing with strange charges. One looked like for an extra room??? A few days later I checked with my credit card company, and an additional charge was added on the 8th of April in addition to the one-night stay on the 7th. I did not bother to call this hotel about it but called the credit card company to deal with them, since the staff does not seem to know what it is doing regarding billing. So be careful with this place.

All good, except pool was out of order.

Great hotel for a quick business trip and good steak house in the same complex

Super clean, modern, decent hot breakfast. Beds are lovely.
