The shuttle was supposedly available 24/7 and runs every 15 minutes, but I had to walk to the airport. I even called ahead to make sure of this, and yet I still ended up walking.

Exercise room is very nice, great choice for equipment. Would like to see an indoor pool on the property. Fire pit would be nice for cool evenings. The patio is too small.

Great and convenient place to stay when flying in or out of TF Green Airport in Providence. While the facility advertises a covered walkway to the terminal, I would NOT recommend taking it as it travels through several parking garages and I wouldn't consider it safe. They have a shuttle.

The property was very nice...a comfortable bed and a clean room. The shuttle was convenient and the morning driver was friendly and professional. However, I did not like the fact that the hotel tried to charge me twice for overnight parking -- once upon arrival and the second time when we returned from our trip. Front desk needs more training.

We stayed here for two separate one-night stays. We were flying in and out of TF Green airport and this hotel was nearby. It is convenient to walk to the airport from the hotel through a parking garage at the rear of the hotel. Our first stay was just ok. The person who checked me in was not very friendly. There was a large group of families with young children staying in the hotel. They allowed their children, ranging from 10-12 years of age to stay in rooms by themselves. This led to much yelling and banging on doors late into the night. For about an hour around midnight, I was unable to sleep due to the noise. I didn't want to call down to the front desk because my family was sleeping through the noise, and I didn't want to wake them. I booked this room approximately 6 months in advance and that turned out to be a mistake as I was charged the maximum price which later came down, but my purchase was nonrefundable. For our second stay about 2 weeks later, the person checking us in was friendlier. When I asked if we could get a to go breakfast because we were leaving at 4 am, I was told they don't have those. We were able to get muffins and bananas at 4am. Our stay this time was much quieter as there were no young children running around the hotel. I think this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay and if you want walking distance to the airport. It is clean and has a free breakfast. There is no pool.

Bathroom was filthy - spots/stains on shower walls, shower curtain and room walls. The shower curtain smelled of mildew. Mattress slid down away from the headboard which revealed a disgusting dusty area. There wasn’t even a trash can in the room. Arrived near midnight with 2 weeks worth of luggage for a stay at Martha’s Vineyard only to be advised upon calling that the shuttle driver overslept and I’d need to walk to the hotel dragging luggage. Wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

The service to check was pleasant but the hallways and elevator smell bad and was dirty the room wasn’t very clean…soap wrappers was left in the shower the towels looked dirty the pillows were flattened…I had no choice but to stay here, flight got canceled and the other hotel was unsafe…it was late soo I was only there 5 hours. Thank goodness

Sheets had stains, carpet was stained, ordered a king room and got two queens. They said this is because I did an early check in but I asked and got confirmation in advance if I could check in early no one informed me I would be getting a whole other room. The attitude I received was not only uncalled for but unprofessional me and my friends were in town for a wedding and only stayed one night but agreed we would not be returning ever again. The only way you will enjoy this place is if you get lucky and have a clean room otherwise everything else was fine. Not the worst but not what I paid for either

We were in town for an appointment and stayed 2 nights. We were able to walk to airport and there was a nice restaurant across the parking lot. This hotel was very clean and quiet. Didn’t hear planes at all. Comfy beds and outstanding breakfast included. Highly recommend.

The hotel staff seemed very 'amateurish'; some people in jeans and t-shirts. The facility itself appeared dirty. Our room, 208, the floors in the bathroom and the baseboards were filthy. The kitchen is a mess and the dining area very disorganized. Two days they failed to clean our room, despite being gone all day. One day we were able to catch it before the housekeeping staff left for the day, the second time it was simply too late. Wouldn't stay there again.

We stayed in a king room. The mattress was on a platform. It kept sliding off. The bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The bathroom itself was very small. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that didnt lock. The heating A/C unit was so loud when it clagged on and off. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However due to the layout of the room i would probably choose a different hotel.

The acoustics were terrible. The room above us had people running/jumping/screaming until 11 pm. When the "extra company" left, we could hear the TV blaring until 1 am. Since we had to get up at 3 am to catch a shuttle to the airport, we had very little sleep.

There was an intermittent banging noise throughout the night. I assumed from another room or service workers but around 2am I finally found the noise was coming from the vent in the bedroom (I assume some flap on the roof blowing in the wind). Since I checked in late and had to be up at 5am for an early flight it wasn’t worth calling the front desk but I ended up sleeping very little do to the noise so that was disappointing. Occasionally when the window unit would power on it would drown out the noise but that was the only time I could get any sleep.

The beds were uber comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! The room decor (farmhouse) was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the rooms are very dim. Bring a lamp!

No hvac overnight. Thermostat was on 79 when we got to our room - it was unbearable. Turned it down to 68… still unbearable. Finally put a/c on to try and cool it durr we n. Helped for a bit til around 11pm or so then NOTHING. Wouldn’t work at all. Miserable night sleep and we had a 3am wake up.

We had a joining rooms. One room Tv and phone charging station worked our room nothing worked.. TV screen was black. No power to phone charging and we were traveling in the very early hours. Disappointing stay.

I have two complaints. #1. Paper thin walls. We could hear conversations in the adjacent room like they were taking place in our room. And these folks were not yelling or talking loudly. My wife’s a light sleeper and the conversation next door prevented her sleep well past midnight. #2. I asked to speak with manager upon check out—and was told she would call me. But no. Nada. Crickets.

Our prepaid reservation had been cancelled- no one seems to know how it happened. The front desk clerk offered no options. When asked if they had any rooms available, she said there were none. Only after asking and pushing her multiple times did she finally “find” one room available. She also kept telling us that it was the last room they have. That is not relevant to the customer at all.

3rd stay here. The hotel checks all the boxes. It is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it’s right next to the airport. Also the breakfast is excellent. I will continue to stay there in the future when I travel to Rhode Island.

I checked in for my reservation and was told there were no rooms available for me even though this was booked in advance . I was then told they would relocate me to a different hotel and when i got to the hotel they were “relocating” me to they didn’t have a room either so i was left with nothing. I spoke to the hotel and they were not helpful whatsoever and gave me no resolution . Extemely disappointed and will not be book with them ever again

I was then told they would relocate me to a different hotel and when i got to the hotel they were “relocating” me to they didn’t have a room either so i was left with nothing. I spoke to the hotel and they were not helpful whatsoever and gave me no resolution . Extemely disappointed and will not be book with them ever again

I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. One staff was in their phone walked by twice, maybe not working at the time but couldn’t acknowledged me to let me know some one would be helping me. The room I was assigned had was right next to the elevator in the first floor which was also a handicapped room with a bed that was so uncomfortable could really use a new mattress. Very noisy area.

Overall, very positive experience. Shuttle service was above and beyond. Friendliness from staff was excellent. Breakfast was great. Shower pressure could be improved. We asked for towel changes and didn’t receive it.

The night clerk was a beaming ray of sunshine. Of course, I am being facetious here as they were very rude, inpatient (with the people checking in prior to me), and really needed an attitude adjustment. Not sure this is the public face your brand wants at their front desk.

Great and convenient place to stay when flying in or out of TF Green Airport in Providence. While the facility advertises a covered walkway to the terminal, I would NOT recommend taking it as it travels through several parking garages and I wouldn't consider it safe. They have a shuttle.

Very convenient location for the airport. We needed one night for an early morning flight. This worked. A bit more expensive than I would have preferred since we we barely there for 12 hours but it worked.

Honestly, the only complaint I have was two questionable stains behind the bathroom door. Other than that.. I enjoyed my stay, clean, breakfast was good, and no noise complaints. I will definitely plan my stay there in the future! Also, thankkkk youuuu for allowing us to control our room temperature individually because I get hot super easily!

The hotel is very close the airport, so it makes it very convenient when you have flights early in the morning. I would recommend starting breakfast a bit early for those who have early flights.

The hotel staff seemed very 'amateurish'; some people in jeans and t-shirts. The facility itself appeared dirty. Our room, 208, the floors in the bathroom and the baseboards were filthy. The kitchen is a mess and the dining area very disorganized. Two days they failed to clean our room, despite being gone all day. One day we were able to catch it before the housekeeping staff left for the day, the second time it was simply too late. Wouldn't stay there again.

We stayed here for two separate one-night stays. We were flying in and out of TF Green airport and this hotel was nearby. It is convenient to walk to the airport from the hotel through a parking garage at the rear of the hotel. Our first stay was just ok. The person who checked me in was not very friendly. There was a large group of families with young children staying in the hotel. They allowed their children, ranging from 10-12 years of age to stay in rooms by themselves. This led to much yelling and banging on doors late into the night. For about an hour around midnight, I was unable to sleep due to the noise. I didn't want to call down to the front desk because my family was sleeping through the noise, and I didn't want to wake them. I booked this room approximately 6 months in advance and that turned out to be a mistake as I was charged the maximum price which later came down, but my purchase was nonrefundable. For our second stay about 2 weeks later, the person checking us in was friendlier. When I asked if we could get a to go breakfast because we were leaving at 4 am, I was told they don't have those. We were able to get muffins and bananas at 4am. Our stay this time was much quieter as there were no young children running around the hotel. I think this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay and if you want walking distance to the airport. It is clean and has a free breakfast. There is no pool.

We arrived at Fairfield Inn around 8:00 PM after a whirlwind day of early rising (2:30 AM), travel to the airport, a 1300 mile flight, rental car, travel to a family birthday party and subsequent return to the Providence airport where I had previously booked a room for the night at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott. Bonnie greeted us upon arrival. I noted to her the proximity of the Hotel to the car rental return location. She mentioned I could easily drop off the car now and avoid the early morning trip. She mentioned that the Fairfield had an airport shuttle every 15 minutes and she’d be happy to sign me up for the morning. We took advantage of a 5:00 AM shuttle. She noted to me that for we early birds, there would be fresh coffee, fresh fruit, bagels, etc. would be available starting at 4:00 AM. Our room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. We came downstairs at 4:30 AM and the food was set up as described. I asked the receptionist Lisa if we could take the 4:45 shuttle. She stated that the earlier shuttle was full (airline staff) but we were signed up for 5:00. Our shuttle driver arrived at the hotel about 5 minutes early and at exactly at 5:00 AM we left the hotel for our ride to the airport which was less than 5 minutes.away. A great experience. I will definitely stay here again should the need arise.
