Hampton Inn & Suites Providence/Warwick-Airport

The state was one day longer than most of my stays. It was clean when I got there and the staff was very helpful. The only downside was at the hot tub and pool were closed on this trip. Other than that, it was five stars.

Dai’Kwon was the BIGGEST HELP!! He was super nice and it turned out he was on the last leg of a double shift. I’d for sure give him a big raise! Will be returning. Great breakfast buffet!

The hotel could use some updating and fixing. For example, we were in an accessible room - not by necessity but because that is what was available. The shower head moved up and down for someone seated or standing. But the mechanism was a little broken so the showered would not stay in the up position. The filing was also old and outdated. But the hotel was clean and the staff friendly.
