Pool was really small. 5.5 feet deep. Snacks up front was expired. Our room had sunflower seeds all over the floor and under the bed. Food was terrible. And Chili’s restaurant beside the hotel. The food was terrible. Fake Mexican food.

Nice size room. Comfort and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, someone was vaping in the laundry room causing the fire alarm to go off. We did not receive updates right away, but eventually were informed of what happened. Check out time was great. Night staff Tikia was excellent. Very courteous and made you feel welcome. The shower felt great, but the tub clogged while in the shower so water would fill up while showering. The fridge also didn’t seem clean inside before we got there, so the smell of previous food was there when we opened it, and it didn’t seem secured in place. But it was still useable and needed. The AC unit also stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of the night, but thankfully we figured out how to get it back on. Overall, this was a good stay. Close to many amenities. Some minor inconveniences, but we still enjoyed our stay, and felt it was worth the value.

This hotel is convenient to the airport. The room design was different. The breakfast was good. Dylan was very helpful and excellent at his breakfast duties. The hotel is under renovation, and we were told that previous to our stay.

Were there for state tennis matches for High School and meeting other family from different locations all converging at.the same location. Very helpful trying to find rooms for 3 different family groups in close proximity including a dog. Hotel under construction with floor renovation so had to walk around obstacles occassionally.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Decent sized suite. Breakfast was good enough. When I checked in (Friday), while inspecting my room I discovered that the hand towel hung by the sink was dirty (used). Whoever cleaned the room didn’t take pride in their work. Very disheartening. Without reporting the incident, the towel was replaced. Check your linens and your towels thoroughly!

I have stayed here previously, and the cleanliness and attention to detail seems to be lacking. There was mold in the shower, hair visible in the couch, I had to call the front desk several times to ask that the people above our room stop stomping and jumping off of the beds early in the morning. It would stop for an hour and then started again. Probably won’t be staying here again.

The hotel accomplished its purpose for me. I had a nice bed to lay my head for the night. I couldn’t have stayed any longer than one night. My couch had what appeared to be sexual stains on it. Like really bad. The rest of the couch was filthy too. I was too tired to change rooms and the bed was fine so I went to be and got breakfast and headed out. Breakfast was good but the breakfast area was very tight. People bumping in to each other trying to get food.

The room smelled of smoke and musty mold odor and I called the front desk and asked for Lysol. I was told by the clerk that she would call housekeeping. I never heard from them afterwards. Not a call nothing. It was late so we just tiffed it out. My allergy got worse after staying in that room. I would never recommend that property to anyone else and I'm a frequent traveler.

I rented a room with 2 queen beds and a sleeper couch. I found the sleeper couch was a joke. It is a trundle bed design, where the bed area pulls out and is only about 6 inches off the floor, uncomfortable, and only a bed for a young child. I ended up sleeping on the couch itself, not the trundle. The hotel's description should be updated to clearly state that this is a kid's bed, not one for an adult. And to add to this bad situation, you need to make-up the bed yourself with bedding found in a plastic bag in the closet. All together, this "third" be in our room was a joke -- count on it only if you have very young children!

Nice hotel and good service. However our two bed room seemed very narrow. The wall came a few feet or so past the end of the bed. Functional but felt cramped and not like a Marriott room. A few days later I stayed at a different Springhill and that room was much larger and what you’d expect. Maybe I got an unusual room. Breakfast was only fair with items running out with only a few folks dining. Felt more like a budget hotel than I expected.

The room was very nice. The location was extremely convenient to LU. Check-in was slow, but they had installed a brand new computer system earlier in the week. Breakfast options were somewhat limited. Staff were very courteous.

Hotel was clean and we were able to get extra towels and blankets. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The daybed/couch bed was a bonus because it was an actual comfortable extra bed. The pull out trundle was a hard, cheap mattress. We dealt with a very noisy neighbor in the next room having a party. Loud booming music, kids jumping on beds, knocking on walls, running up and down the halls. I don’t think this was handled well by the staff. Nothing was done until after 10pm when we finally started pounding back. The rudeness of the other guests was completely out of line. I feel like we should have either been moved to another room or they should have been removed from the hotel.

The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Jovi handled my reservation issue with great care. Jovi and trainee, Julie, answered our questions about the area of Lynchburg patiently. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. Breakfast had good options.

So, the property was good and clean, and the service was great. However, our stay was not great as our whole family fell sick while we were there. My son actually ended up spending 2 days in the hospital. On our last night there the hotel lost power due to a storm and it was out for about 4 hours or more. They did not offer a refund for this even though their emergency lighting also was not working making traversing the stairwells dangerous. They only offered points to Mariott customers. So even though our stay was good up until the last night, with being sick and not being offered any refund for the last night due to the power being out, this left a bad taste in the mouth. They should at least have offered a refund for the one night without power.

I arrived late at night and Brenda welcomed me and knew my name upon arrival. By far one of the most pleasant experiences so far. I stayed at this location before and would return at any time.

We've stayed here twice and this is really nice for the price. The airport is surprisingly quiet. Good coffee and pretty good selection for breakfast location is great for downtown.

The room was very nice. The location was extremely convenient to LU. Check-in was slow, but they had installed a brand new computer system earlier in the week. Breakfast options were somewhat limited. Staff were very courteous.

The location was convenient to Liberty University. It was also safe. I walked to campus early in the morning while it was still dark with no problems or safety concerns.

Our room faced a busy highway and the airport. It received all the afternoon sun. That said, it was clean and the staff was friendly. Also, not sure the toilet could be any lower to the floor. If I stay here again. I will be specific about room requirements.

I liked the walk-in shower and having a telephone in the bathroom. My husband and daughter needed handicap accessible bathroom so we were well pleased. The breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and clean facility.

Nice hotel and good service. However our two bed room seemed very narrow. The wall came a few feet or so past the end of the bed. Functional but felt cramped and not like a Marriott room. A few days later I stayed at a different Springhill and that room was much larger and what you’d expect. Maybe I got an unusual room. Breakfast was only fair with items running out with only a few folks dining. Felt more like a budget hotel than I expected.

The room's heater was very noisy. And could hear train very easily. Breakfast was subpar. Watery waffle mix. Eggs were old and dry and had to wait for new ones to be warmed up on microwave. Coffee wasn't hot

Nice size room. Comfort and breakfast were very good. Unfortunately, someone was vaping in the laundry room causing the fire alarm to go off. We did not receive updates right away, but eventually were informed of what happened. Check out time was great. Night staff Tikia was excellent. Very courteous and made you feel welcome. The shower felt great, but the tub clogged while in the shower so water would fill up while showering. The fridge also didn’t seem clean inside before we got there, so the smell of previous food was there when we opened it, and it didn’t seem secured in place. But it was still useable and needed. The AC unit also stopped working all of a sudden in the middle of the night, but thankfully we figured out how to get it back on. Overall, this was a good stay. Close to many amenities. Some minor inconveniences, but we still enjoyed our stay, and felt it was worth the value.

The room was amazing, the staff were very friendly to our stay. Breakfast was good, had different variety. the shower was amazing, the pressure and the steamy hot water was a bonus to our trip! Amazing hotel and would definitely come again!:)

Always a nice stay here. Clean comfortable convenient and breakfast is very nice. Staff is friendly and we got to use the pool which was refreshing after long day of travel.

Booked this place to take the kid back. The room was decent the linens looked and smelled clean and the breakfast was pretty good. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not very clean. I asked the front desk to reclean the tub and they did but the bathroom was just not clean I assume because these rooms aren't used much

The check in was the issue. After I had booked and prepaid the stay through Hotels, the receptionist was trying to make me pay again at a higher rate. I showed her the receipt and all. She finally gave me a room key after ten minutes waiting. It was very inconvenient. She also told me I couldn’t charge anything to the room as if I asked or tried to. I will pay for whatever I ask for but I’m not redoing what should’ve been and easy check in.

The hotel and staff were amazing! The only issues that we had was that some of the breakfast food was not hot. The food was excellent just not more than warm. Other than that, the room was spacious and beds were very comfortable.
