The staff were great and looked after me very well. I have stayed at the Winselerhof many times over the years and always found the rooms to be quiet, pleasant and comfortable, the hotel itself is in nice woodland surroundings, however the wider area is industrial. My only criticism is the food. If you want really fancy high end fine dining then great, but if you want the option to have regular food in reasonable portions then you will probably want to eat somewhere else. They have 2 restaurants onsite and both are a little too fancy for their own good. Also, if you're vegetarian/vegan there is usually only 1 option.

Beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful and professional staff. Loved our visit to Landgraaf. The only tip is that the suites are likely on the second floor and you have to take the stairs to get in to them. Pack lightly as the stairs are steep by North American standards.

Vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie schone kamer en badkamer. Fijn terras met mogelijkheden qua eten/ borrel ect. Jammer dat alleen net het lounge gedeelte van het terras was gereserveerd voor groep , dus konden wij daar geen gebruik van maken .

Zeer mooi hotel. Zeker een aanrader. Tijdens ons verblijf was de bar echter dicht vanwege een besloten feestje. Dit klopt niet. Als betalende gast mag je verwachten van alle faciliteiten gebruik te kunnen maken. Daarnaast zorgde een grote groep gasten ervoor dat tijdens het ontbijt alle aandacht naar hen ging. Voor de overige gasten was weinig of geen aandacht. Ook dit is niet netjes. Beide punten onder de aandacht gebracht. Er werd niets mee gedaan. Geen enkele compensatie. Slechte zaak. Voor de rest geen slecht woord over het hotel en personeel.

Het is een mooie locatie met mooie kamers. Wij hebben ook heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant, zowel ontbijt als diner waren top. Er vond echter ook een bruiloft op de locatie plaats, wat leidde tot behoorlijk wat geluidsoverlast in de hotelkamers.

This hotel was lovely, very clean, and quiet. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our ground floor room that was adjacent to the courtyard. It was relaxing and inviting for an evening drink. Our only negative comment would be that there was no mini-fridge or kettle.

Väldigt trevligt område, fina rum och välkomnande personal. Hotellet stod listat som djurvänligt men de tar inte emot husdjur sedan 1 januari 2025. Personalen löste det ändå så vi kunde få bo kvar med vår lilla hund. Tyvärr saknades kylskåp på rummet vilket sänker betyget.

De kamer was 's-nachts met raam open erg warm bij warm weer. Slecht geslapen. Een grote ventilator maakte zoveel lawaai dat je daarmee niet kon slapen. Geadviseerd een stille Dyson ventilator te kopen. WIFI niet duidelijk aangegeven. Moest je een QR zonder toelichting voor scannen. Er stond maar één gemakkelijke stoel om tv te kijken in de twee persoons kamer. Mooi gelegen wel aan rand industrrterrein.

Attention, cet hôtel vend sur son site des chambres qui ne correspondent en rien à celles que vous recevez. Ils prennent soin de montrer de très jolies chambres, en effet, mais qui ne sont en rien celles attribuées. Et quand on s'en plaint à la direction, elle répond que la surface en m2 est la même!!! Et elle ajoute que l'une vaut l'autre! Une pareille mauvaise foi est rare, et montre bien qu'il s'agit chez eux d'une politique.

Attention, cet hôtel vend sur son site des chambres qui ne correspondent en rien à celles que vous recevez. Ils prennent soin de montrer de très jolies chambres, en effet, mais qui ne sont en rien celles attribuées. Et quand on s'en plaint à la direction, elle répond que la surface en m2 est la même!!! The staff were great and looked after me very well. I have stayed at the Winselerhof many times over the years and always found the rooms to be quiet, pleasant and comfortable, the hotel itself is in nice woodland surroundings, however the wider area is industrial. My only criticism is the food. If you want really fancy high end fine dining then great, but if you want the option to have regular food in reasonable portions then you will probably want to eat somewhere else. They have 2 restaurants onsite and both are a little too fancy for their own good. Also, if you're vegetarian/vegan there is usually only 1 option.

The property is wonderful and our room perfect for our party of 3. In the morning my daughter and I went for a run on the trails around the property and we all went to have a great breakfast in the hotel restaurant (not cheap but with a nice buffet a beautiful setting). Our only regret was not being able to be there for longer!

De kamer was 's-nachts met raam open erg warm bij warm weer. Slecht geslapen. Een grote ventilator maakte zoveel lawaai dat je daarmee niet kon slapen. Geadviseerd een stille Dyson ventilator te kopen. WIFI niet duidelijk aangegeven. Moest je een QR zonder toelichting voor scannen. Er stond maar één gemakkelijke stoel om tv te kijken in de twee persoons kamer. Mooi gelegen wel aan rand industrrterrein.

Erg mooi hotel met evenzo kamers. Jammer alleen dat niet duidelijk was dat het restaurant op zondag gesloten is. Op de website staat het wel maar op Google niet. Personeel overal zeer vriendelijk. Aanrader

Vriendelijk ontvangst, mooie schone kamer en badkamer. Fijn terras met mogelijkheden qua eten/ borrel ect. Jammer dat alleen net het lounge gedeelte van het terras was gereserveerd voor groep , dus konden wij daar geen gebruik van maken .

Zeer mooi hotel. Zeker een aanrader. Tijdens ons verblijf was de bar echter dicht vanwege een besloten feestje. Dit klopt niet. Als betalende gast mag je verwachten van alle faciliteiten gebruik te kunnen maken. Daarnaast zorgde een grote groep gasten ervoor dat tijdens het ontbijt alle aandacht naar hen ging. Voor de overige gasten was weinig of geen aandacht. Ook dit is niet netjes. Beide punten onder de aandacht gebracht. Er werd niets mee gedaan. Geen enkele compensatie. Slechte zaak. Voor de rest geen slecht woord over het hotel en personeel.

Ok, dog var værelset fugtigt og mørkt. Elektrisiteten på værelset var ikke til at gennemskue, så vi måtte skrue pære løse for ikke at have spotlys i hovedet, da vi skulle sove. Betjeningen i restauranten var forjaget. Bortset fra det er omgivelserne skønne.
