Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lillington/Campbell University

Hotel smelled of smoke even in the non smoking areas and rooms, beds were extremely small just not the best for anyone looking for quality. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not return again.

Really nice place to book an extended stay while I was selling my house. The staff as well as the other guests were super friendly. I felt safe there as a solo traveler. It did get a little rowdy at the sports bar next door but the noise died down around 10pm so it wasn’t bad at all (I assume it was college kids from the university down the road). My parents stayed here when they visited me a few years back & recommended it and I would stay here again as a solo female traveler.

There was no breakfast! Coffee and tea and thats it! I was given one bed in each of my rooms and I clearly asked for two beds. When I spoke to the clerk at the desk this morning, she said to me that she read my review on Expedia and she said she checked the reservation and I only asked for one bed when this was simply false. There was no attempt to resolve the situation at all other than just to tell me that I was wrong. We had a horrible night sleep last night! We rented a hotel room so we could get rest, not lose it! The hotel rooms were very small for two people!

Perfect stay. Friendly staff.
