SpringHill Suites by Marriott Waterford / Mystic

Staff was very nice. Room was okay, furniture was old and dresser chip. Bed was very comfortable. We was on the first floor wasn't able to open our curtain without guest looking in. Bathroom was clean,tile had some cracks. Room and bathroom need a update. Pictures online was deceiving.

Comfy beds! Big room! Plenty of space and sleeping area’s! Clean!

All stood out. The room was clean, the staff were amazing and quick. When we needed something from the front desk, they were up to our room in less than 5 minutes. Very speedy service. Grat amenities and they had the best breakfast every morning. I'm definately going to stay here again when I come to visit family!!! A++ in my book!!! Oh and Matt, I think his name was, at the front desk, very friendly, got what we needed in a timely manner, and let us know of some things in the area to do. A++ for Matt!!
