The hotel & staff were first class. The spa treatments excellent but a bit expensive. The food was outstanding. The room with a sea view was amazing, every night we had a fantastic view of the sunset in Feb!! The sister hotel opposite served excellent food too. The only downside for us was the state of the car park which looked rather scrappy on arrival & rather let the hotel down.

The hotel has easy parking, although this time it was extremely bizzy, The spa is a relaxing experience, in our allocated slot 3pm the shower in the spas was not working and rather a lot of glasses on the tables in the seating area, The room we stayed in was smaller than usual, standerd with balcony, sadly front views was part of the roof (of the bar ), Bathroom bin rusty/ no coffee/ tea /milk /sugar in room , had to ask at reception, Its a lovely calming location with short walks. However

As always enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Friendly staff, challenging and enjoyable cliff golf course. Evening meals excellent. Disappointed that excellent fried bread at breakfast replaced by hash browns, pre cooked toast not so good. Room cleaning not up to usual standards. One slow charger for electric cars , insufficient, please please upgrade to fast chargers.

I booked an economy class room but I have got an economy class room with sea view which was a surprise. The room was clean and all the necessary items were their. I enjoyed the spa treatment and pool and hot tub. I enjoyed walking by the river side. It was fantastic and adventures stay.

Friendliest Welcome from a receptionist I’ve had in a long time! This top customer service continued throughout my stay, from the spa, restaurant staff and the cleaners! Beautiful hotel, very clean, stunning location and the spa was gorgeous spotlessly clean. My room was small (I did only book a single and at £65 for bed, breakfast and use of the spa was a bargain), but it was really comfy and very clean! I only had breakfast, and it was again the best I’ve had at a hotel in ages. Good clouds, great coffee, perfect poached eggs and a sea view. I was there on business but wish I could have stayed longer! Hope to be back soon :)

Definitely not worth the money, Room was not clean!! Stuff was left out side the bun, Bathroom was not clean at all!! Had a treatment booked, it was terrible. Would not recommend!! Only good thing was location and view

Had a wonderful visit here recently and have already booked for next year. Hotel was so clean,staff were friendly and helpful, the suite we stayed in was fabulous and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We felt very relaxed throughout our stay.

The reception was very good and helpful, the restaurant food was amazing and the staff very attentive, the room however although looked good there was a large amount of cobwebs, in the bathroom area and a number of flys on and around the bath, the tiles had a large amount of water marks and the taps and shower had water marks and scale. The standard double was two beds put together so a very uncomfortable night sleep as well kept going down the dip in the middle

Bathroom was not up to the standard .. pubic hairs found around by the toilet so spent 10mins cleaning it my self.. very dusty room, very dusty in the cuboard.. just disappointed. Reception asked if we wanted a cleaner sent back up to room.. I said no point. Ive done it all now. Wouldnt stay again !

The Cliff was a pleasant place to stay for a couple nights. The scenery is pretty exceptional. It is well located for neighbouring Cardigan and Newport. The rooms were modern enough, although judging by the pictures, we hadn't received one of the recently refurbished ones. Despite the in-room literature describing the climate control unit, we couldn't find one in our room - the room did become a bit too warm, but thats only a slight criticism, as it was still preferable to it being too cold. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming, usual selection for a buffet I suppose, but given its proximity (by car) to Cardigan, you can reach some better alternatives with ease. Dinner at the Carreg was markedly better than the breakfast service, although still distinctly average for the vegetarian in our group. Non-vegetarian options were good and the wine selection was similarly plentiful. All things considered, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again in the future.

Great location with superb views, especially from the dining area and lower ground lounge/ bar. Staff excellent and food quality generally of a good to high standard.The only gripe would be that coffee served at breakfast on the cold side over three consecutive days and would benefit from being hotter. Room well presented and comfortable but found hand basin on the small size and set too low for anyone six foot or over. Plenty of car parking space but surface finish not the best and would benefit from a tarmac surface with parking bays clearly marked. Would we visit again - most definitely!

Excellent stay incredible Sunday Lunch and breakfast we also had complimentary use of spa I also had a treatment with Ffion which was wonderful thank you Unfortunately a few small negatives for the room a large amount of dust from the extractor fan which was like confetti when the fan was activated. Not sure when it was last cleaned The sink in the bathroom was too small and dangerous with a glass shelf directly above it. Poor view from the room which was overlooked from other rooms

Took the ferry from Fishguard and wanted a pleasant place to stay the night before. This was a great pick! The only disappointing thing was my massage, otherwise it was all great. Solid food, lovely view, friendly staff, great. The room is basic, and the double bed was two singles pushed together, so you're still effectively in a twin as the gap is very noticeable.

All staff were great and the only 2 names I remember were Luke and Cici in the restaurant whom both gave excellent service. The food was amazing. The only criticism I could give, would be the mattress which was dipped in the middle and made our backs ache a little.

Hotel was great, sat at table in restaurant for 20 minutes and still no one asked if wanted a drink, in the end had to find someone, ordered bread for the table. Never turned up! All in all good stay just need to be a little more attentive to guests in the restaurant

The experience was amazing from check in to check out. Really enjoyed using the spa. Which was followed by outstanding food in the restaurant. Breakfast was also very nice this morning with a very good choice. The staff were extremely pleasant in all areas of the hotel. But a special mention for John on reception, who couldn’t do enough for all visitors. Also Cici was the waitress was informative and very funny a great asset to the restaurant.

Greeted by very attentive & professional reception staff. Executive room was large with plenty of space. Very clean, with a large screen TV & comfortable king size bed. Food in the restaurant was excellent as were the staff. Bar area is comfortable with drinks at reasonable prices for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel. The ratings only give it 3stars?? but it is far superior than many 4 star+ hotels I've stayed in.

All staff were great and the only 2 names I remember were Luke and Cici in the restaurant whom both gave excellent service. The food was amazing. The only criticism I could give, would be the mattress which was dipped in the middle and made our backs ache a little.

The Cliff was a pleasant place to stay for a couple nights. The scenery is pretty exceptional. It is well located for neighbouring Cardigan and Newport. The rooms were modern enough, although judging by the pictures, we hadn't received one of the recently refurbished ones. Despite the in-room literature describing the climate control unit, we couldn't find one in our room - the room did become a bit too warm, but thats only a slight criticism, as it was still preferable to it being too cold. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming, usual selection for a buffet I suppose, but given its proximity (by car) to Cardigan, you can reach some better alternatives with ease. Dinner at the Carreg was markedly better than the breakfast service, although still distinctly average for the vegetarian in our group. Non-vegetarian options were good and the wine selection was similarly plentiful. All things considered, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again in the future.

What a beautiful start. Most picturesque location ever. All staff very friendly and helpful and food was excellent. So easy to recommend this hotel for anyone.

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa. Our room didn't have a view but it was very comfortable and quiet even though there was a wedding. The breakfast was not great unfortunately as nothing was hot and the coffee machine produced undrinkable cappuccino, I asked a young guy if one could be made from the proper coffee machine behind the bar but he said that there was no one to do it.

Hotel was great, sat at table in restaurant for 20 minutes and still no one asked if wanted a drink, in the end had to find someone, ordered bread for the table. Never turned up! All in all good stay just need to be a little more attentive to guests in the restaurant

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Friendly staff, great location, clean and tidy rooms, great breakfast options and the amenities were fantastic. Will definitely go back again.

Great location with superb views, especially from the dining area and lower ground lounge/ bar. Staff excellent and food quality generally of a good to high standard.The only gripe would be that coffee served at breakfast on the cold side over three consecutive days and would benefit from being hotter. Room well presented and comfortable but found hand basin on the small size and set too low for anyone six foot or over. Plenty of car parking space but surface finish not the best and would benefit from a tarmac surface with parking bays clearly marked. Would we visit again - most definitely!

Brilliant location with Panoramic views Excellent service with a caring touch Congratulations to the new owners for providing a great hotel in West Wales We last had a reunion 20 years ago when the hotel was looking a little tired but now what a difference. The Restaurant and breakfast facilities and meals were very good with no delays even with a full hotel The brasserie at the hotel entrance was also excellent. Will definitely return

The only deficiencies i found were with the staff and food options in the point bar. Elsewhere in the hotel the staff were brilliant, Room, Breakfast, Restuarant and Spa were excellent.

Lovely hotel, a super spot, the evening meal was first-class, breakfast ok, Veggie sausages were the type I wouldn't eat, there are much better alternatives (Richmond).

Such a beautiful location, staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was lovely and everything was well organised. Room was immaculate and shower worked exceptionally well. Food menu was very limited and didn’t do a huge variety which was a bit of a letdown, and cocktails were very expensive, otherwise couldn’t complain about anything Would definitely return

Had a lovely stay with my 2 kids. Staff approachable yet professional. Food amazing! Few bits of extra cleaning needed in room, coffee maker needs attention and sealant on shower door not great. Didn't affect our stay and will happily visit again.

The seal house has lovely views and a great location. Some awkward steps up to the entrance with no hand rail. The staff were very good helping with my wife’s sudden illness and shortened stay so we didn’t really get to experience all the amenities as intended.

The access road was being renewed when we went which did make it awkward but staff were around to point us in the right direction. The hotel was immaculate, the staff friendly and helpful and the free hour each day in the gym and spar was super. The main highlight though was the beautiful views of the bay from the dinning area even on a cloudy day!
