Felbridge Gatwick Hotel & Spa

We stayed for one night as we were attending a wedding nearby. We arrived late however being able to check in online was a great time saver. It was busy at breakfast time however I think if we had gone earlier it may have been better.

Have stayed here a few times before but has always been a lovely stay, staff are always friendly and helpful, special thanks to the lady who helped check us in going above and beyond to help us make sure we keep the same room seeing as we booked 2 night stays but in 2 differnet bookings, went out her way to sort our room and give us a free upgrade at the same time, unfortunately didnt catch her name but think her initials could be EW as she gave us 2 free bar vouchers for a drink. She was working friday 8th may afternoon also saturday and sunday morning as we checked out, hope the recognition and thanks will get back to the right person.

I have stayed 4 times with work. This time I couldn't relax as I could hear scurrying around in the ceiling. Thinking this was a mouse/rat infestation, they assured me it wasn't but it was actually squirrels. They did move my room after reporting it. However if squirrels are known about, I was shocked I was put in a room with that issue. I may consider somewhere else to stay next time.

Fabulous stay friendly staff , enjoyed the spa facilities will return

The hotel was in a perfect location for us. The room was clean and tidy and all staff were friendly whether they were cleaners, reception or bar and restaurant staff. The food was delicious we Will definitely be back
