We've used VRBO across the USA. This is my first criticism. Scheduling and payment were fine. Check-in was a disaster. The lockbox was broken, we tried to contact Two Casitas, they emailed a wrong phone number. In my email to them, while standing outside, them told us the backup key was in the sprinkler system. My main concern was getting in/out of the house. The main door could only be locked/unlocked by the house key. Unlocking from inside with a key in a fire situation would be disastrous. A courtyard/bedroom door had a new deadbolt lock that was almost impossible to open, the backup key didn't work. All fixable. We are traveling in the Spring, and would like a VRBO response back before we commit. Has our $89 damage protection fee been refunded?

My husband and I stayed here for our "mini-moon" in Santa Fe after our wedding. It was perfect. A perfectly relaxing spot for two. I did not want to leave. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go, (but rented bikes anyway - shoutout to the Broken Spoke.) Got in the hot tub every night, hung out by the firepit, and had dinner on the patio. Perfect. I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

Very cozy and relaxing! The courtyard is wonderful and you close enough to walk to most attractions! Hosts communication was easy and quick. Would stay again!

We loved this cute little house! It was very clean and set up with the best amenities. Our one and only complaint was the neighbors parking directly in front of the entry gate and halfway up on the curb. Obviously not the property owners fault, but I thought it was worth mentioning for people who may have more than one vehicle to park as the driveway isn’t very big. We will definitely be back!

Very nice casita with all high end furnishings. Definitely top notch!
