The host was not responsive to a major issue of unserviceable air conditioner in the main bedroom. Despite numerous requests for the issue to be resolved, the host was more intent on getting me to diagnose and rectify the problem. After 2 sleepless nights and many message to the host, the problem was eventually fixed with a round about the day before we left. Horrible holiday and very unsatisfactory support from the host.

Cleanliness was unacceptable. Had to run a full dishwasher of crockery and glasses on arrival due to visible food. Dirty inside microwave. Thick dust and hair - cordless vac not functional, totally blocked. Mould in the washing machine. Kitchen pantry door hanging on by 2 out of 4 hinges. Lost a day cleansng but left this apartment much cleaner with a functional vac and washing machine. Apartment itself was modern, comfortable and would have been 5 star apart from the lack of cleanliness.
