Hotel com excelente localização, perto da estação do metrô. Com café da manhã muito bom, boas acomodações e bem limpinho. Equipe de funcionários excelente. Parabéns

Trata-se de um hotel simples, porém limpo e confortável, que não aceita cães e gatos e fumantes, oque é um aspecto muito positivo. Fica próximo a estação de metrô Rona, há supermercado perto e restaurantes

I’d like to highlight how helpful Joice Vieira at the front desk was during my stay. She went above and beyond to make my first visit to Portugal memorable. She provided me with useful tips and a map to navigate the metro, which made it easy to get around and helped me feel comfortable and safe exploring the area. I truly appreciated the time she took to explain everything so clearly. I was also pleased that the hotel allowed me to store my luggage after check-out at no additional cost, giving me the chance to explore nearby areas without any hassle. The location is very convenient, with close access to the metro, convenience stores, and restaurants. The breakfast was good, and the rooms were very clean. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t working during my stay, and unfortunately, there wasn’t anyone available at the time to assist. I had to sleep with the balcony door open due to the heat. Additionally, there is no private parking or garage available for guests with rental cars. Overall, I had a positive experience and appreciated the excellent service provided by the staff.
