Hotel sem empatia. Nada de cortesia. Quartos com carpetes velhos e com mal cheiro. O quarto não oferece nada além da cama e TV, até uma chaleira de água eles cobram. O restaurante anexo é bom. Café da manhã razoável mas sem opção para diabéticos. Estacionamento péssimo.

Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Açores, pessoal muito competente e gentil, café da manhã maravilhoso, os quartos limpos e o serviço tanto da recepção quanto a parte do restaurante muito bom, só achei que o restaurante está cobrando muito caro dos vinhos (principalmente) e da parte de alimentação.

Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo no Açores, pessoal muito competente e gentil, café da manhã maravilhoso, os quartos limpos e o serviço tanto da recepção quanto a parte do restaurante muito bom, só achei que o restaurante está cobrando muito caro dos vinhos (principalmente) e da parte de alimentação.

Loved this hotel. Excellent for transportation links. Outside area lovely and cocktails delicious. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Loved it so much I have booked again for Christmas break.

Very nice stay. Metro outside the door, decent food at hotel and a few restaurants nearby. We had a car so we choose this hotel with underground parking.

In diesem Hotel waren mein Bruder und ich nur 2 Nächte, jedoch ist dieses Hotel dennoch die 4-Sterne wert. Es ist sehr sauber, hat ein kleines, feines Restaurant, welches morgens ein gutes Frühstück anbietet. Das Hotel liegt gleich neben der Metro-Station Praça de Espanha und man ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten im Stadtkern. Wir hatten im Badezimmer etwas Pech mit dem Wasserdruck, aber das hat unserem Erlebnis nicht geschadet.

Perfect place to stay if you have a car. Parking lot is under the hotel. Metro stop right next to the hotel, so it’s really easy to access the historic areas. The staff was outstanding, breakfast good, and the room really clean. Only 4 stars because of the airplane noise- really close to the airport.

The staff was very helpful and the entry, reception area and restaurant are was very nice and modern. The pictures of the rooms are extremely deceiving online. The rooms are outdated, small, stained furniture and bed dressings. I booked the room for one night to only stay a few hours to rest before a flight and I opted to sleep in the chair in the room. They seriously need to update the rooms themselves.

Really enjoyed our stay here, without exception every member of staff we dealt with was friendly, polite and accommodating. The room was spotless and the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was very good and the metro station out front makes it very convenient to travel around the city, though we chose to walk which is also very accessible. Will undoubtedly stay here again the next time we visit Lisbon.

Room was clean but not tea facility in the room. I traveled all over the world and never seen a hotel room without tea facilities. The WiFi was very slow and almost none existence although it was claimed that there is good connections. Connection between the rooms was none although we have given the number to call our travel companion that were staying in the other room. We were happy with breakfast.

O Hotel em si é bom, contudo, roupas de cama e travesseiros poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. A limpeza do quarto é praticamente inexistente. Se restringe a arrumar a cama e banheiro. O isolamento acústico entre os quartos é ruim. O café da manhã é básico, poderia e deveria ter maiores opções. O atendimento da recepção é bom e o atendimento do pessoal que trabalha no restaurante é muito bom.

Room and hotel are very clean and the staff very helpful. Located in a nice area beside a beautiful park and we felt safe. Walking distance to shopping and many attractions. On the flight path to the abuts Lisbon International but wasn’t a problem for one night.

Passamos apenas uma noite, as acomodações são antigas, chão de carpete e a iluminação do quarto é só com luz indireta. De cara, fui colocada em um quarto twin, sendo reservado quarto de casal. Acho que não vale o custo benefício, achei o valor da diária além da entrega da acomodação. Café da manhã bom. Atendentes atenciosos. Ter estacionamento é uma vantagem.

Happy with our stay. Hotel was nice and clean, staff very nice and accommodating. Minibar in room is on sensor, but staff graciously removed everything so we can use as a fridge for our things We were on 9th floor, wifi in room did not work unless you were at door or into hallway. Easy to get around the city via uber/taxi/transit otherwise not very close for walking down to the main attraction area. breakfast was nice and had a good variety

Estadia foi excelente. Não é no centro mas é bastante acessível e próximo do transporte público (metro). A única observação que faço é sobre não ter um fechamento na área do chuveiro, tipo "box", o que faz com que o chão fique um pouco molhado. De resto, a acomodação é muito boa!

The staff is very friendly, they received me with a smile, and helped me by receiving and delivering my delayed bag to my room. The surroundings are quiet, I had very restful nights. There are plenty of restaurants and there is a Museum nearby. I had a great experience, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very clean, modern and most of the staff were very accommodating. However, one morning after we checked in at the entrance of the dining room with our room number for the buffet breakfast, an employee came into the dining room to ask the server to approach us to ask us again for our room number. This was long after we had entered the dining room. We did not observe this happening to anyone else and It felt extremely uncomfortable as if to imply that we were not guests of the hotel.

The hotel was very clean, modern and most of the staff were very accommodating. Hotel met VIP Access maar niets van gezien! Nochtans een kamerupgrade gevraagd voor maar 1 van de 3 gereserveerde kamers. Super gelegen om naar de binnenstad te gaan( metro vlak voor de ingang) Verzorgde kamers met alles wat je nodig hebt Goed restaurant en maitre was supervriendelijk tijdens het diner maar toen de tip op het einde niet naar zijn zin was was hij heel onbeschoft in zijn gedrag. Jammer… Score kon veel hoger zijn maar VIP Access en maitre hebben de eindscore bepaald

Metro entrance is right outside the hotel entrance, blue line easily connects you to all other metro lines! The area is quiet, safe and pleasant to stay at after a day out in the busy streets of Lisbon. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, some of them stay open late into the night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. There was no complimentary water but tap water is safe to drink according to the hotel staff. This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in this city!

Metro entrance is right outside the hotel entrance, blue line easily connects you to all other metro lines! The area is quiet, safe and pleasant to stay at after a day out in the busy streets of Lisbon. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, some of them stay open late into the night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the city. There was no complimentary water but tap water is safe to drink according to the hotel staff. This place had one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced in this city!

Hotel muito bom, o quarto era confortável, com um bom café da manhã com suficiente variedade, os funcionários foram extremamente agradáveis e atenciosos. A única ressalva que eu faria seria a localização que não é das melhores, apesar de ser do lado do metro oque facilita muito, fica longe demais para chegar em qualquer ponto turístico a pé.

O Hotel em si é bom, contudo, roupas de cama e travesseiros poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. A limpeza do quarto é praticamente inexistente. Se restringe a arrumar a cama e banheiro. O isolamento acústico entre os quartos é ruim. O café da manhã é básico, poderia e deveria ter maiores opções. O atendimento da recepção é bom e o atendimento do pessoal que trabalha no restaurante é muito bom.

Loved this hotel. Excellent for transportation links. Outside area lovely and cocktails delicious. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Loved it so much I have booked again for Christmas break.

The location and surrounding area are very good. It is convenient to get from the airport to the hotel by Metro, which was especially helpful for us as we checked in quite late at night. However, one thing I found quite disappointing for a 4-star hotel was that there was no kettle or even basic tea/coffee facilities in the room. I called reception to ask for a kettle simply to boil some water and was told that borrowing one would cost €5 per night. I found this rather unreasonable and not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff were not unfriendly, but at the same time we did not really feel any particularly warm or welcoming gestures during our stay. Breakfast, on the other hand, was very enjoyable. If you value quality rather than having a huge variety of food, I would rate the breakfast highly. Personally, I prefer quality over quantity, and I was very satisfied with it. We also really enjoyed having breakfast in the beautifully designed restaurant, which combines a contemporary atmosphere with traditional Portuguese style. Overall, the hotel has a good location and a very pleasant breakfast experience, but the lack of basic in-room facilities such as a kettle, together with the €5-per-night charge to borrow one, was quite disappointing for a 4-star property.
