SANA Malhoa Hotel

Excellent stay in the Hotel. Good Breakfast, staff was very friendly, polite and helpful all the time. Spa and gym was very good too. Cleaning is spot on. Must recommend for others.

Hotel com zona social com ótimo aspeto e muito bem localizado. A minha crítica vai para o preço do parque de estacionamento (25€/dia), que mais parece que o negócio do hotel é vender lugares de estacionamento em vez de quartos.

Great breakfast. I had rental parked at hotel parking which had a little drive to hotel parking not too bad. Parking fee is little pricy for 25 euros per night. Overall liked the property and enjoyed the included breakfast. You can rate this hotel higher than average of other 4star hotel easily.

The hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful and we had a beautiful welcome gift in the room. They have a stunning outdoor patio to enjoy your welcome drink.

Hotel bar is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Wenn man es betritt sieht man auch die große Empfangshalle und die große Bar hinten. Es hat direkt eine eleganten und tollen Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Zimmer haben schon Gebrauchsspuren, aber alles funktioniert noch. Prima ist auch die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und es hat eine kleine Minibar. Das Frühstück war top. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an verschiedene Getränke und Gebäcke, sowie auch frisches. Es gab noch einen Koch da, der einen Omelett mit den gewünschten Zutaten frisch zubereitet. Außerdem hatten sie Pasteis de nata da, richtig lecker. Auch viel frisches Obst oder auch noch Smoothies. Man wurde auch immer freundlich empfangen am Eingang von der Dame und das Service Team war auch zuvorkommend. Ein kleines Plus ist auch der kleine Wellnessbereich zum entspannen. Das Fitnessstudio ist zwar klein, aber ist gut gepflegt und hat die Basic Ausstattung. Fazit: toller Aufenthalt, den ich empfehlen kann. Das Hotel ist nicht weit vom Flughafen und in der Nähe hat es eine Metro, mit der man praktisch in die Stadt kommt

Wonderful hotel. Staff is amazing and great location. The only issue is that the carpet in the room we stayed in was severely stained. The issue for me is that management hasn’t taken the time or isn’t willing to spend the money to replace the carpet, Because of the staining I would not stay here again.

Breakfast was poor quality and the room was not clean every day wail we stayed

Quando chegamos ao quarto o chão tinha bocados de plástico partido, logo tinha sido mal aspirado. A Banheira da casa de banho é demasiado alta e de muito difícil acesso para alguém de estatura baixa ou mobilidade reduzida. O serviço de SPA é excelente, pequeno mas com muita qualidade. Serviço de pequeno almoço mediano, tem muita variedade mas de fraca qualidade. A cereja no topo do bolo foram 44€ por 2 Portos Tónicos! Na carta do bar não aparece a bebida e quando pedimos a conta veio descriminado 13,5€ por 1 vinho do porto e 8,5€ por uma água tónica, logo 22€ cada porto tónico!!!!! Um verdadeiro absurdo nem na Quinta do Lago pago estes valores por 1 porto tónico.

House keeping was not perfect, every time they cleaned the room they forgot something, one day they forgot to clean the water glasses, another day forgot to refill the toilet papers and napkins, the third day they took the dorty spoon and didn't bring another one instead, they never brought new water bottles once the ones we had finished!

Hotel muito limpo, staff atencioso, cafe da manha excelente. Facil acesso a estacao do metro Praca de Espanha e ao Corte Ingles. Meu unico senao é que deveriam oferecer ao menos uma garrafa de agua por dia aos hospedes.

Sana Malhoa was great except that it was in an odd location, a bit outside the zone I intended to choose. My error perhaps. Very commerical, like office building feeling. Staff was AMAZING. So engaging, helpful, kind. Rooms were nothing to brag about but clean. They went above and beyond to accomodate us -- family of 7, 2 small children. PARENTS: The window open out and INEXPLICABLY, downward. One of the windows on the 3rd floor was unlocked and my 5 years old daughter honestly nearly fell out -- 6 stories (3 "-" floors below our floor). Other than that, loved it.

This was my first stay at the Sana Malhoa and overall I have enjoyed my time here. The positives are: Very friendly and helpful staff, nice bar area, awesome breakfast and breakfast area, nice shower, very good air conditioning. Downsides, bath is very high so people with mobility issues will struggle, the bed is a little on the small side, room is on the small side. I would recommend the hotel to others based on my stay and highlighting the downsides above.

The general staff were great. The bar staff were excellent as well. My only complaint, is that the AC was not super cold and I do not like the double bed pushed together thing.

Struttura molto carina con camere ampie e comode ma un pochino rumorosa per gli aerei che passano di continuo (poi di notte tardi non si sentono molto ma si sente rumore di lavatrice che va avanti fino alle 3 di notte). Lavandino del bagno intasato. Colazione in sala grande con varietà di colazione, migliorabile sia la colazione che il servizio. Servizio bar non ci è piaciuto in quanto non eseguono tutti i cocktail richiesti ed i classici che siamo stati costretti ad ordinare erano carissimi, ovvero per uno spritz e un moscow mule abbiamo pagato 36€ che sono davvero esagerati e nemmeno sto granché. Abbiamo atteso per la camera oltre l'orario prestabilito e per questo abbiamo deciso di bere qualcosa nell'attesa, il chè non è stato il massimo in quanto oltre alle bevande costosissime è arrivata una ragazza dalla reception a consegnarci la chiave senza dare spiegazioni su nulla: ne sul piano della camera, ne sull'orario della colazione ne del wifi ecc cose che solitamente vengono dette All'arrivo però ci hanno fatto pagare immediatamente la tassa di soggiorno nonostante avevamo appena messo piede e la stanza non era pronta. Altra nota negativa è stata che ci hanno chiamato la sera prima dicendoci che dovevamo fare il check out (cosa ovviamente non corretta in quanto avevamo l'ultima notte da fare). Nota positiva e molto gradita da parte di Sara che ci ha organizzato una sorpresa in camera all'arrivo per la nostra luna di miele. È stata molto gentile e cordiale. Grazie

This is a great hotel. I loved the ambience of bar including smoking area. The only thing that was shame was the power of bedroom shower was poor. This is a global gripe of mine. Drives me mad.

O hotel é bom, bem localizado, funcionários atenciosos. Café da manhã, excelente. O quarto é amplo e confortável. Porém o banheiro precisa de reforma. O atual modelo "chuveiro/banheira", é muito perigoso. A banheira extremamente alta e escorregadia. A pressão da água do chuveiro, muito fraca também. O secador de cabelos, parece de brinquedo. Achei as roupas de cama não muito "perfumadas" e amassadas. Coisas pontuais, que merecem atenção e valorizam o hotel. Mas, no geral, ficamos satisfeitos.

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa, simpática e genuinamente preocupada em oferecer a melhor experiência. Um agradecimento especial à ARISA, no restaurante, cuja gentileza e simpatia tornaram nossos momentos ainda mais agradáveis. É o tipo de atendimento que faz a diferença e fica na memória. Até o aroma do hotel é delicioso e acolhedor, criando uma sensação constante de bem-estar. Parabéns a toda a equipe. Voltaremos com certeza.

The staff was excellent, especially Olivia at the front desk. She allowed me to store my luggage early while I explored the area until my room was ready. She was especially helpful with directing me how to get to certain places and recommendations on dining. The main bar was spectacular and the room accommodations were better than anticipated.

I’m touring ahead of the rest of my group of 240 people to test out new hotels, I work in the music touring industry. After flying all night from the US, I get to the hotel around 11:30 AM to see if my room will be available for check in, and it unfortunately wasn’t. Check in is technically at 2 pm mind you. As I sit there and counted 13 people come in and get their room keys and go straight to their room. At 2:45 I politely asked if my room is available because I’ve seen many people get their keys right away, and guess what still not available 45 minutes after check in. Also, may I note, I sent a nice email introducing myself weeks before I traveled and letting them know a timeframe of when I would be getting in. If there’s anything they can do to check me in earlier, I would really appreciate it. There is no sorry. There was no room upgrade. There was nothing offered. Very disappointed and needless to say me, and my touring party will not be staying here or in the future. Glad I checked it out myself first.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sana Malhoa! The rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent and the gym was great. The best thing about our stay was the staff who were so helpful with absolutely everything! Carolina and Ruben were particularly helpful during our stay, but all the staff were great!

If you are staying at this hotel, you are better off not ordering room service. We ordered dinner ten minutes after the restaurant had opened and only a few guests had arrived to dine in at this point. We were told it would take about 30 minutes. After one hour, I went back down to inquire about the food. I was told «they were so busy and had a lot to do»., no apologies made. About ten minutes later, the food arrived. This was about 40 minutes late and it was cold. A cold Argentinian Entrecote at a price of almost 50 Euros! Now that makes me feel like an idiot for paying such an amount for a ruined steak. We know that hotel prices are always inflated, and usually we dont order room service for this reason. However, on this occassion we travelled with our three year old who was sleeping and we wished to not wake him up just to dine in the restaurant. The food was not terrible, except for the «sauteed» vegetables. They forgot the order at first, and it was brought up much too late. The «sauteed» vegetables were in reality a bag of frozen vegetables bought cheaply at the local supermarket. For that price it is rather shameful that they would serve up something like that. Finally I need to add that during our stay, I had an inquiriy about a situation I needed help with. Now I can understand that the hotel staff says no to help. What I have no understanding for, is when they do not care the least bit to help you find an alternative solution. I had to fix it myself.

I was there for my birthday with the whole family. Thanks to all for contributing to render those days special. They were so kind to leave in our room cake and wine to celebrate!

Excellent hotel with friendly staffs and fantastic breakfast. Though this hotel is little far off from the city centre, it is well connected by metro. The only con I found was that this hotel is right under the path of flights landing. So there is always noise particularly in the morning hours affecting our sleep.

Great hotel outside of the center of Lisbon but you can easily and quickly get to the center of Lisbon. It is 11 minutes from the airport.

Nice hotel: close to public transportation. No nearby stores or restaurants that we thought to be worthy.

We had a good experience at SANA. Excellent choices for breakfast, excellent service and fabulous dining area. The hotel is very modern, smells good and super clean. Location is excellent near metro and big bus station going to Fatima and Madrid. Highly recommended. All staff were polite and helpful.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Room was spacious and clean, staff was friendly, is not far from the metro and the breakfast buffet was top notch. If you dont mind to be a bit away from the city center, this is a great option that I would repeat again.

The location was not near downtown Lisboa, had to Uber every time we went out. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff bent over backwards to make sure our stay was wonderful. The breakfast buffet far exceeded anything have eaten at. Mimosas for breakfast. Nice! The day we left in the very early hours, they had breakfast boxes ready for us to take.
