Schöner Aufenthalt mit allem, was man braucht. Der Wellnessbereich ist richtig schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken. Das Essen in der Trattoria war sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstück war super! Besonders positiv war das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und am Morgen im Frühstücksbereich. Es herrscht hier ein netter Umgangston und man kümmert sich um die Gäste. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. :-)

not the first time i'm going there, always for work, it is always a good place to be. staff is competent and friendly, rooms are good, clean, and big enough. breakfast is a classic but very good. the free pool and sauna will give you a nice end of the day. the only minus i can find is the not stable and fast internet connection i would like.

Stille og roligt sted tæt ved skov og grønnere områder. Stilrent og flot hotel. Rigtig flot værelse, pænt og rent både værelse og bad. Godt udvalg ved morgenmads buffeten. 4 ladestander til elbil. En fordel hvis ladestander tilgængelig da de ikke kræver bilen skal flyttes når opladet.

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, natürlich und hilfsbereit. Der Saunabereich war sehr angenehm. Dass es einen Draußenbereich gab war für mich das Highlight. Fahrräder ausleihen war auch super unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schneller und freundlicher Check-In. Gemütliches Zimmer, welches sehr sauber war. Bequemes Kopfkissen. Habe wie ein Stein geschlafen. Trotz Lage Richtung Hauptstraße absolut ruhiges Zimmer. Kritik nur an dem Schlüssel für das Zimmer, welcher durch den Anhänger sehr unhandlich ist. Erinnert stark an die 90iger. In Zeiten von Karten und Keypads unnötig. Frühstück war auch reichlich und ansprechend in schöner Atmosphere.

I liked staying one night in this hotel, which had a bit of an old-fashioned vibe about it (and I mean that to be a positive). It had many facilities that I had no time to use, but the bits I went in were clean and well maintained, the bar was great, the pizza I had for dinner was good and overall the staff were excellent. I thought that the early check out time of 11am would prove a problem, but it actually didn't and I was gone 30 minutes before that deadline. The reason for my stay was to do Unisee parkrun, which was about 650m from the hotel's front door. So mission accomplished, and my grateful thanks to those who made my stay a pleasant one.

Overall nice hotel, very basic rooms and no in-room tea/coffee facility. I forgot my phone cable, they could not provide me with a temp cable and asked that I charged my phone via their paid power bank service:-(

Schöner Aufenthalt mit allem, was man braucht. Der Wellnessbereich ist richtig schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Im Eingangsbereich des Hotels gibt es gemütliche Sitzecken. Das Essen in der Trattoria war sehr lecker. Auch das Frühstück war super! Besonders positiv war das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption und am Morgen im Frühstücksbereich. Es herrscht hier ein netter Umgangston und man kümmert sich um die Gäste. Ich habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt. :-)

not the first time i'm going there, always for work, it is always a good place to be. staff is competent and friendly, rooms are good, clean, and big enough. breakfast is a classic but very good. the free pool and sauna will give you a nice end of the day. the only minus i can find is the not stable and fast internet connection i would like.

I liked staying one night in this hotel, which had a bit of an old-fashioned vibe about it (and I mean that to be a positive). It had many facilities that I had no time to use, but the bits I went in were clean and well maintained, the bar was great, the pizza I had for dinner was good and overall the staff were excellent. I thought that the early check out time of 11am would prove a problem, but it actually didn't and I was gone 30 minutes before that deadline. The reason for my stay was to do Unisee parkrun, which was about 650m from the hotel's front door. So mission accomplished, and my grateful thanks to those who made my stay a pleasant one.

Das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück war sehr freundlich, natürlich und hilfsbereit. Der Saunabereich war sehr angenehm. Dass es einen Draußenbereich gab war für mich das Highlight. Fahrräder ausleihen war auch super unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Alles war perfekt. Zimmer, Wellness, Service, Frühstück, Anwendungen, Lage des Hotels, Anbindung an ÖPNV, Restaurant del bosco im Haus. Leider hat Restaurant Wels nur noch freitags und samstags geöffnet. Die Bar Zartbitter war auch leider wegen Krankheit geschlossen. Auch hier versucht man, das Beste aus Personalknappheit und Krankheit zu machen. Gute Besserung an alle.

Stille og roligt sted tæt ved skov og grønnere områder. Stilrent og flot hotel. Rigtig flot værelse, pænt og rent både værelse og bad. Godt udvalg ved morgenmads buffeten. 4 ladestander til elbil. En fordel hvis ladestander tilgængelig da de ikke kræver bilen skal flyttes når opladet.

I really liked this hotel. The food was great at breakfast (good selection) and in the evening (the Italian restaurant downstairs). The room was spacious and comfy, with a decent shower! The spa was very nice, though it did lack a jacuzzi. Several hours after I left the hotel, I realised I'd left a charger & adapter in my room. I phoned the hotel and the ladies on reception were really helpful, found the charger, and it was waiting for me when I popped back later in the day.

Hotel was in an ideal location for us as we were visiting relatives. All staff were friendly and helpful, the reception staff in particular spoke excellent English, at check in we were given a tote bag and homemade jam which was a nice touch. Room was a reasonable size, bed and pillows were very comfortable. I would have preferred an overhead shower as the shower was on a pole and kept slipping down. Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, I asked for soya milk which wasn't a problem, the only thing we weren't keen on was the croissants. We used the pool which was lovely, as a Brit the nudity in the sauna and steam rooms was too much for me!!
