Very nice clean room - the only downside to the hotel is that there are no facilities… no bar just a vending machine…

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever had. No AC , elevator is not working. You have to open the window to get air. No fridge and you can hear police and ambulance siren the whole night. You should take this hotel off your list.

Being on a main road, noisy of police sirens in the night. Room AC kept stopping after 2 hours.

Staff wasn’t quite helpful after addressing that the air conditioning wasn’t working multiple times. It wasn’t a concern for that staff that was assigned that day.

Good and Clean Hotel Rooms probably recently renovated, Amazing Location . Fully recommended Car Parking is the only challenge but there is a nearby public parking place next to hotel where parking is free from 7pm to 9am every day and weekends are free Suggestion to include breakfast if possible

Great stay! The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and helpful with good recommendations regarding places to eat. The location was perfect and central to a LOT. Parking is offered, but with limited space. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean rooms, no own parking. Area is ok, but not very interesting.

No air con!! The room was insufferably hot and we had to keep the windows open. But then the room also became incredibly loud due to it being on the street side. This is by far top 5 worst sleeps of my life.

They had good facilities and staff were helpful enough, only issue is the AC was not working properly.

We arrived early and was able to leave our suitcases while we walked around. The pillows and beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly a decent size and the whole room was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Keine Schallisolierten Zimmer - Man hörte jede Zimmertür, wenn der Lift öffnet, wenn jmd geht. Den Straßenlärm hört man nicht. Der Boden war nicht sauber, der Straßendreck von den Schuhen war noch vorhaben, Staubmäuse in den Ecken.

Mange dårlige anmeldelser og ikke uten grunn. Det stinka på badet, forferdelig lukt, fant et par brukte sokker og sandaler under senga og gulvteppet var ikke støvsugd på en evighet. MEN, pizzasjappa ved siden av var kjempebra!

Das Hotel ist zwar sehr zentral, jedoch in keiner so schönen Umgebung wie Salzburg sonst ist. Die Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen und zu weich. Das Bad bzw. die Toilette war nicht so sauber: es klebten Haare im und auf der Toilette. Das eigentliche Zimmer was man uns gab, war nicht gereinigt und wir mussten dann in ein anderes, was jedoch schöner war. Leider gab es auch kein Föhn.

Letzte Absteige überhaupt. 1. Empf. nur eng begrenzt besetzt. 2. Zimmer winzig 3. Mobiliar defekt. Tür geklebt. 4. Teppich extrem schmutzig 5. Klimaanlage keine 6. direkt an einer Hauptstr. 6. Duschtür rausgefallen. Nach Zimmerwechsel nicht besser. Bilder können nachgereicht werden. Aufzug nur bis Erdgeschoß, wenn Rezeption besetzt. Platten lose beim Aufzug 1. Stock danach nur durch Treppe ins Erdgeschoss. Wir stellen nicht viel Ansprüche aber das war extrem eklig wir sind nach einer Nacht geflüchtet, haben für 2 Nächte .gebucht. Eine Taxe von ca. 8 Euro für undefinierbare Kosten wurde fällig. In keinem anderem Hotel wurden ein Taxe verlangt.

This must be one of the most disgusting hotels I have stayed in since visting Romania and Bulgaria in the 1990s. The carpets are filthy with Idontwanttoknowwhat, I was greeted by a black hair in the sink (I am blonde) and a moldy (!) piece of chocolate on my pillow. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were both broken and empty, and the reception is only open from 9-6.30. The windows were probably last cleaned 15 years ago, and the curtains were half torn down, all for a three-digit rate. Yuck.

Room was good for a short stay and big enough, hotel 10 minutes walk away from main train station and direct bus stop a few minutes walk, my only issues was the floors in the room were dirty, there was alot of dust and hairs in the sink, i also had a room at the front of the hotel which is on a busy main road so can hear all the noise in the night. Underfloor heating in the bathroom was lovely however.

Das Zimmer war super ruhig und das Bett war extrem gemütlich. Ansonsten war alles auch sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat sich direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war nett und hilfsbereit. Ich hab sogar ein besseres Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten. Die Lage ist super, wenn man in banhofnähe sein möchte. Grundsätzlich ist alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Portier sehr nett, Zimmer super

Vi var för kort period, endast en natt! Rummet var lite för trångt för två. Svårt att hantera bagage om man är två. Hemsk trafik utanför. Vi valde hotellet för närheten till järnvägsstationen.

Great for couples travelling, nice walk down the river to the old town. Shops for food shoping and takeaway near by. The room was small but the window made sure outside noise was non-exsistent. Shower nice and powerful and liked the motion sensor lights for in the night when you get up. Not suitable for families, we should have looked more into this but we booked as a family of three and had to share a bed. This is not the hotels fault but it does need to be made clearer that there will be no extra bed

Receptionist was eating pizza at the desk and got upset when asked for milk as he was being disturbed. There is noone at reception after 9.30pm so need to fiddle about with an app to get in. This can be a problem for guests that are not familiar with mobile phone apps. No internal phones in rooms. The room and shower were fine.

Ich war kurz vor 20:00 angkommen, und konnte nicht einchecken, weil die Rezeption nicht besetzt war, obwohl sie bis 22:00 besetzt werden sollte. Die Reservierungsnummer von Hotels.com funktionierte beim Check-In-Gerät im Windfang nicht; die angegebene Telefonnummer wurde nicht beantwortet. Es dauerte mehr als eine Stunde, bis ein Gast für mich eine zweite Rufnummer auf seiner Karte fand. Am nächten Nag hat der Rezeptioinist von einem "Notfall" gesprochen. Also Vorsicht!

Absolute nightmare. Entry to room is via app/QR code, neither of which worked. No on site staff to assist. 10 calls to hotel, only to join queue each time and still couldn’t get in. By 7.00pm after about an hour of trying to get in, gave up and started looking for an alternative. 10 calls as line dropped many times. Hotel did not call back once. Another couple were having the same issue. AVOID

The stay started off great but the second night was not a good stay for us. The whole night there was a beeping that wouldn’t stop from the room down the hall. It was the most annoying beeps after a day of endless walking and just wanting to rest. There is no overnight staff and no phones in the room to call someone. We told the front staff guy the next morning and he stated oh it’s probably the door key because the battery is low. Like great but we can’t contact anyone without a phone in the room. We are traveling from Canada we didn’t have a phone plan only texts. Ugh.

I made this reservation in Oct 1st 2025. My flight to Salzburg arrived at 1030pm on Oct 31. By the time I got to the hotel there would have been no one at the front desk. Between Oct 1 to Oct 27 I have been writing to the Plaza Inn to send me the access code so I can enter the property after hours. I received that code minutes before my flight landed in Austria. Had I not received that code I would not have been able to enter the property and would have been standing outside of that lonely area. Also, when I arrived at the property I did not have clear instructions on how to enter. I stood outside over an hour trying to get into the property. When I finally got in and went to the room I spent another hour trying to figure out how to turn the lights on as there was no clear instructions on how this was to be done. I was not happy with any of this at all. Now today I checked out and the hotel can send me instructions on how to check out but never sent me clear instructions on how to check in. Not good! Also, why was the reservation number from plaza inn not made available to me anywhere on the Expedia site? I sat entering so many confirmation numbers only to get the correct confirmation number a couple of hours before I arrived in Salzburg. Now I am seeing that I have an outstanding tourist tax to pay. Why was this not said to me just now when I checked out? I am so annoyed about my experience and i feel this tax should be absorbed by Plaza Inn or Expedia. Goodbye.

O quarto é a localização são ótimos, porém a sistemática de check in é checkout são terríveis, não funciona, não recebemos informações, mto complicado.

It was very close to the station

My room was exceptionally comfortable and clean, especially the bathroom. The only negative aspect is that the area around the hotel is about 10-15 min from historic Salzburg, and a bit industrial, but you do have very easy access to the train station.

Close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and about 15 minute walk along the river to rhe old town. A very comfortable room.

I primarily close due to its location to the train station. I knew I would need to walk to the main area. The walk was a beautiful stroll along the river maybe 20 minutes.

The room is great and the location is okay, but be aware that if you have a late check in you really need to tell them in advance. I came around midnight and couldn't get in my room before after one hour because the tech doesn't work. And there was no room cleaning. I noticed the last day that there was a tiny sign in the room saying that I had to inform housekeeping if I wanted cleaning. There was instant coffee in the room, but only with milk. No breakfast in the hotel.

Hotel was convenient for driving but a little bit far for walking to old town. Coffee and breakfast would have been nice as there is nothing close by.

Ett ok hotell att övernatta på, men dyrt för vad du får. När du checkar in och ut online så har du ingen kontakt alls med någon personal. Rummet var ganska slitet men städningen ok. Ingen frukost. Skulle inte bo här flera nätter men som övernattningsrum är det helt ok.

A great place to stay for a night before travelling to the airpirt for a morning flight. Hotel rooms recently modernised. Friendly and helpful staff. No on site dining but not an issue. Complimentary hot drink station in reception area which was convenient before our early morning departure. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop for a direct bus to the airport. Very competitive price.

Décor could do with a touch up and maybe a tea station, but apart from that it does what you need.

Kedeligt området , personale meget behjælpelig. Kedeligt ikke at kunne vælje morgen mad . Automaten med snacks var gået i stykker .

We werent too sure what to expect from the outside but once inside it was a great experience - room was massive and very comfy with great facilities. Able to leave bags until we needed to leave. Shower large and just what was needed. Kettle for a coffee :) bed comfy :)

Situé dans une grande rue passante à 15min à pied de la vieille ville, l'intérieur de l'hôtel est tout neuf et très bien décoré. Lors du check out, indiqué que vous souhaitez garer votre voiture sur le parking situé derrière l'hôtel (partagé avec un garage). Pas de PDJ : allez le prendre à Salz & Zucker Balkan Bäckerei situé à 5min à pied.
