The Arns Cottage is a traditional stone built, cosy and luxurious retreat.

A perfect home from home experience. Full of character, cosy, comfortable surroundings with open fire and fully equipped kitchen. We were looking for a base close to Gleneagles and it ticked all the boxes. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Wow what a fantastic property this is, in lovely country surroundings with the most amazing hostsThe cottage was immaculately clean, so warm & cosy with the underfloor heating, there was no shortage of wood for open fire, the facilities were excellent and there were very personal / thoughtful touches throughout (real flowers, bread, milk, jam, eggs, biscuits etc)There is so much to do and visit in the surrounding area and the welcome book in the cottage has many of them listedKatie couldn't have been a better host and even helped us with something that we had forgotten to bring with us as well advising us on the local area We will definitely be back to stay again soon Dave & Lynne

A lovely, well equipped cottage in beautiful surroundings near Auchterader. Host, Katie, was welcoming and very helpful. There is plenty to do in the area. We played golf, went to a polo tournament, visited the Kelpies, the Japanese garden and Gleneagles. We loved the Kirkstyle Inn in Dunning.
