Kingfisher Cottage, Winchcombe, Cotswolds - dorme 10 pessoas em 5 quartos

An excellent property with four ensuite well presented bedrooms, an additional downstairs bedroom and ground floor bathroom / wet room. We were lucky with the weather and made good use of the garden, the kitchen is very well equipped and we had some great meals at the large table in the conservatory. There's a great walk immediately out the back along the river and the village up the road has a couple of pubs with great beer gardens at a gentle sub 10 minute walk. So all in all highly recommended. A bonus for us was the full sized pool table which got a lot of use!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kingfisher Cottage. The property is beautifully presented and well equipped. The owners popped over to welcome us which was lovely. The treats left were very welcome too. The large room at the back has stunning views of the garden and the countryside beyond and was definitely a massive highlight. We would definitely like to return for another stay.

Can't fault this cottage. Spacious, calm setting, gorgeous walks on your doorstep, shops for essentials a few mins away, owners very responsive (they live next door, are very unobtrusive but also came round immediately when we needed help with the TV!). Beds very comfortable, hot water on demand, plugs and lamps everywhere they're needed (not always the case in holiday lets), very sharp knives for cooking (i usually bring my own), toiletries, welcome biscuits and prosecco, tea/coffee, the list goes on! They've thought of everything. Highly recommend.

Great house, close to the town with lovely shops, pubs and restaurants. For a weekend break there are also great walking routes near from the front door.

The house is immaculate and the owner is nearby and popped in to make sure everything was ok. The house is perfectly placed to explore the area and the walks in the area are lovely. I would rebook this house and recommend to anyone.
