Great location.....close to bars, restaurants and shops!! Great pool area and good breakfast! Our air conditioning worked well. However, minimal towels and very limited amenities in the room, very uncomfortable bed and no blow dryer.

Overall a good 1 week stay with a very convenient location on the middle of The Strip in Albufeira. We were pleasantly surprised the room's double glazing to be quite effective in blocking most noise from the strip and the poolside area was nice enough. Just two points of improvements would be we found the air conditioning to be rather poor considering the climate during peak season when we stayed in August, which impacted our sleep at times quite badly. Secondly, to extend the breakfast times by a few hours as we found 7:30-10:00 a little short (perhaps 6-11:00 would be better) considering most guests staying would have been out until late on the strip as we had some nights. Therefore, some mornings we found it a little too soon for breakfast alongside 7:30 a little too late on our departure day and I'm sure other guests have found this too.

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel da wir ein bisschen was vom Partyleben wie auch von den Angeboten an der Algarve sehen wollten. An sich sieht das Hotel in Ordnung aus und das Personal war ok (ein Rezeptionist war tatsächlich sehr nett). Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock und der Aufzug war kaputt(wir durften die Koffer hochschleppen) und obwohl uns gesagt wurde, dass er repariert werden sollte, ist das nicht passiert. Was uns gestört hat war nicht, dass man die laute Musik gehört hat(logisch in der Lage), sondern dass andere Hotelgäste leider nachts gegen Zimmertüren gehämmert haben und rumgeschrien haben(z.B. Open the door). Dass mal jemand einen zu viel getrunken hat kann passieren, allerdings lagen wir dann seit 3:30 Uhr wach im Bett da das Ganze bestimmt 45-60 Minuten ging bis dann mal jemand vom Hotel gekommen ist. Wir haben uns dann wenigstens auf ein tolles Frühstück gefreut, allerdings wurden wir auch hier enttäuscht. Die Auswahl ist seeehr klein gehalten und z.B. sind Rühreier in der einen Schüssel und Pilze in einer anderen Schüssel aber im gleichen Wärmebehälter und schmeckten deswegen nach Pilzen. Wir wussten dass es ein Standard „Partyhotel“ sein wird aber selbst dafür waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

I ordered a double bed with a city view and got 2 single (SMALL) beds with a pool view...The room was old and super well worn ...No A/C they gave me a fan ... the safe advertised wasn't free and wasn't secured to anything ...you can pick it up and walk out the door ... The breakfast included was great ... pool area very nice but had groups of young man making noise all day ...so much for sitting in the sun and chilling out... Complained to management about A/C but never had any

...The location to the strip was fantastic if you want to party, the pool was great as well. We were 4 couples traveling and all our rooms had no A/C or not a very good A/C. It is an older hotel and you get what you pay for but ask for a room with a pool view in the hopes the music isn't as loud lol. Bring ear plugs! The strip is open until 4am and pool music starts at 10am. We had a fantastic time in the area and Old Town was so much fun.

Unique location! Easy to get to all the attractions in that area. The breakfast was amazing. The hotel had a dinner option as well. The pool was clean and roomy. Parking was available.

Do not stay!! Air con not working properly in any of the rooms, no fans available, glass in the pool not cleaned after being reported for three days, the pool in general does not get cleaned (green algae ring and floating rubbish). Reception staff are polite but not helpful when asking for help or filing a complaint, cleaning staff are extremely rude we were refused towels twice because they claimed we had clean ones in room already. Location is the only positive as it’s located in the middle of strip, but not worth staying, absolutely vile!

Had a great view of the pool and could see the ocean from our room on the fourth floor. Right on the strip, but we found it wasn’t too loud! Service from the hotel staff was very good, and a great buffet free breakfast. Room was clean. Loved it for the price!

Always enjoy staying . the hotel is situated right on the strip , so easy to find pubs and resturants. Rooms largely refurbished, i had walkin shower, all very clean. beds have good mattresses and bedding good and clean. Good range of buff breakfast, new coffee machines since last visit. some night time noise from street bars all night, through to morning. less in pool view rooms and suites. staff always pleasent. Mostly customers are boys on stag nights, but usually there is no trouble. this is my maybe 6 th stay this year and booked again for 2 weeks time with my son.

My experience at this property was completely unacceptable. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a genuinely upsetting and traumatic experience. Do not book here. Rude staff. Dirty towels. Dirty bedsheets. Ant infestation. Noisy. Unsafe. Items going missing.

The hotel needs a face lift and quick. It rained outside and the bathroom leaked. Beds uncomfy and made a noise everytime you moved. No curtins on the windows lights never work. Proper dump of a hotel

The ac was barely blowing air, the front desk lady was not helpful, after I called 3 times, I had to go to reception to get a ventilator to help cool the room a bit. The beds were uncomfortable, old mattresses. The area around hotel is nosy and full of drunk tourist teenagers. The only nice thing to mention was breakfast

Please note this is review from 50+. We enjoyed location of the hotel as it is close to great party location. Great hotel pool and breakfast is good. Complain there is no A/C that worked in room great. Mattress was terrible. 1 Staff at the pool was not very nice and made experience not so great. But my experience should not deferred you to come here as you may have amazing time.

I booked for 1 night as I was meeting friends in a different hotel the day after. The hotel is purposed for a lads weekend away, very cheap. Impossible to sleep as it’s right on the main strip, very dated and run down.

I ordered a double bed with a city view and got 2 single (SMALL) beds with a pool view...The room was old and super well worn ...No A/C they gave me a fan ... the safe advertised wasn't free and wasn't secured to anything ...you can pick it up and walk out the door ... The breakfast included was great ... pool area very nice but had groups of young man making noise all day ...so much for sitting in the sun and chilling out... Complained to management about A/C but never had any

...The location to the strip was fantastic if you want to party, the pool was great as well. We were 4 couples traveling and all our rooms had no A/C or not a very good A/C. It is an older hotel and you get what you pay for but ask for a room with a pool view in the hopes the music isn't as loud lol. Bring ear plugs! The strip is open until 4am and pool music starts at 10am. We had a fantastic time in the area and Old Town was so much fun.

The place is ideal for stag/hen/young holidays in a perfect area. The pool area is actually ideal, big nice pool with loads of space. The rooms were very poor in quality even just for a bender… Staff were hard working but at times a little off and when checking in it seemed to take an absolute age.

Always enjoy my stay in the hotel. Excellent team on reception, they always remember my name and have a cheerful greeting, always a good start. Hotel bem antigo, elevador quebrado, ar-condicionado central que não funcionou durante a minha estadia e um funcionário MUITO mal educado expulsa as pessoas sentadas na área da piscina (não dentro dela) exatamente as 19h usando a palavra "GETOUT!". Do not stay!! Air con not working properly in any of the rooms, no fans available, glass in the pool not cleaned after being reported for three days, the pool in general does not get cleaned (green algae ring and floating rubbish). Reception staff are polite but not helpful when asking for help or filing a complaint, cleaning staff are extremely rude we were refused towels twice because they claimed we had clean ones in room already. Location is the only positive as it’s located in the middle of strip, but not worth staying, absolutely vile!

Overall a good 1 week stay with a very convenient location on the middle of The Strip in Albufeira. We were pleasantly surprised the room's double glazing to be quite effective in blocking most noise from the strip and the poolside area was nice enough. Just two points of improvements would be we found the air conditioning to be rather poor considering the climate during peak season when we stayed in August, which impacted our sleep at times quite badly. Secondly, to extend the breakfast times by a few hours as we found 7:30-10:00 a little short (perhaps 6-11:00 would be better) considering most guests staying would have been out until late on the strip as we had some nights. Therefore, some mornings we found it a little too soon for breakfast alongside 7:30 a little too late on our departure day and I'm sure other guests have found this too.

Had a great view of the pool and could see the ocean from our room on the fourth floor. Right on the strip, but we found it wasn’t too loud! Service from the hotel staff was very good, and a great buffet free breakfast. Room was clean. Loved it for the price!

Wir waren für drei Nächte in diesem Hotel da wir ein bisschen was vom Partyleben wie auch von den Angeboten an der Algarve sehen wollten. An sich sieht das Hotel in Ordnung aus und das Personal war ok (ein Rezeptionist war tatsächlich sehr nett). Wir hatten ein Zimmer im dritten Stock und der Aufzug war kaputt(wir durften die Koffer hochschleppen) und obwohl uns gesagt wurde, dass er repariert werden sollte, ist das nicht passiert. Was uns gestört hat war nicht, dass man die laute Musik gehört hat(logisch in der Lage), sondern dass andere Hotelgäste leider nachts gegen Zimmertüren gehämmert haben und rumgeschrien haben(z.B. Open the door). Dass mal jemand einen zu viel getrunken hat kann passieren, allerdings lagen wir dann seit 3:30 Uhr wach im Bett da das Ganze bestimmt 45-60 Minuten ging bis dann mal jemand vom Hotel gekommen ist. Wir haben uns dann wenigstens auf ein tolles Frühstück gefreut, allerdings wurden wir auch hier enttäuscht. Die Auswahl ist seeehr klein gehalten und z.B. sind Rühreier in der einen Schüssel und Pilze in einer anderen Schüssel aber im gleichen Wärmebehälter und schmeckten deswegen nach Pilzen. Wir wussten dass es ein Standard „Partyhotel“ sein wird aber selbst dafür waren wir sehr enttäuscht.

Always enjoy staying . the hotel is situated right on the strip , so easy to find pubs and resturants. Rooms largely refurbished, i had walkin shower, all very clean. beds have good mattresses and bedding good and clean. Good range of buff breakfast, new coffee machines since last visit. some night time noise from street bars all night, through to morning. less in pool view rooms and suites. staff always pleasent. Mostly customers are boys on stag nights, but usually there is no trouble. this is my maybe 6 th stay this year and booked again for 2 weeks time with my son.

The area is on the strip so it is loud and if you're a light sleeper it wont be the best location for you. the pool is really big and nice but the hotel itself wasnt the best. the ac was broken, the sockets were broken and they never fixed it even though we raised the issue everyday. they also denied a refund/compensation so we never got our moneys worth. wouldn't recommend

The hotel is very well located to access the strip which is great for bars and restaurants, all geared up for tourists. There are plenty more local style cafés, restaurants and bakeries nearby. With the hotel being right next to bars and clubs you can expect some noise from 'city view' rooms, but surprisingly it wasn't that bad. Pool view rooms will likely be quieter. I was disturbed late at night, 2/4 nights by some very noisy groups banging on the doors and having zero consideration for others. I'm sure they'd had to much to drink. I did speak to staff who told me this was not a regular occurrence but will happen because of the area... Room was basic and a bit tired looking, mattress was very soft which I found uncomfortable. There is no tea or coffee making in the room. The pool area was big and very clean. There is a pool bar but it was expensive and the cocktails weren't great. If the price had been better I may have eaten there more often. Breakfast was very good with a big choice and the food was tasty. Especially the warm pastries. On one day there was a DJ playing music but it didn't disturb the day. Staff were polite and friendly and I didn't have any issues. Would I stay here again? Unlikely, as I'm probably not the typical clientele for this hotel. But if you want walking distance to all the bars, then this place is for you!

I was disturbed late at night, 2/4 nights by some very noisy groups banging on the doors and having zero consideration for others. I'm sure they'd had to much to drink. I did speak to staff who told me this was not a regular occurrence but will happen because of the area... Room was basic and a bit tired looking, mattress was very soft which I found uncomfortable. There is no tea or coffee making in the room. The pool area was big and very clean. There is a pool bar but it was expensive and the cocktails weren't great. If the price had been better I may have eaten there more often. Breakfast was very good with a big choice and the food was tasty. Especially the warm pastries. On one day there was a DJ playing music but it didn't disturb the day. Staff were polite and friendly and I didn't have any issues. Would I stay here again? Unlikely, as I'm probably not the typical clientele for this hotel. But if you want walking distance to all the bars, then this place is for you!

Estava muito limpo, os empregados são muito simpáticos, o pequeno-almoço era muito variável e muito bom. O edifício e os quartos estão um pouco velhos mas muito confortáveis. Está a precisar de obras! Resumindo…gostei.
