Property is a little outdated but well kept. Pool is clean and beach is across the street. Lagos is 5min car drive and parking was free. There is a bus in front of the hotel if needed. Would come back

La struttura è vicina al centro del paese e al supermercato molto fornito. La piscina è tenuta molto bene e il personale gentile e disponibile. È situato di fronte al mare, basta attraversare la strada. Io lo consiglio, però portatevi un phon in quanto le stanze ne sono sprovviste

Great room with a wonderful view of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and modern. The pool was lovely and breakfast was available. It was only a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach and there is a walking trail that parallels the beach and will take you to the harbor or main areas of Lagos in less than 30 minutes

Great place to stay. Only issue is the shortage of parking spaces. If you come in late you may end up parking in a non parking space taking a risk of getting hit.

The property is better than the outside photograph suggests. We had a studio with a sea view and we couldn't fault anything. The reception staff were excellent, the apartment spotless on arrival, the grounds well maintained and the pool looked glorious, although we did not use it. The late check out time was also very generous. Great value for money.

for a 2pm check in. When i arrived with my group only one unit was ready. The second was ready around 3 and the 3rd was ready around 4pm. There was no explanation given and checkout is at 11am. 2 rooms were identical and the 3rd was not. The first room had a toilet issue. The group was relocated to another similar unit for 1 night while the toilet was fixed. The freezer did not work properly. The second unit was ok, but on the last night i found a cockroach inside. The 3rd unit was different then the others. Also, the balcony was i fested with cockroaches, espically at night where you could see multiple crwaling up the walls and on the floor. I would not recommend the hotel.

L’hôtel est bien situé à quelques pas de la plage. De plus, on peut se rendre dans le centre historique à pied. Il y a des restaurants à proximité. La vue est magnifique de la chambre face à la mer. La piscine est propre. Il manque de commodités. Pas de serviettes à la piscine, dans la mini cuisinette pas de cafetière, de coupes à vin, de linge de table, d’essui-vaisselle, pas de laveuse sécheuse disponible sur place. La propreté laisse à désirer à cause des nombreux nids d’oiseaux dans les corridors extérieurs. Il faut toujours rester vigilant pour ne pas marcher dans l’épeurante excréments.

La palabra que lo define es decepcionante. El estudio que alquilé tenía un buen tamaño y vistas al mar, pero estaba muy sucio, lleno de pelusas, el mobiliario de la cocina (cocina integrada) muy básico, con las puertas de los armarios que se caían al abrirlas. Pedí una cama doble y me pusieron dos pequeñas juntas, con las almohadas pequeñas de esas que son como cojínes y no cubren la anchura de la cama. Del desayuno solo se salvaba el café, el yogur natural excelente y la fruta, con la salvedad de que te podías encontrar piezas de fruta podridas. En un 3 estrellas esto es intolerable, aunque las fechas coincidieran con el apagón.

Negatives - - We arrived 10 minutes after check in started but we were left waiting over 1 hour for our room to be ready, with very little communication from staff. - The floors in the room were not cleaned prior to us getting the room, they were very sandy. - Fresh towels often had minor staining on them. - The handle of the patio door in the bedroom was broken off and therefore could not lock without us shoving something into the hole to allow us to engage the lock. Pros - - Very large rooms/apartments. - Good powerful shower. - Comfortable beds. - Seriously good air conditioning. - Really well equipped kitchenette. We made breakfast and lunch ourselves every day but definitely had the facilities to make proper meals. - Very quiet pool area. There was always free sun loungers. The pool was never crowded. - Right across from a lovely beach. Overall we had a pleasant stay. It is a very relaxing and peaceful hotel but very basic. It is a bit of a distance away from the old town but very walkable. There is a boardwalk right across the road at the beach, which will take you into town in about 25 minutes. If you walk right to the end of the boardwalk you will meet a taxi boat at the river, he will bring you across the river to the old town for €1 per person. Alternatively, you can leave the boardwalk early and go through the marina and over the bridge. The nearest big supermarket is Pingo Doce near the marina. Ubers to the old town are about €4.50.

Really good apartments with amazing sea views. They have recently had a refurbishment. The kitchen is great with everything you need to cook for 4. Our apartment had an amazing pull-down double bed (which was not shown in the photo's) and then 2 single beds too. Very clean - cleaners came every day changed towels and pool area very clean too. Reception staff were lovely and very efficient!

We were surprised by our large the rooms were. Large kitchen, bedroom and a pull out bed in the living room. Super nice view of the ocean. But the room smelled like moldy eggs / sewage! Clearly an issue with the pipe. After one night, it became unbearable and so, we asked to change room. The second room did not have the smell. The location is ok with a car (free parking) but it would be hard to stay a while without a car. we walked to the old town via the beach and it took us 25 minutes. It is a bit longer via the sidewalks but only about 4 euro for a Uber. Wifi was very unreliable and weak. Water pressure was good. Beds were comfortable. Overall, the hotel has great potential but it’s just “ok”.

Everything was exceptional. The rooms are clean, Housekeeping carried out daily. Kitchen is stocked with most equipment you need for a holiday stay.The One bed Seaview apartment is massive with great sea views from the balcony which extends from the bedroom and the lounge. We had previously booked the Club Studio Seaview which is a good size for 2 people but this time I don't think any were available so spent a little extra on the One Bedroom and definitely worth it. Sea is literally just across the road which is easy to cross. There are ample crossing places if you are infirm. Pool is cleaned meticulously every morning. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Spirits are good measures. Only ate here once (for which we chose a hamburger which was very good) as there is a lovely restaurant opposite and plenty of beach bars. Beach is clean and not crowded. A walk into Lagos is around a 20-25 minute leisurely walk along the boardwalk opposite to you can go along the main road with no hassle. Lidl's and Pingo Doce are On the outskirts of Lagos within 25 minute walk, 5 mins by car. There are TV's in the rooms but of you want to watch Sport just go to reception and they will find Football fir you to watch in the lobby. All very good and cannot fault. Will return again.

My first thought upon entering our one bedroom apartment was how dated and bland it was. No pictures on the walls no colour just very bland white with terra-cotta floors. It had a very dated look and a very dated smell like the 15th century church we had just visited in Lisbon. That aside the suite itself was spacious and had a nice Outdoor patio with seating. The biggest issue was the beds. I felt like I was sleeping in an army barracks, the most uncomfortable beds ever. This included in thepull down Murphy bed, hoping it might be better, but it was the hardest mattress I’ve ever slept on. If you like a super hard sleeping arrangement than this will work for you. However, when we turn the air-conditioning on at night, it made banging noises all night included after we turned the unit off. This of course kept us awake all night so we had no sleep. I had originally booked the room with the seaside view for four days which we did not get and I had paid for in advance And after two sleepless nights, we decided we wanted to check out earlier. We gave 48 hours notice and asked the front desk clerk if it would be OK if we checked out a night early. She said that was fine but we had to arrange it through Expedia because we had booked through them.For whatever reason this resort refused to refund us for the fourth night and said that we had to let them know seven days in advance. I would not recommend

for a 2pm check in. When i arrived with my group only one unit was ready. The second was ready around 3 and the 3rd was ready around 4pm. There was no explanation given and checkout is at 11am. 2 rooms were identical and the 3rd was not. The first room had a toilet issue. The group was relocated to another similar unit for 1 night while the toilet was fixed. The freezer did not work properly. The second unit was ok, but on the last night i found a cockroach inside. The 3rd unit was different then the others. Also, the balcony was i fested with cockroaches, espically at night where you could see multiple crwaling up the walls and on the floor. I would not recommend the hotel.

It was fine, nothing more. We had a see view studio and the view was quite nice.The pool was too cold, the property needs some updating, and the location is not great, unless all you want to do is go to a sandy beach. It’s a 20+ minute walk to the harbor. The biggest highlight was the restaurant recommended to us by the woman at reception, who was bit less than friendly. The restaurant is Quintal do Peixe and it is fabulous, both the food and the staff! Honestly, there’s nothing wrong with the place, it’s just kind of out there, away from the old town and the harbor.

Huge space, so plenty of breathing room. Balcony was 💯 Staff was awesome. Away from town but accessible, my uber was like $5. Opted out of breakfast but gustav gave me a great recommendation at the marina. And for nature sightseeing apparently this is the spot, punta de piedades

The rooms were dirty and unclean. We visited during the winter and there was no hot water in the bathroom nor was the heating working. The people working here didn’t seem to care to fix any issues and were very nonchalant and unapologetic. I would not recommend a stay here

The location is absolutely perfect—right across from the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Lagos. What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service we received from Catarina M at the front desk. She is, without a doubt, one of the best hospitality professionals we’ve ever encountered. Her patience, warmth, and professionalism were extraordinary. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless, always with a smile and a helpful attitude. What a quaint hotel right across the street from a beautiful beach. Walking distance to shopping and Marina restaurants. Our suite had an ocean view which was spectacular. The room was spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast was really good. The pool area was very comfortable. The staff were amazing, helpful and super accommodating…. Special thanks to Michael and Andrea for being so kind and going above and beyond our expectations. Would definitely recommend this great hotel to anyone.

The hotel is quaint and the suite was spacious with 2 balconies that had a breathtaking view of the ocean and downtown. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Special thanks to Michael who went completely above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Will definitely stay there again but next time I’ll stay longer.

I liked the ocean view, but the property was a mile out of town, which I didn't realize. I didn't have transportation, so I had to walk along busy road to get there. Room could use some updating (paint chipping), but generally okay. Ordered a pizza from the bar, and it was a frozen pizza. I guess maybe I should have expected that. Breakfast was great!

Property is a little outdated but well kept. Pool is clean and beach is across the street. Lagos is 5min car drive and parking was free. There is a bus in front of the hotel if needed. Would come back

Great room with a wonderful view of the ocean. The rooms were spacious and modern. The pool was lovely and breakfast was available. It was only a 5 minute walk across the street to the beach and there is a walking trail that parallels the beach and will take you to the harbor or main areas of Lagos in less than 30 minutes

We stayed here for 3 nights. The overall hotel exterior is a little run down but the room was clean and spacious. We had an ocean view balcony and the view was great. For the price we paid, we thinks it was a good deal. We walked across the street to the ocean boardwalk for a 20 minute leisure walk to down town and took a less than $5 euro Uber back at night. You will hear birds chirping as the hotel has a few bird nets.

There is everything you need here. The accommodation has enough space to move around. The beach is right on your doorstep and the boardwalk within a few metres means you cann walk into the town in 20 minutes. Staff are very Good with any query or help needed. Our stay in May/June meant the traffic outside was very light and restaurant reservations were easy. Locals tell me this is very different in August, which is what you would expect for this location. We had a fantastic time and will return

Dom Pedro Lagos. Stayed here on beginning of June in a Club Studio, Sea View room. The view was for sure fantastic. Easy access to the beach and is absolutely not crowded at all. There is a railway track right in front of the Hotel and you have to cross that to reach the beach, but isn’t very noisy even though a train passes by quite often. Clean beach and feels like a private area. Calm and quite hotel except that they have birds nest all over and the nonstop chirping and bird poop right outside the room doors is definitely a nuisance. You have to be careful and dodge the nest so you and your bags don’t get pooped on each time you have to enter and exit the room. Reception and elevator are not conveniently located for people travelling with big check in bags. There are multiple heavy doors you have to push and pull and takes forever to get from the elevator to the rooms. You could use stairs which are conveniently located for the parking area but then you have to carry the heavy bags yourselves. Room was very spacious and clean but bathroom was very shabby and very poor quality toilet paper and absolutely no tissues. Shower was weird too and water all over by the time you finish. Horrible smell from pipes and toilet flushes are half broken. Definitely needs an upgrade. Also does not have a hair dryer in the room and you have to go to the reception and get one and return the AC remote and the hair dryer back to the reception while check out. Location is quite remote but

Quiet & comfortable hotel but then again it was late season. Location approx 2 Kms from town of Lagos. Nearby restaurants limited and pricey enough for offerings provided. Hotel did not have a restaurant with lomited food availability but staff very helpful & friendly. Would stay again given better knowledge of surrounding services.

It would have been nice to have a room facing the pool or the ocean. There was no ice machine on the property. Pool hours were only 10-8, 8:00- 10:00 for a resort would have been much better. Breakfast was expensive given the lack of choice.

What I like the most was the beach where the hotel is located at, people at the front desk very nice and friendly. Very good size suite and has a little kitchenette with all utensils. Lovely Pool green area and breakfast was real good. What I didn't like is the bed (wasn't comfortable) , the floor wasn't very clean (still shows sand from the previous guess) and door keys (wood doors and it is very hard to opened).

Grosse Zimmer mit tollem Meerblick. Umfangreiches, leckeres Frühstück, allerdings mit wenig Abwechslung. Strand direkt gegenüber. Minuspunkte: Nächster Supermarkt über 1km entfernt. Klimaanlage im Zimmer teilweise zentral gesteuert an der Rezeption.

Bra och lung läge vid stranden. Inte kanske det mordernaste hotell men trivsamt och mysigt. God frukost. Underbar säng. Mysig balkong, vy mot stranden och havet. En bit att gå mot Lagos gamla stad, men vi gillar att promenera.

This hotel apartment was perfect for what I needed for my month stay. It was a great base for me to work out of and travel around the Algarve. The staff are amazing and check-in was a pleasure. Breakfast was wonderful every day perfectly prepared buffet style. My room came with a small kitchen set up, which had everything I needed to make a simple dinner on the nights. I didn’t wanna go out. Parking is easy. There is a laundromat on site. You are across the street from spectacular beach and Boardwalk. It’s a 50 minute walk to the old town or if you have a car it’s easy to drive there or drive to Marina and park and walk from there. Lagos is a great place to explore. This hotel apartment was perfect for what I needed for my month stay. It was a great base for me to work out of and travel around the Algarve. The staff are amazing and check-in was a pleasure. Breakfast was wonderful every day perfectly prepared buffet style. My room came with a small kitchen set up, which had everything I needed to make a simple dinner on the nights. I didn’t wanna go out. Parking is easy. There is a laundromat on site. You are across the street from spectacular beach and Boardwalk. It’s a 50 minute walk to the old town or if you have a car it’s easy to drive there or drive to Marina and park and walk from there. Lagos is a great place to explore. I did a local walking tour that kept me started. I recommend this property.

I checked in on March 2nd and was booked to stay until March 14th, 2026. The staff were most welcoming and I paid for my stay upon arrival. When I entered and looked at the room, I realized it was impossible for me to stay there. The room was dirty, moldy and extremely dated. There was no security on the door as well which was unacceptable as a solo traveler. I immediately went back to the front desk to state I could not stay there for the reasons listed above and that I would like a refund. The manager called the owner 3 times to request my refund and I even offered to pay a one night penalty but refused. Needless to say, I would high recommend not staying at this property. I travel a lot and I have never experienced an issue like this from a hotel property.

Spacious, airy apartment with a lovely sea view. Great shower and comfy fed with such good pillows! They also allowed me to stay on in my room after check out time. The one downside was the kitchenette where the hob just didn’t get hot enough to cook.
